Cozy Cone Motel offers a fun, immersive Cars-themed experience with unique cone-shaped food. The Bacon Mac & Cheese Cone and seasonal churros are popular. Some find the food overpriced and lines confusing, but the atmosphere and character photo ops are a hit.
Tip: Mobile order to avoid long lines. Check for seasonal churro flavors.

Cozy Cone Motel inside Disney California Adventure is one of those spots that perfectly captures the fun, nostalgic Disney magic while still delivering on flavor. The Cars Land theming is on point — each cone feels playful and immersive, making it a great place to grab a bite and soak in the atmosphere. It’s casual, efficient, and ideal for a quick stop without sacrificing quality. The chili con queso with Fritos is a standout. Warm, savory chili paired with creamy queso and crunchy Fritos hits all the comfort food notes, especially after walking the park all day. It’s hearty, satisfying, and way more flavorful than you’d expect from a quick-service spot. The bacon mac and cheese in a bread cone is another must-try. The mac is rich and cheesy, the bacon adds a smoky bite, and the bread cone pulls it all together, soaking up every last bit of goodness. It’s indulgent in the best way and surprisingly filling. Overall, Cozy Cone Motel is a fun, cozy stop with solid comfort food that feels uniquely Disney. Great theming, tasty options, and perfect for a mid-park refuel — definitely worth checking out if you’re in California Adventure.
Such a cute design and lots of food options. We usually mobile order ice cream but today we tried the Apple Pie Churro....delish! I would always pick a regular churro over a pimped out one, but we tried it cause it sounded yummy! Would 100% recommend and probably would have again. Apple pie filling was not too overly sweet, the cream topping was not sweet at all and it was a creative balance of textures and flavor profiles.
Great food and a quiet little place to relax! The lines move quick since each cone offers different food. The chili con queso in a cone was great! My husband loved it! I had the bacon mac and cheese cone. It was super flavorful and nice and creamy. The pomegranate limeade was great to but drink it fast because those paper straws fall apart! The ice cream cones were much bigger than anticipated so really worth the money!
This is a fun little area for the kids to get pictures with lightning McQueen, mater, or cruise. The kids love stopping in and seeing them and we do that every time we come. The line is also not that long which is nice with kids. The back of the cozy cone has a few other cones and they are places you can buy food, the Caramel churros are good and the bacon mac and cheese is also really good.
A cute food court with a few different options. The lot looks exactly as it does in the movies from the lawn decorations to the lighting and even where it is in radiator springs. One of the cones has the same churros found elsewhere. Another has ice cream treats while the next has cheesey delights. There are a few others to sample. A fun snack pitstop to break up your day.
Cozy Cone Motel is so CUTE! Its an exact replica of the motel in the movie, I love it! They even have different characters parked out front (I saw Lightning Mcqueen and Mater) to take pictures with. But be prepared to wait in a long line as with any photo ops offered at Disney. The cars actually do move as well so they will drive away and another character will come out for pics. As for the food, I believe there were 5 different Cozy Cone's each with different offerings. Keep in mind that you can ONLY order from cone #5 or through the disney app - at least thats how they had it set up when my family and I went. We waited in line at the Cozy Cone Motel 3 - Chili Cone Queso only to be told at the window that they were only taking mobile orders. I wish there were more signs directing guests where to go so that they can order their food. The wait was also the longest I experienced that day. Not only do you have to order through the app, but the wait for your order to be "ready" was much longer than any other place we went to. Once the app notified us that our food was "ready" my bf went up to the window but I'm assuming it was then that they started to prepare the order because he was gone for another 10-15 minutes and I know there was no lines to be waiting in. Doesn't really make sense to say the order is ready if it's not there to be picked up right away. We only got the bacon Mac & cheese and honestly it was decent. Not what I was expecting for paying $8.99. Pretty small and packed a little too much with bacon for my liking. It wasn't bad but honestly there's so many other options to eat at Disney I'll probably go elsewhere next time.
I think this is my new favorite place to get a bite !!! They opened around 9am we had our orders in through the app prior to that. The Mac and cheese was a filling meal, we also got a coffee and churro.
One of the best places in California Adventure to get food is the Cosy Cones in Cars land. At cone #3 Cone Queso you can get their Bacon, Mac and Cheese Cone. This was really yummy. The mac and cheese was a little soft, but over all it was really good and definitely worth buying it! This was $7.99. Another cone that you can get is the Habanero meatball cone. Don’t worry about it being too spicy because it wasn’t super hot. My mom and I could eat it no problem! They didn’t skimp on the meatballs and eating the bread cone afterwards is not only fun but delicious as well! This one was $8.99!
