Great customer service. I didn't catch the name of the team member but he helped me out greatly for something that was 100 percent my fault. I place the order for pick up at the wrong location, and was about to just pay for a new sandwhich for lunch but the nice gentleman honored my order (after proof of course). Helped me out greatly for something not his fault at all.
Great location, food is always fresh and employees are great. Order is always ready when promised when ordering from the app. I've probably ordered too many Club Subs at this point, I cannot stop.

Great food and the staff were nice. I always get the BLT sandwich. I placed my order online. I picked it up right on time.
The staff is superb! They were very patient w/ me being my first time ordering from JMS. I love the ham & tuna subs I ordered, plus they cut the meat right in front of me. Loved that a lot. Everything was very fresh. I recommend this one in the Rose shopping center near Ralph's. Bread was fresh, even the next morning after & sub still tasted as if I had just bought it. Don't forget to give them a tip, they work hard to give you a delicious sub.
Was so pleasantly surprised to find such a great spot. The meats were cut in front of me, freshest bread ever (roll) all the works they offer as part of their sub’s was great too. The 3 clean cut handsome young men were awesome… kind, helpful, patient and professional. I will be back for sure.
This jersey Mike's, in specific, is awesome. I work very close to it and all the workers and are very nice and helpful, and they work hard, always moving but making sure you're still taken care of haven't had a bad experience here with the food or workers yet and don't think I will
Great sandwiches at decent prices
Not realizing they had just closed, I came in at 9:05 to get a sub. Rather than politely turn me away, the shift lead was amazing. She offered to turn the grill back on just to make me a hot sub. I ultimately declined so she wouldn't have to re-clean the grill, and chose a cold sub instead. She was very kind, friendly, and provided excellent customer service!!
The right place to for a sanwhich crave. Sandwiches made to your liking and tastes delicious at to the standard you would expect at any Jersey Mike's sandwich shop. A rather smaller dining area with just a couple of outside seating. However this location keeps the dining area very clean. During our visit we observed staff meticulous maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant. Restroom facilities are also very clean. Service is also very friendly and welcoming. Staff members like Alex create your sandwich with a smile and will fix any errors made on the order. I'm a repeat customer to this location because of the A+ service.
Alex at Jersey Mike’s is fantastic! He provided excellent service while making my vegetarian sandwich—it was fresh, tasty, and exactly how I wanted it. I really appreciated how clean and professional he was. He even changed his gloves and made sure everything was clean before preparing my food. Super helpful and thoughtful—thank you, Alex!

Normally great service and I never have a bad experience. But recently my mobile order hasn't been correct. Today missing the chips and had vinegar and oil. And the sandwich was falling apart because it was wrapped loose. Still would recommend them.
This Jersey Mike's always does it right. The sandwiches are correct, and tasty. The food has a much better quality than other sandwich places I've had. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The bathroom is clean. My experience ordering from the app at this restaurant has been good. (when picked up. The staff can't be responsible for delivery services). If you want a sandwich, this is the sandwich shop to go to. Just be aware that they take a while to make your sandwich during the busy meal hours.

I ordered ahead using the app and had a pickup time of 12:40, only to arrive at 12:40, watch several people work through the process, and finally get my order at 1:09. Half an hour may not seem like a lot of time under the right circumstances, but when you have a family of five and everyone is preparing for lunch and your order is 30 minutes late after you use their system to ensure that it would be ready on time, you can see how that might be an issue. Once I got home, the sandwiches not only didn’t have the people’s names on them as I had entered on my order, but they were marked incorrectly, a minor inconvenience but still. Unfortunately, this was not my first experience picking up an online order that was not ready when I arrived. Maybe it’s an issue with the timing published on the app, maybe it’s an issue with this location, who can say for sure? Either way it’s something that potential customers should be aware of.

I was the only person in line for a sandwich and it took 25 minutes to get it. So the sandwich was good and done right, and the service needs a lot of work. Apparently the greeing now instead of Hi or How are ya is "Hey give me a minute!". I get it. Your short staffed trying to keep up with the incoming orders but this wasn't the middle of the lunch rush. And the sandwich tasted like the service - ordinary at best. I don't know if economics are playing a part but the quality of the indgredients seem to be getting lower by the day. It's still better than the other guys, but that isn't saying much these days. We as consumers apparently decided mediocre is ok. Mike's used to be something above. I realize I spent only $28 but value... just wasn't there. I am NOT looking for a freebie, or an insincere and empty boilerplate attempt at damage control with an "apology for any inconvenience", just sharing my experience on a Friday afternoon.

Do not ever do a phone order for pickup. IF it is even done by the time stated items will be missing or wrong. I do not know if they are just too busy or have no attention to detail but unless you are there to watch everything they do something will be wrong without a doubt.
Waited in line for 15 minutes to be informed that if I wanted a hot sandwich that I had to wait an additional 15 minutes. Should have been informed of this ridiculous motion from the kids running the joint in advance. Garbage service. Always reluctant to go to this location as they often get the food and pricing wrong.
Order using their app. Was promised pick up time of 12:35pm. They completed the order at 12:47PM. It took so long You’d think it’s fine dining
This store is an absolute mess! I ordered number 7/turkey, waited for about 30 min and when I got home noticed they gave me a “dry” sandwich with bread and meat:)
This is my 3rd time at this location. The first time that asked me if I wanted my sandwich "Mike's Way" I asked what that was and they told me. They used way too much vinegar on my sandwich so the next time I told them not much vinegar at all. Today, I went there and Jayden was making my sandwich and asked me if I wanted it "Mike's Way" again and I said yes but no vinegar this time. She pours oil all over my sandwich making 4 passes. By the 2nd pass I said whoa! She kept goi g and then told me that was "Mike's Way". I said that was way too much oil and asked her why she didn't stop when I was telling her too? She then started arguing with me and told me that if I didn't want that much oil to next time tell her light oil. Nothing really explains how much oil and vinegar "Mike's Way" really is. I told Jayden that next time she should ask THE CUSTOMER if they want light, regular or heavy? She shook her head and passed me off to the cashier. This is really bad customer service and experience. Not recommend at all!
