Austin is the kindest and funniest server ever. Truly an amazing experience with Austin. His spectacular service and positive vibes are just what this restaurant needs. Maybe his greatest asset is his ability to converse with anybody. Will be looking forward to celebrating my 21st with him.

We went with a large party as a reservation and were served in a timely fashion. Our server Austin was very attentive and quick! Our food came out around 30 minutes after we ordered, which is pretty quick for a large group on a Saturday night. Overall, we had a good experience at this restaurant and are looking forwards to coming back!

Grand Cru. My favorite now. Tatonka still a close second. Joshua H. is a wonderful server. He even remembered all of my daughter's intricate order.

Great phone order and pickup with Yousefs at BJs. The Hickory Brisket Bacon Burgers are awesome. Everything, including the Pazookie, packaged well and ready to go.

Guy was our server and was very polite, friendly and attentive. Weve never been to this BJ's before and we'd had a very long day and wanted to eat and get home. Our smokehouse burger and fries came quickly and the ambience in the restaurant was nice and relaxing. All the staff from the sweet hostess who gave us a quiet booth to Guy to everyone we encountered made us feel welcome. Our dinner was yummy too!

Our servers name was GUY. He was legit! We had a decent group with 5 small children. Right away he brought goldfish and fruit to keep them happy. Throughout the dinner he was great about making sure everything was doing great and brought little things for the kids that made them happy. Definitely a great employee.

One of my favorite spots to hit up for lunch or dinner during the week. The food is always good and the staff is amazing if you come on a weekend be prepared to wait.

Eshida, our server, was amazing! Very kind and attentive. Our group of four seldom see each other so we took our time with ordering and had some special orders and Eshida never rushed us and made it clear she just wanted to be available to us. Food was great, service made the night though!

Monday night football 🏈 with LA Rams winning and an amazing waiter was to the cherry on top of our night as a family. Austin was very attentive, amicable, and added the light to the atmosphere. There was a wait so we grabbed an open bar top table. We were lucky to get served by Spiro. He was very attentive and pleasant. He also enforced us of the cinnamon roll pazooki - amazing! He pretty much changed our night with that! :)

When you visit BJ'S, you know what you will get. Every time I have visited they have given me a consistent experience. Currently I am enjoying happy hour with the discounted food and their craft beers. I prefer their beers over regular domestic beer since it was probably locally produced. I come here after work to wait out the ghastly 91 freeway traffic. Much better than being in bumper to bumper traffic.

Always our go-to when it comes to dessert! The pizookies never fail to satisfy our sweet tooth! Had the Cookies & Cream Pizookie and it was great. Service is also great and the ambiance is always amazing and always busy and welcoming. Highly recommend BJs for anyone looking for a place to catch up with friends or family and relax and have some classic food with great dessert options!

Love this place! I joined the beer club and it’s great. BJ’s tap beers are very good, especially the blonde. The Happy Hour is great. Last night I was there and had some beer and ordered pizza to go. The bartender, Karen served me right away with a friendly smile. She made me feel welcome. Great service and the pizza was good too.

I am always happy to see Karen S. working the bar when I arrive at BJ’s in Anaheim Hills. She always greets me with a smile, says ‘Hey Eric…can I get you an Oasis’ (my favorite beer) It’s a joy to watch her work, as she is very attentive to each customer’s needs and makes each person feel special. Don’t get me wrong, all of the bartenders are very good at what they do and this location is lucky to have such a great crew…a true testament to excellent leadership.

