I've now ordered several times from this place, first time the delivery took quite a while to arrive since this guys don't really speak much english to understand my address, but i was surprised about the food, it's delicious, but now i order and pick up, it's way faster. Second time i ordered the veggie rolls were yucky, but still the rest of the stuff amazing. I'll keep ordering from them, the sweet and sour chicken... i absolutely love.

Good food, okay value. I work in the area and occasionally patron this restaurant. Dinning in is a less than ideal situation, as it is typically hot and kind smelly. The price is okay at best $13 plus for a lunch special that included orange chicken, rice, a vegie egg roll and miso soup and a can of soda. The food is well prepared and tastes like authentic Chinese cuisine. I recommend delivery or carry out for this spot, dine-in is not optimal.

The food is very good the service leaves little to be desired. That's par for Chinese tho cold personalities. Don't order online people, takes to long and you get the worst service. If you want hot food fast get off your lazy asses and pick it up, this guy knows how to cook. Take it from me a new yorker who's family owns restaurants.

I happened to come across this place. I had the house special beef steak with steamed rice to go. I went to go sit down in my truck and 7 min later the cashier took it to me. DELICIOUS!!!!! I will be back to try other dishes. Thank you Mr cashier for taking the time to bring my order to me. 👍

Delivery is getting better! I'm on the far edge of the delivery area, and my food still arrives hot. Food is great! The deliver the sauce seperate from the dishes, no soggy battered food. Big chunks of veggies, amazing dumplings. No MSG.

The food is awesome freshly made to order no steam tables here. Most people take out cause there is no air conditioning. But I definitely recommend the Mongolian beef and orange chicken.

It's close to work so I order frequently. It's usually good, but sometimes the meat can be a little dry. Can be expensive, but fortunately the portions are petty decent so if you are ordering for yourself you'll have plenty of leftovers for another meal or two.

Prices didn't match what was on the menu. $27 for chicken fried rice and Kung pao chicken. I ordered lunch specials. No sides as mentioned were in the bag when we returned to work. But the was good. Next time I will check the bag before leaving.

What can you say it is California, the person acted like they were doing me a favor by selling me food. And mind you, it wasn't fast food prices just three dishes was $42. Welcome to California.

mixed feelings. If you want to eat in, there's a window counter and high metal chairs. The food was good, plenty of it. The combo consisted of an entry and rice. If you wanted something to drink, it was $2 extra. And they only had Pepsi and Diet Pepsi. Would I go back again? Maybe.

The service isn't top of the line even by fast food standards as one of the cashiers can't speak English, the woman in there is solid at assisting tho. The food makes up for it as it is delicious n is prepared n served in a reasonable amount of time. Would eat here again n thats the reason they are still in business for all those who hate the delivery, i highly suggest you go in. Yes i spell though as tho, my personal preference.

My fiancé and I have ordered from BIG several times before and we usually have no complaints. But this time they really struck out. I placed my order, the lady on the phone gave me no estimated time of arrival, didn’t give me my total, and failed to mention that they were busy. So when I called an hour later she tells me the driver is on his way. I call back ten or fifteen minutes later to cancel and she tells me I’ve already been charged so they can’t return my money. Lucky for her my food finally arrived when she put me on hold. I get you’re busy but I live two streets away. Very disappointed.

Food tasted good overall, spent almost $100 for 5 people with Uber eats only to find out that entrees don’t come with white rice? That’s an additional 1.50 for rice per 14.99 entree, didn’t realize this as it’s not mentioned when you order.

I’ve visited this restaurant a few times, mainly because the orange chicken is pretty good. However, the overall atmosphere leaves me questioning the quality and consistency of the food. Even during pickup, the environment feels run-down, almost like the place might close at any moment. I recently ordered the lunch special and noticed they served a knockoff cola brand, which didn’t help the experience. On a previous delivery, the driver demanded a tip at my door. They deliver the food themselves, and I was even pressured to add a tip and sign the receipt on the spot. Unfortunately, the food alone isn’t enough to outweigh the unprofessional service and declining atmosphere.

I usually eat their Chinese food and it really isn't disappointing. I decided to try their Cajun shrimp with corn and sausage. The price was cheaper than those famous Cajun restaurants, but what a disappointment. I wasn't anything like the famous restaurants. Out of the 3 pounds that we got we probably ate a total of 6 shrimps. What a shame. I was hoping it was better since I usually order takeout from them since it's close to home. I say stick with the Chinese food

The price was cheaper than those famous Cajun restaurants, but what a disappointment. I wasn't anything like the famous restaurants. Out of the 3 pounds that we got we probably ate a total of 6 shrimps. What a shame. I was hoping it was better since I usually order takeout from them since it's close to home. I say stick with the Chinese food

usually i get the broccoli and beef with no problems but the most recent time i got horrible food poisoning i’ve been out for almost a week now with awful diarrhea and i might need an iv for all the fluids i’ve lost. dear god PLEASE wash your hands when you work you can’t do this to people. please don’t order from here.

