Arby's

I came for the crispy fish sandwich. It's delicious. They only serve it once a year for a short period. Sorry, there's no photo because I ate it. Food is always hot & delicious.

No Arby's around me. Just happened upon this one. Didn't dissapoint!!!! Exactly what I had expected. Food was great Service nice. Just wish there are more of them!!

Loved the Greek gyro. Also got a smoked brisket sandwich which was really tasty and tender but too much salt in the meat preventing me from giving it 5 stars. Workers were very nice but no other customers at the time I ordered.

The food portions have gone downhill a bit. Every time I order a Arby melt there is more bun than meat. I always add extra cheese to fill in the gap. I still love the sandwiches but I don't visit often unless I'm super craving it because it's just a couple slices of thin meat & a WHOLE LOT of bun. Service is great. Workers are friendly & accommodating. I've never had bad service at this particular restaurant site. It's never really crowded that I can ever remember. Maybe once or twice in the many years I've gone there. That kinda worries me because I don't want to see it closed due to lack of customers. I'm hoping they can do something to make a bit of a comeback. I know the portions keep many away but it's still delicious. I don't want to see another Arby's close. 😔

New workers tried to charge me more!! Giant sign behind her head says 2 beef n cheddar for 6.99. She said to quote do u want the 2 for 9 beef n cheddar? I said no I want the price behind you. I miss the gentleman that was here before(older mexican male). Feels very scammy now! I'm sure it's a lower quality sandwich or something but wasn't presented above bar. Also she forgot napkins and there was too much arby sauce on beef n cheddar.

We came here for take out a few hours ago. The food itself was pretty good , it was the service that threw off the experience. The cashier and some other man kept speaking in their dialect each time we asked them for something or made it seem like a big deal . All we had asked for was 2 ranch cups (which I had even asked for at the register, but yet they were missing in the bags) and a side of mayo . It also seemed like too much of a hassle for them to even just put the mayo in the sandwich 🙃. Was the same cashier I believe a Michelle posted a picture of up front . I speak Spanish and even then found it inappropriate to speak to a coworker in spanish in front of a customer... just unprofessional. Seems dramatic but they did say the ranch part and mayo part in english which is how I knew it was about our requests.

The food was good, but they wouldn't allow me to use the restroom. They said it was out of order even though I had watched 2 other customers use it. I'm sure they get people who misuse it up, but I was a customer. I wouldn't return.

Okay, the food at this place is no good. The menu has expanded but nothing new on it is any good. The pumpkin pastry was like eating dry sand and the macaroni and cheese bites were gross. The lady who helped us was nice enough but a little slow but that's okay. Simply put the food was blah. Go eat somewhere else!

To quote your marketing team, "Where's the meat?" I usually go to the Arby's at 7942 Edinger Ave in Huntington Beach to get my Reuben. But yesterday, I went to this one. I assumed all Arby's are the same, but the lack of meat on this sandwich proves me wrong. Sauerkraut sandwich with some meat, anyone?

My husband was parking and dropped me off at the door because I needed to us the restroom, but they wouldn't give me the key, even after explaining that we are going to eat there, and my husband is parking the car. The guy at the register laughed at me, like I was lying to him and told the other guy who was going to help me, not to give me a key until I buy something. I have a family of 4 that planned on eating there tonight. Now we are looking for somewhere else to go because that man was so rude. You lost money on 4 meals, and all future meals my family may have purchased there. I don't even look like a shady person, or a drug addict. I just really had to pee, and was treated like I don't matter. I cannot believe somebody would be so rude. I don't know how he sleeps at night treating people so poorly.

The location was clean and the staff very unfriendly. We ordered the beef and cheddar with the cheddar on the side and potato cakes and an ice water. The food took forever and it wasn’t very hot when we got it. The potato cakes were fresh and delicious, but the sandwiches were not as hot and delicious as they normally are. The customer service was atrocious, and the weight was pretty long considering there was nobody in the location. there was a consistent flow after we left so it seems like a pretty busy location but the people that work there have no social skills whatsoever not sure that I recommend this location but 10 out of 10 always recommends Arby’s Arby’s sauces to die for And their Andy’s mint shakes are must dry when they’re in season.

The staff was eating and working. Unfriendly with no customer service. They refuse to use an Arby's coupon. I found that frustrating because all other Arby's will accept the coupons. The restaurant was completely empty. When you are the only customer that is a sign to not order and leave and that's exactly what I did.