You can’t go wrong with BJ’s, and you definitely can’t go wrong if you request “Guy“ as your server, he’s the best! We had only gone there a time or two before he started recognizing us and he would always come to the table and say “welcome back” AND, he even remembered where we were sitting the last time we were there! He is such a great, very attentive, very friendly server. This location has happy hour every day from 3 PM to 7 PM and then again at (I believe) 9 PM until closing. They also have many specials running all the time. It’s located in a fairly busy shopping center and sometimes does get really crowded so have patience if you happen to be there during one of their busy times. I will say though, even when they are busy I don’t feel that the wait times are out of control. We were seated, had an appetizer, dinner, and dessert and we were in there about an hour and 20 minutes. There was about a 30 minute wait by the time we left and I think an hour and 20 minutes was great as far as timing. I went with three stars for atmosphere because it’s always very loud in there. I try not to go in when I know the bar will be full due to multiple sporting events on their TV’s because then it is a little too loud for my liking. Doesn’t take away from the great food or the great service though!

Great meal and service experience. Prom night! Our server Angelica F provided steller service for the 4 of us while also serving a party of 19 and a party of 10. I saw teamwork from all working. Very busy night. Food output was alittle slow, but understandable considering inside and outside tables were full. The food was hot and our table food delivery occurred together. Hats off to the kitchen!

I always enjoy my visits to BJ’s in Anaheim Hills. I like to sit at the bar and have beer while I wait for my food. I’m very surprised that more people don’t take advantage of their Beer Club. Only $30 every 2 months and you get plenty of perks that are worth a lot more than $30! The beer selection is very good and the food never disappoints. I’ve always been treated well at this restaurant.

We visited the restaurant around 10:25 p.m. after a long day at Disneyland, and although closing time was 11:00 p.m., we were warmly welcomed. Our server, Joshua, provided exceptional service, attentive, courteous, and professional throughout. The food was excellent and served promptly, making for a relaxing and enjoyable end to a long day. Joshua never made us feel rushed and ensured we had everything we needed.

Austin is a great server and rug dealer, v charismatic, he deserves a raise since I cannot afford to tip him in this economy. I love BJs, great service- amazing/ 100000% quality.

i reserved a table for 7 adults and 4 kids for a busy saturday evening dinner using opentable.com. Even though i arrived 5 mins late to my reservation i was surprised to find our table was up and ready, they had high chairs available for the kids and activity sheets to keep them busy. Derek our server was fantastic, he was attentive and stopped by our table many times, even though there was a hiccup he was able to fix it right away, over all i like this location a lot better than the one near where i live so will definitely return!

Our server was Isabelle, and she was just great. She checked to make sure we were doing ok, but not in an intrusive way at all. She was super sweet, and all around the staff was just lovely. And the food was fantastic, I think that may have been the best ribeye I’ve ever had. We were checked on by the manager too, Mike, such a friendly warm guy and made sure we were happy the whole time we were there. I left with a very happy 11 year old by my side, totally happy customers. Highly recommend.

THE BEST CHICKEN SANDWICH I'VE EVER HAD! I thought Popeyes had the best chicken sandwich but I was wrong!!! BJ's chicken sandwich was crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside, bun was perfectly toasted and it was flavorful. You need to try it! We also had their AVOCADO EGGROLLS and were amazing. SANGRIA FLIGHT was fun, tasty and gave me a pretty god buzz! ^_^. Other food we had was great too. And thank you to our server, a young man named LIAM who gave us the best customer service we've had in awhile. So nice, pleasant and effortless. Also their host and other staff were really nice too. We usually enjoy our food/experience at BJ’s and was a little disappointed with our experience. We came in on Sunday with a large party of about 12. We were there during off peak hours. We arrived around 3:45 and were seated quickly. We didn’t leave until 6:30! I was surprised the food took so long when the restaurant was less than half full. I don’t mind waiting when the restaurant is packed but that was hardly the case here. The food was good. My mom and I shared the blackened salmon. It would have been nice if they split the food for us in the kitchen. I asked for a side of spaghetti instead of another side. I was brought a side of dry penne pasta. Then I had to ask for a side of spaghetti with red sauce which they did bring later. Carl had the large pretzel which was good. I liked the presentation and it came with a mustard and cheese sauce to dip the pretzel in. It was a little disappointing the meal dragged on for so long because it shortened our Sunday evening.

