Good experience. We had a reservation and recommend you do because it can get busy despite lots of seating and decently quick service. The food was good. I really liked the salad. Very filling. The burrata was good; I wasn’t a fan of the tomato topping…too sweet and the bread was cold. Our waitress was very friendly and even gave us our drinks to go.

We had an excellent experience, the food, the service by (Corey our server) and the place we were seated was fantastic outside. The heaters on the umbrellas are great! They were very accommodating to my food intolerances. The Italian food feels very authentic to actual Italian food I’ve eaten in Rome, Italy. 👍

I went here with two of my friends and we all highly recommend this Disney restaurant. The customer service was excellent, and we didn't really have to wait that long to receive our food. We were seated outside under shade--which might not seem like a big deal until you realize that it was a warm Californian July afternoon. Ambiance was good outside. There were a lot of people, average Disneyland, but it didn't feel that way outdoors.

Recently came here for dinner with family, we had a party of 8 and after a long day were ready to dig into some delicious pizza! Since I’d visited before I recommended the margherita (not pictured) which was promptly devoured as well as some perfectly prepared calamari! As for what I went with, I decided to try the carnivoro which was a meat lovers dream as well as a tried and true classic cocktail, the Malibu breeze! Great atmosphere and the staff were all super friendly as well! Best pizza in Downtown Disney!

All I can say is this was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. I'm a frequent Disney world traveler and love Via Napoli in EPCOT and this was probably right there next to it in terms of quality. The meat lover was awesome. If I ever get back I'll compare their quattro formaggi to EPCOT. Don't sleep on the focaccia bread appetizer.

Great service: Pablo was amazing! Delicious and authentic Neopolitan Pizzas made with Caputo '00' flour. Chewy, and slightly crispy crust with a distinct, authentic flavor. Tried Pepperoni and Hawaiian they were really good!

Had a beautiful experience at Naples today. The cocktails and food were phenomenal- and our server was a part of what made this experience so great. He was patient and funny and recommended one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. Their strawberry gelato?? A must try. The view from outside is perfect for a downtown Disney vibe :) Thank you Corey!

Ate here Christmas Day 2025 and it was super slammed busy! Did a walk up reservation and we waited 45mins around 5:30pm. The line up outside the host table is really a mess. They need better signage on where to go for making reservation and where you go when you have a reservation. Host sat us at a table without chairs, so we awkwardly stood for 5 minutes while she looked for chairs. So odd 🤔 Waiter was ok, jusy going through the motions and not really a magical experience. Luckily the food was very good. Eggplant parm for myself and Chicken parm for my husband. Both were hot and tasty. In and out probably in 40 mins...and back to the park.

Best drinks I've had in a long time the ingredients/aromatics they use are top notch..arancinis were crispy and flavorful! But our bartender Dylan made our experience exceptional and took it over the top with his hospitality and service! Definitely will be back

Naples was a great place for dinner. The way it was presented was beautiful. The waiter, Cory, was amazing. He was prompt with taking and getting our meal out to us, such a plus. The food was amazing. We ordered pepperoni pizza and the chicken penne pasta, they were both so delicious. We plan on returning before our vacation ends and hope Cory will be working so he will be our server. So if you’re in this area please visit, you will not be disappointing.

Corey was wonderful! He took such great care of our large party and was so hospitable with our wild kiddos. Absolutely would come back and eat here again because of the outstanding customer service. He waited on us as if we were family. Never an empty glass or a moment of need that he didn’t address. Thanks again Corey for your great recommendations on the menu and outstanding hospitality! We will be back.

It’s always a fantastic experience at Naples Ristorante! Our family loves the food and the service is top notch! Corey, our server, was fantastic! He’s fabulous at his job. We eat at Naples every time we travel to Disneyland and over the last 2-3 years we’ve been so lucky to have Corey wait on us each time! He’s so personable and friendly. He makes the experience even more enjoyable!

Great Italian spot in Disney! The Chicken Vodka Pasta is a must-order; the sauce is 10/10. The Margherita pizza was decent, though the wood-fire char wasn't the best I've ever had. Overall, a delicious experience and I'd definitely return for that pasta!

Solid Italian food in the heart of Downtown Disney. It's not going to win over old Italian Nonnas with the food but it's good. Service was fast and solid Loved sitting outside on a beautiful California night.

By far one of the best dining experiences I’ve have ever had. Kyle was attentive and specifically paid attention to my little one on her fourth birthday! On top of that, the food was amazing and atmosphere was very welcoming. I highly recommend bringing your family here for a great time.

Food was great the lasagne was fabulous full of meat. The eggplant was good. But it came out cold. After that I just can't eat anything else. Server was fast and very friendly. Kept glasses filled.. pizzas were huge and looked very good. Spaghetti and meatballs was huge.