I had delivery and ordered 2 medium sides (thought rice was included) and I asked for a 2 litre bottle of diet coke on the phone. Well, when the food was delivered the 2 medium sides were here but no 2 litre diet coke was here but 4 cans of diet coke and no rice. So for 2 medium side orders of orange chicken and chicken with broccoli and 4 cans of diet coke for $28.00 plus a $5.00 tip to the driver. Never, ever again will I order or recommend this place to anyone. The food is too expensive and you don't get enough for what you pay for. You get cheated! Then when they take your order over the phone they are in such a hurry you can't keep up with what they are saying. No, thank you!!

Ordered delivery. Said 20-50 minutes... took almost an hour and a half. Ordered two lunch combos and some chow main. The soup taste like dog food. The combo option for drinks were sprite and coke and we got a Pepsi and a 7up. Tipped on the online order and the delivery guy just stood there wanting another tip. The rest of the food was mediocre at best. Definitely would not order again.

I have ordered here twice, walk-in/to go. This time I realized after I left that I (again) did not get my discount for "walk-in orders placed between 3-5". So I called to inquire and was told "you have to have a coupon". I explained it doesn't say that on the bag with GIANT writing advertising said discount. I was then told, "you have to bring your bag next time, then you'll get the discount". Again, nowhere does it clarify ANY of this and, no, I won't be saving this full sized grocery bag and bringing it in on my next visit. Also, ordered plain fried rice and was given veggie fried which costs 3 times as much. Shady.

Ordered food online, and it took an hour and a half of waiting before receiving it. When asking the workers about the status of the order, there were several instances of being brushed off and ignored. Overall, it was poor customer service for pricey, sub par quality of food. Would not recommend.

I thought I would try something different. Boy was I wrong. The driver mixed up my order with someone else's. I had to wait for the driver to return and he took so long. After calling the restaurant a few times, finally he shows up. I finally open the containers of my food and no rice and dumplings are cold. The worst experience. I wait from 3:2 2pm till almost 6pm to receive my order. First and definitely last time.

Ordered a Teriyaki Chicken as take out...order was very fast and we were surprised how quick...When I got home we discovered why the quickness. The dish had 40+ pieces of onion squares and 20+ chicken pieces...If I hadn't been so tired I would have and should have returned the entire meal...So check your order before you leave...don't mind paying the price if you serve me the proper portion...Not good...

delivery: took an hour and a half for the food to get here. might have been busy it was a Tuesday at 5:30pm chow fun: this one was ok. mango boba: kids enjoyed it. fried rice: my personal opinion but this was the worst fried rice I've ever had in my life. You know how they make cauliflower into rice? Well imagine that but with cardboard. then pouring frozen veggies in with a couple shrimp and a gallon of soy sauce. orange chicken: it's more like orange chicken skins as the pieces were thin like chicken skin. I saw all the terrible reviews but thought it couldn't be that bad. in my opinion it's much worse. Dinner is one of the only things I've left to look forward to during the pandemic. and this ruined my night. Don't let it ruin yours.

They were cooked to a hard charcoal crisp and didn't contain a molecule of moisture in it. It was like eating aged sun dried cracked leather Beef chow fun This was semi edible and lacked any good flavor but at least it didn't make me hate myself with each bite. Which is such a sad low bar

I ordered 3 chicken entrees which were al auto be white breast meat, none of them were. We pretty much had to pick off the pieces and just ate the vegetables and rice and the noodles. That’s false advertising, very disappointed. I try to support small businesses but not this one ever again. Almost $80 for dinner in the trash.

Three strikes and I will never buy from this place again. Zero stars!!! I am forced to put one!!

They can of course adjust their pricing to include their costs of material, expenses,, etc. But to say to a customer you must pay cash of we charge you a fee? After all, credit card payment especially in restaurant is almost a standards staple used everyday. Indeed, some businesses do not even take cash anymore (i.e. sports venue, healthcare). Also, a business decides to take only cash and or impose a credit card fee, then they must be transparent about it, indicate so in their promotional brochure and website, rather than surprising customers at the checkout. My bill did not even show this fee, it was just added to the total. That is when I noticed and questioned it. So much for transparency! I have visceral dislike for junk fees and refuse to patronize any business that do so.

Food is decent and what you expect from Chinese takeout, but place looks gross and they are a mess about getting orders done correctly in a timely manner.