Being someone who loves cocktails the tub cocktail was a must try and was definitely a first drinking from a tub with a duck. The giant pretzel or normal size pretzel for locals was fresh and not too salty. The food was delicious and the dessert scrumptious. The drinks were fun, colourful and refreshing.

Chino Hills is definitely Not on the same level as your regular establishments . However , our waiter Sean was excellent . . , far above average .

Food was great as usual but the servers are overworked (as usual) and food came out slow. Also EVERY light was flickering it put a damper on the evening.

If your bartenders don’t know how to make simple generic drinks y make them in the first place. I wanted a old fashioned and it was just iced whiskey with a orange wedge like how?

Food was good 👍 Restaurant was very messing! Took a long time to get a clean table, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. Went to the bathroom while we waited and only one out of three stall had supplies and it smelled. Went back to the front to my group and past 5 dirty tables. Took about 45 minutes to get our food, and the starter salad came with the meal instead of first like an appetizer. One complaint on the food, my husband's steak wasn't allowed to be cooked below medium so it's tasted bad and his salad lettuce was old.

After coming here many times, I will have to admit that the overall quality of both the food and service have gone down substantially. I can no longer recommend this place to anyone. Service was very slow when the place was a quarter empty and we had to ask for clean plates and silverware, even after our food came out. Although there burgers are generally good, I would advise everyone to stay away from there sirloin.

Good tasting Brussels sprouts and fried mozzarella sticks for appetizers. Decent burgers, not exceptional not bad in taste according to my adult sons, bbq ribs tasty. However, the New Orleans Jambalaya was the worst that I’ve ever eaten, super salty and too much powder spices that it actually tasted bitter and burned, I only ate a few bites. Took the rest home but ended up throwing it away since it still tasted bad even when I was very hungry the next day. Attentive service by our server, good atmosphere, modern clean restaurant.

It was an neutral experience! Nothing above and beyond! My wife tried ordering four different plates, but then the waitress said that all those plates were unavailable. The restaurant was not cooking any street tacos and anything that had Mahi-Mahi. So, she had to decide for a 5th choice… Definitely not impressed! Not even one apology. Then the waitress took both our orders. She did not ask how did I want my steak cooked. And honestly I didn’t even think of it until I got it. It was kinda rare. Not my favorite, but I’ll still eat it. Food was still very good, very tasty, steak was nice and juicy, ribs were tasty, and my French fries were nice and crispy. Really good. No wait in line, it was 4:30 pm on a Friday afternoon! Almost Empty parking lot!

Not impressed. Walked in when first open, 11 am, the front rug was filthy, mens room was dirty. Order messed up and had to redo, server didnt offer a refill on the expensive soda. Need I say more? Cuz I can.

We went to have a nice dinner. We where asked patio or hightables. We said patio. We where put in a corner of the patio and mostly forgotten about. The waitress finally came around to see us after 15 minutes of sitting there to take our drink order. After 5 minutes she came back and took our food order. They didn't have one of the beers we ordered so we asked for a soda instead. The soda finally arriced halfway into dinner. I asked for grilled vegetables and what I got is broccoli, cauliflower, rhat haf sone bits of bell peppers and onions, but it was too hard to tell what it could have been. The pizookies we got where not soft and we spent time scraping the coockie from the tiny pans. I felt we where set in the patio and forgotten. It was one of my worst experiences in any BJ's restaurant. I do not recomend never accepting patio sitting.

I don't know what was going on at BJ's today. Took 45min to get food. Fries were awful. Sent then back...after 20 min more...come to learn fryer is broke. TELL ME THAT BEFORE I ORDER ANYTHING FRIED! Beer also took 20 min. Geez!