Great and fast service at cone #5 for Cone-coctions. We tried the watermelon chamoy tequila cocktails and they were delicious. Our favorite drinks from our trip to Disneyland. They also look great so we had a ton of people stop us to ask where we got our drink. I would definitely try this again on our next trip. They also have cones for pop-cone (popcorn), ice cream cone, churros, and chilli cone dogs. Love the puns!
The Cozy Cone Motel located in Cars Land at Disneyland is a place for snack from ice cream, flavored popcorn, mac and cheese, corn, churros and more. This is the perfect place for children and adults to see all the cars and truck from the movie "Cars". See Tow Matter and Lightening McQueen and have your photo taken.

Hands down the best churros in all of Disneyland! It’s a seasonal favorite, so if you get the chance — don’t miss it! 🍌 Banana Cone-Nanza Churro!

Fun happy and giddy!!! You should ride it or even watch it like I did second time around
It's bomb. If you want to satisfy your hunger try this out.
Good food, reasonable price, fun concept, and can be eaten on the go.
This things are soooo...good and those alcohol lemonade so good
the cozy cone motel is really just 5 different snack stands. churros, soft serve ice cream, popcorn, etc etc. I prefer the popcorn, and they have rotating flavors
Delicious although expensive treats. Lines moved fairly quickly but can be hot standing in the sun. Perhaps part the the Cars Land experience.
When I first saw the movie Cars I loved the scene with the cozy come motel! Now that Disney has a Cars land this is my favorite place! Not just for the food but because I love this area!
In this place they could have served dog food and it would have been 5 Stars! Absolute Magic! Thank you Cast Members for your hard work! Love and miss you all! #templemastery
Pretty faithful replica of Sally's Cozy Cone from the movie. Food stalls selling various overpriced food items. Photo opportunity always in the front area. Harder to catch McQueen or Mater, but possible.
The Coziest place in Radiator Springs. 5 different cones; Ice Cream CONE, PopCONE, Chili CONE Quesos, Frozen CONE-Coctions and.. Churros. Every thing is delicious here. But the Chili Cone Quesos; Amaaazing. So, go get Cozy at a Cone!
Fun place to visit in cars land you can get a variety of specialty drinks, flavored popcorn, churros, ice cream cones and other snacks. Seating is very limited
Awesome food in a little corner in the Theme Park.. Gotta say I have had Churros up and down Disneyland to here and back but this place has em served with a delicious Carmel sauce 😋that's so delicious... all you can say is FORGETABOUTIT ....
Got the mac n cheese cone (I promised my friend I would try it) and it was a magical carb-filled concoction of doughy goodness!
The frito pie cone and the soft serve cone were perfect
Omg... you are in the movie the cones are so amazing. The food was good, we ordered churros and ice cream. Great value. :)
Chicken Chile Verde for me please. Salty, but hits the spot when you're in constant calorie burn whilst running around DL/CA.
The Chili Cone Queso and Chicken Chile Verde are both pretty good on their own, wrap it all up in a bread cone and it's MAGNIFICENT!! There is a breakfast one I think too with eggs and bacon. They don't offer AP discounts though, but it's still not very much for a cone.
Really good chili and Mac n cheese. Love the cone theme too lol. Ice cream is also good. Love their root beer floats. I'd go again when I'm in California Adventure.
Great Mac and cheese cone! Super cute idea, we tried the spicy and the bacon, my kids loved them both. The mac and cheese is in a pretzel cone.
Cool little corner with standard junk food. Chile Con Queso, Bacon Mac N Cheese, Churros, Ice Cream. Covid restricts time to pick up, so planning is essential or end up with Hangry kids --
Never been never stayed but I have finally found this place from the movie Cars when Sally let’s McQueen stayed in the Cozy Cone Motel instead of the dirty impound. Love the Cars Movie thank you Pixar for making this movie.
i really enjoyed eating from the cozy cone motel during my trip. the chili cheese cone was on the saltier side, but it really gave my party a boost of energy in the middle of the day. i also liked the root bear float- the ice cream is so creamy! ^^
Motel in Radiator Springs owned by Sally comprised of several large traffic pylon cones that serve as the motel rooms... Lightning McQueen stayed in this motel for a short while... Lightning McQueen is a 2006 Handmade, Custom-built, One-of-a-kind Race Car...