Went in with a group of 8 on Sunday, 2/1 and never had that bad of a service before. A simple request turned into multiple requests for that same item and our waiter even forgot about bringing 2 entrees out and by the time they got there, they were already cold. Very unpleasant service. I paid for the bill and always tip 20%, but we had a unanimous group decision for only 10%. I also never leave reviews, but this is how much it bothered me to write this. Probably not coming back to this location which sucks because we all love this brand.

Bartender was horrible. I waited 20 minutes for my waitress to come and another 20 minutes to get a beer. Ask the bartender twice But she was too busy talking. It took her another 20 minutes to serve me one beer horrible service will not be back to this location. And after waiting this long, we had to wait even longer for our silverware after our pizza was served

Went in yesterday just because i had the craving of their cinnamon roll pazookie, that’s all we were going to order. It was 7pm so dinner rush was crazy, i put my husband and i on the waitlist through the app before we were our way and getting there we checked in and were 3rd on waitlist. A group of 4 came in like 15 mins after us and were put at 4th (after us), we had been waiting for 25 mins or so when they came back in and were seated at a table, mind you my husband and i had been there before they got there and were before them on the list. I was very upset and ended up leaving because what is the point of a wait list if the hostess is going to pick and chose who gets seated first, they did not even offer us to sit at the bar like they did to a couple who came after us, which we would’ve since we just wanted dessert after all. It was just 2 of us and before that a party of like 7 got seated outside which they also didn’t offer us. We stood there for almost 30 mins just to end up leaving.

Terrible business, terrible staff, incredibly rude people. A bad business, they keep online orders waiting for half an hour without saying anything because the system is down.

10 tables in the bar, plus the huge table that seats 10....which of course was full...one server for everyone. At 1:30 on a Sunday....is this a staffing issue or just inept management? Seems like the restaurant has plenty of servers...

My dog was poisoned and needed anEmergency Vet. We had to wait 2 hours and hadnt had lunch or dinner.I asked if there was a Bjs anywhere near as I love one of their salads. Surprise..just around the corner. Very very busy. 3 of us ordered the $13 pizooki special. The meals came is a reasonable time but no one ever came back. I had ordered the piadina. Was not asked which side I wanted..given horrid fries. I was supposed to be given ranch dressing for dipping..nope. and no one received a pizooki. We recalled the special later. Food was OK, service terrible.

Absolutely horrible !!!! This restaurant, it’s not about lack of employees. They have always been horrible service and cold food . Gave them another chance to see if anything change . But food was not just cold, But soggy . We have a choice to spend our money where we want, but when this chain is this careless. I won’t be eating here any longer .

Sloooow service, food made wrong. Just 2 of us for a chicken Sandwich and an Order of wings. 45 minutes in nobody came to the table to let us know they made the wrong sandwich. Had to go to the kitchen to get that info. 1 hour in and STILL no food and no drink refills. Finally got it after remaking and the wings were gross….sandwich was OK. No concessions or apologies for the experience given. Just bad!

I ordered food through DoorDash. This place doesn’t seal the bags, so when I received my food, I could clearly see that my food had been tampered with. I had to throw away $60 worth of food. I will never order from BJ's again, and I will never order food through DoorDash, period.

Came here on Jan 17, 2026 between 1400 to 1430. Waited 10 minutes for my aperol spritz. Had to get it myself from the bar bec. it was sitting for 5 minutes. Waited 20 minutes for my salmon. Server dropped it off , didn’t even give me silverware or a napkin. Had to use my friend’s fork and dirty napkin. Mind you, we were seated right by the bar. Server said it was the “ lunch rush”. It was 1415!! Nobody even asked how was my salmon. We decided to go somewhere else for drinks. Very lousy food, service.

I never write reviews, this has been the worst experience I have ever had here. I used to work at this location and have never been so appalled at how awful the service has been. 15 minutes to get attended after being sat. 40 minutes for food to drop. Not once did the server stop by in between. We had to ask for food to get placed in boxes to go from how long it took. Honestly, never coming back.

I’m often time baffled at how bad people can be at their job. I ordered delivery on the BJs app and it was supposed to be delivered by 5:30. At 6:20 I get a text from the delivery driver they are still waiting for the order almost an hour after it was supposed to be delivered. The delivery driver also send me this picture of the 1/2 gallon of strawberry lemonade on the counter at BJs to show he didn’t drink it. Really? How can an employee look at this sitting on the counter for over an hour and not think “wow, that’s not full” to top it off, the kids meal chicken was hard as a rock and cold not even slightly warm. No way can I feed chicken sitting out for God only knows how long to my children. And half of the other order were missing or wrong. For your safety I would stay as far away from this location as possible!

Honestly super disappointed in this location. We definitely won't be back was served moldy food, terrible service, food and drinks took wayyyyy to long and we wanted to drink more but didnt have the chance to spend more money because our server was unattentive and pizooki took 40min plus an added 18% tip which the server didnt stop I wouldn't mind if our server did her job. We asked for drinks took 30min always had to ask someone for something else and even then took another 30min before I had to ask another person the to top off couldn't even get the checks right we just wanted to leave. This location probably could have had a higher turn around rate if they had better servers. Btw when the server came we ordered right away we were there about 3 hrs we wanted to be out in 1hr 1/2-2hrs no reasons we should have been sitting the extra 1hr 1/2 because our server was unattentive and we were missing items.

This restaurant really took me on a journey — unfortunately, it was straight downhill. The service moved at the speed of a sleepy sloth, the food tasted like it lost a fight with the microwave, and the atmosphere had all the charm of a waiting room at the DMV. If you’re looking for an unforgettable experience, don’t worry… you’ll remember to never come back.

I ordered for curbside pick up at 5:05pm. I received my order at 5:30pm. I wouldn’t recommend catering from BJ’s, and I’m pretty sure they gave us the incorrect size fruit platter (see photos). This isn’t even a half tray, and it was $35!! Very different from the photo online, and this is supposed to feed 12 people??

My food took over an hour to arrive, and when the pizza finally came out it had very little to NO cheese. When I kindly asked for it to be remade, I waited another 30 minutes and ended up missing my entire lunch break. When the second pizza arrived the dough was Raw and the toppings were overflow explaining why the dough was not able to cook correctly, as if someone made my order with anger. I couldn’t even tell where the slices were in the box. Services were upsetting, I also asked for napkins and never received any. I felt I was treated poorly throughout my visit. The experience was very disappointing, and I hope this can be improved for future customers.

I remembered BJ’s as a really cool dinner spot that always had good food and even better vibes but I took my mom here and was beyond disappointed, I don’t write reviews but felt I had to, inside was super dark and gloomy table was wobbly lights flickering employees clearly just puffin away outside bland food, multiple tables just sitting dirty, pizza took a while, not the end of the world but like there’s gotta be a standard right? (edit: after seeing all the other negative reviews and seeing that the manager owner doesn’t care enough to fix the problems, don’t even waste your time and money here)

Don’t think about watching Football here. They only have red zone and local games. We were actually fine with that. However the manager was running late and nobody knew how to change the channels. The bartender was still getting her register ready and gave us a bit of attitude for wanting the game on. Overall poor experience and we simply got up and left. Now we understand why the place was empty. Do better on a Sunday morning folks

What a shame this place has come to. The only thing upholding their reputation is the customer service. We were walked to our dirty table with crumbs and french fries all over the bench. Then when we received our food, we get a singular SMALL piece of fish. The tortilla is 2x the size of the piece of fish. The beans look like they’ve been sitting out for a long time. Canned beans are 100% better than what they’re serving. For what you’re paying, you might as well buy the ingredients and make it at home. What a disappointing Friday night wasted on such horrible food. I will say again, the customer service was absolutely lovely. They truly hold the reputation of this restaurant.