The snacks at Cozy Cone Motel are great for grab-and-go. There are five individual Cozy Cone Motels for specific snacks: churros, ice cream, savory items, popcorn, and drinks. Watch for photo opportunities with the characters from the Cars series!! Meet Lightning McQueen, Sally, Tow Mater, and more!! My recent favorite items are from Cozy Cone Motel 1 for ice cream cones, specifically the Ube Swirl cones (during the Fall and Halloween seasons). All were delicious and perfect for the recent warm weather. Cozy Cone Motel 3 has savory cones like chili con carne and mac n cheese. Cozy Cone Motel 4 offers a variety of drinks, like lemonades and alcoholic beverages, from beers to specialty cocktails and hard seltzers. The available items will sometimes rotate during the different seasons and events, but a few regulars are always on the menu. Ordering is best through the Disneyland app on mobile and to see what's currently available. The small area around the Motels can become congested with people waiting in lines, picking up mobile orders, or just passing through. Unfortunately, Magic Key or Annual Pass holder discounts do not apply here. There are a few tables and seats around the Motel and a few shaded areas that are close enough.
This was my first visit to Cozy Cone and I ordered the Bacon Mac 'N' Cheese and the vodka Pomegranate Limeade. Both items were delicious! The Mac n cheese is a bit heavy and super filling, but definitely worth trying. The cone itself, tastes like a soft pretzel.
Grab and go snack options ! Was fairly crowded when I was there with confusing lines of people waiting for food but still taste options and a great theme. Mac cheese cone ! Taco cone ! Lots of cone themed food available for your enjoyment
One of the best casual dining at California Adventure! The bacon mac & cheese is my favorite to get here! For the holidays, they had chicken pesto and that was yummy. Definitely worth a visit when you’re in DCA!

Small food court, so if you want multi items in different cone building then you have to wait in each line.
Good place to get soft serve ice cream.
Fast and great price for Disney all the options are fun and original
Surprisingly good Mac and cheese in a handy bread cone.
Chili Con Queso or whatever it was called was really good.
Lightning McQueen and Mater are my top homies
Fun experience of eating in a bread cone. The Mac and cheeses were good but I wouldn't go back all the time as there are better offerings in my opinion
This is a good stop for a quick snack. Right in front of the "main office" is where they have meet and greets with the cars characters. Each cone is themed with different foods.
Suzy's motel in the Cars movie is now a collection of snack stands, each specializing in different quick and often pun-ing named. There is a also a character meet and great in the front featuring different 'cars' characters.
Cute little cones to get snacks from! The churros w/ caramel sauce are TO DIE FOR!!!
The mac and cheese was really good, but might not be the best idea on a really hot day!
I especially liked the green chile chicken cone for lunch/dinner; and the chorizo and egg cone for breakfast.
Had the chimichangas. Great food and they’re quite big. Absolutely recommend eating there.
I had a breakfast cone with scrambled eggs, nacho cheese, and bacon stuffed into a bread-shaped cone. I love neon orange nacho cheese sauce, so I thought the combo of creamy scrambled eggs, crisp bacon, and salty nacho cheese was delicious. The bread cone was only OK; it tasted a bit stale so I ended up throwing it away.
You can't been the atmosphere of this place!! The entire Carsland area is amazing and this fits right in. We got a 'chili cone queso' and chicken verde cone - both served in a bread cone and both really yummy. We got our cones and ate them at a covered picnic table. The only drawback to this place is that each of the cones serves different things, so if you want popcorn and an ice cream, you'll need to wait in line at 2 different places.
Chili Cone Queso is the best, you get either Mac and cheese or chili in a bread cone. Really yummy. Wish they kept the flamin hot Cheeto Mac and cheese cone year round instead of just for Halloween.
WHERE: California Adventure - Carsland There is so much good junk food here! Just about everything offered here is served in the cone theme in some form or another. I've only tried the Chili Cone Queso and it was pretty good. I've also tried the alcoholic pomegranate drink. It was just ok. I'd recommend trying the apple drink. It seemed much better. They also have souvenir cups that are shaped like traffic cones. Pretty fun and it looks funny when you are drinking out of it. (Note: the vendors will not serve your alcoholic drink in the souvenir cone cup. Go ahead and pour it in on your own but if you get in trouble with the mickey mouse police, I had nothing to do with it) Some of the snacks you will find here are popcorn, pretzels, churros, ice cream, and chili. If you are a little hungry, I recommend trying the snacks at CCM.
The Cozy Cone Motel is a mini food court located in the heart of Cars Land, serving multiple different snack and quick bite food options. The staff are friendly here, and food is served quite quick. Never had an issue with staff, and the place definitely reminds you of the cozy cone from the movie. The food is good. They serve popcorn here out of a box that looks like a cone, as well as serving other dishes in cone format. The retired "Handwich" is served here, with its cone-like design. It also has alcoholic beverages, which is a nice addition in the parks. Prices are ok, expected for a theme park but still leans on the cheaper side.
Came here to check out the cones and the idea of cone "motels" with each stall being a different type of cone was pretty interesting. Got the bacon mac and cheese cone via mobile order as there was a long line of people waiting. The cone was warm when we picked it up from the window. The mac and cheese was creamy and had a good amount of bacon mixed in. The bread cone was filled with mac and cheese all the way to the bottom which made this worth the price. The bread cone was soft and a bit crunchy on the outside. Most people just stood near the utensils to eat their cone as there were only tables and no chairs but there are outdoor seats if you go towards where the bathrooms are located
The Cozy Cone is so fun. Very cool atmosphere. There are 5 cones and they all serve different things. Cone #1 serves churros, cone #2 serves ice cream cones, cone #3 serves chili con queso and bacon mac ‘n’ cheese, cone #4 serves frozen cone-coctions and cone #5 serves popcorn. I love the ice cream! The lines for these are usually pretty long and there is hardly ever a table open.
The design is obviously to reference the movie but very poor for functionality. You have to order at the main building- cashier staff were not friendly. Then visit different cones depending on your items, which was frustrating. The area was clogged with people standing around or confused about the system. It was crowded and hard to get through with children and a stroller. Especially since I had to wait in line at multiple cones. Food and drinks were very good though.

Got the Bacon Mac and Cheese Cone at the Cozy Cone Motel. Very cute orange safety cone buildings and the presentation of the Mac and Cheese Cone is fun. Basic flavors, not too salty. I am slightly lactose intolerant and didn't have a reaction to it. Take from that what you will. It's quite a big meal. The cone is really hard pretzel bread with no flavor. I am glad I tried it and satisfied my curiosity. I'll try other foods in DCA before ordering this again.
I love the concept of the Cozy Cone, but the food I've had there has only been so-so at best. The seasonal Vanilla Vodka-Orange Slush has been the best thing I've had there so far. It was good, but very sweet and had a little bit of a weird taste to it that after drinking it for a bit became too much. The drink is quite big and could be shared. I couldn't taste any vodka in it at all. I also tried the Bacon Mac 'n' Cheese cone. The mac and cheese isn't very good, tastes more like bad velveeta cheese with way too much bacon. I like bacon, but this wasn't a very good bacon taste and I couldn't finish eating it. I was looking forward to trying it and was really disappointed in the taste. Mobile ordering here is confusing compared to other restaurants at DCA and Disneyland. You're told your order is ready, but you still have to wait in a very long line to pick up your order. It doesn't save any time or make it more convenient to place a mobile order.

Food is kinda eh. Pricey for what it is. Long wait times in line. Mobile order is recommended.
Mobile app required for purchase. Mobile app required to order. Booo. I just want to order like a human being.
Hire more staff. The line is too long. Take orders like In & Out with an iPad or something.
The food is alright, I think it would've tasted better if it was actually warm or hot... They said our order was ready but the wait in line to get the food was long so should've just waited in line early instead of walking around 😅
Ordered the bacon mac and cheese come and it was pretty mediocre. All the flavors kind of blended together, would skip next time.
If your in California Adventure, and are looking for a snack, look no further than the Cozy Cone motel. This area has multiple little places or "cones" to get food. From churos, to ice cream, even a cone shapped cup with either Mac n Cheese or chilli inside, this place may be the ultimate snack stop. I wouldn't say the food is absolutely amazing or anything like that, but for what it is, it's fairly good, and reasonably affordable for park food. I personally got the chilli filled cone. (Around $9) It was pretty good, and came out right away. (Must be pre made obviously.) It was hot, and the cone itself was good, could be considered a soft pretzel. Was it anything special? I guess it looks pretty neat when you get it, but it doesn't taste like anything special. Overall, I would recommend the food here, and I'll be back here, the next time I visit Anaheim!
The best land for kids in California Adventure! Also the best land for pictures at night. The neon signs are really fun. The food is kinda crazy to try to get, we had so much drama trying to order at the cozy cones, some would only accept mobile orders, some didn't, and the lines were forever long. We still got food but it was definitely a hassle.
Really cool place. My kids love this place. I'm so glad they put this in. The cozy cone is exactly like the movie. They got really cool stuff to eat. They have absolutely the best soft serve ice cream. The best I have ever had. I wish they had a small kids size ice cream you have to pay more for the regular. Do not get the chocolate dipped soft serve. Its pretty hard to eat it. Just get the basic twist cone in a large!
We ordered the BaCone Mac & Cheese and Chili Cone Queso. The presentation is phenomenal, the puns are hilarious, and the atmosphere is 🤌🤌... but the actual food is not great. The cone itself is very tough, flavorless bread that's hard to eat. The contents had more flavor, but wasn't a large enough serving for the price. It's fine for the novelty, but Flo's has better food. One and done.
Experience > taste. I would say this place is more for the experience of buying cone-shaped food out of cone-shaped buildings than buying quality food. It’s over priced, comes in small quantities, and is sub-par in taste. I was pretty disappointed with how good the food was, but at least it looked cute. We went during Pixar Fest, so I was able to get the limited edition habanero meatball cone and my husband got the Mac and cheese and bacon one. I tried both and was unimpressed. I’m still blown away at cars land and how cute the Cozy Cone is. I just wish the food was better for how expensive it is.

Word word word word, Buster. I know you may not understand but this play is where I get all the sleepin eepin done. I don't really canre about chili cone queso but the test kitchen is pretty Delecate!! roddie told me to slide up here for the night but ops might control this section of this substation of this gernal area. So be aware when traversing these parts. These things "cars" seemed very suspicous (ops in disugise) Fear the OPS!! IMO this place is not real and a hideout for the ops to gain intel on what is what. I didn't get much eepin done here either cus the ops were to loud and I couldn't fall aleep. Best advice is to steer clear of "cozy cone motel" or rather op motel!!!
The mac and cheese cones were disappointing :( the taste was a little off and honestly not worth it
I love Disney churros but these were flavorless, on top of that tons of issues with trying to order on the app even though there was no one there. Soda was even flat
So I ordered some food thru the app and waited...and waited...and waited...and waited some more. Mind you I pressed that I was there and they were making my order for 45 minutes. I eventually needed to meet my family in Disneyland and needed to find a cast member to cancel my order. The process to order food is simple but the lack of adequate cast members and information on how and where to pick up your food makes this a nightmare. The food situation in Disneyland and California Disney is pretty bad right now but I have faith that things will improve with time.
Ordered mobile pickup. Waited 20 mins and told order was ready. Went to the window for pickup, then they tell me to get in the giant line that is the mobile pickup line and waited another 20 mins. So the “preparing your order” is just a lie? I don’t get this place. They let way too many people in for this price.
Very disappointed in the fact that unless I download an app the employees here at this location told me I could not purchase anything soooo money means nothing without an app very excited as my first time in California adventure park to get me a chili con queso cone but refused service with out my phone makes no sense if you ask me bad review.
We went to the ice cream cone, waited in line for quite awhile only to be told that you can only order through the app.
Nothing cozy about this place today July 13th, staff very rude about placing a mobile order… maybe put up a sign? Staff also rude about which line is order and which line is pick up. There is no sign which is which, the churro has an opposite pick up from the ice cream cone place. I went to pick up at the churro place went to the right side, my app said food ready. Mean while a line formed on the left 3 people. By the time the lady looks out window she yells at me to get in the line for pick up—so I have to go get behind the people who got there after me. I check to see am I crazy, does it say pick up line and it does not anywhere. There is a linked chain and who would think to care which side to walk up when there was no line to begin with!! This was the only rude place I’ve experienced in all of Disney.
okay, so... yeah, the place is quite the place to be in, although the food looks from a McDonald's dumpster. The burger has ok quality, as you can see, the burger is consumed but i only ate it because my stomach was calling. 12$ for a McDonald's looking burger and some toe-lookin' fries isn't going to cut it, honey.
I went to DCA for the first time and ordered a vodka lemonade for $15, I seen how long the lines were so I preordered using the app for 3:10-3:20 pick up. The time was 3:O7 so I got in drink line, there was no one else in mobile order line and a bigger guy asked me about my order at the window so I said was I’m here waiting for my drink pick up, he basically told me go away because my pickup time was 3:10-3:20 and I’m too early. I thought they could’ve made it early but I decided to walk around for 10min and I came back at 3:17, the line wasn’t long but there was one person in regular line (nonmobile) and me + someone else in the mobile order line. She realized she didn’t mobile order and went to the regular line but then someone came to the left window and assisted her before me even though I was waiting before her??? So I finally get to the right window and I tell them I placed a mobile pick up and they finally make my drink right there, takes them a couple minutes because they’re huddled in the back talking & laughing. I finally get my drink and it taste like a waste of money. I know it’s Disney and I’m not asking for a lot of alcohol in my drink but at least make it detectable. The lemonade was ehh but would rather not buy it next not, nothing missing out on. Next time I’m not wasting time ordering on the app and definitely don’t get the vodka lemonade unless you want them to play in your face.
