Astrid is my favorite manager here. Always greeted with a smile. She takes the time to say hi and never complains and never tries to argue or prove the customer wrong because of a minor mistake. I've had missing items and items made incorrectly, and she fixes the issue immediately... with a smile. You can't even get mad... you just smile back. She's a true example of what working in customer service as a manager should be. She provides great internal and external customer service. Us familiar customers are glad to see her when we visit. Me coming from a background of 20+ years in the field, some could learn a lot from her. She's AWESOME!

I visited the McDonalds in Los Alamitos - the place was clean, we received our food very quickly, and this was on a Sunday morning, the restaurant was busy. Every employee had a smile on their face, which tells me that they didn't hate their job. The food was hot, it was a nice atmosphere and I would go there again . I didn't see any alarming people outside lingering, I felt comfortable with my decision to visit this establishment. We had coffee and sausage McMuffins.

I only wanted unsweetened iced tea with lemon. Simple, right? I can't tell you how often I get sweet tea with lemon YUCK. We just moved to Cypress, and even with my hyper Labrador barking with a toy in his mouth, they got it right. HOORAY! I really appreciate the staff here. They had a friendly attitude and great service.

Usually don't go to mcdonalds but the burger here was really thick and good. I went in the drive thru and my daughter had to use the bathroom. Bathrooms were a mess.

Walked to restaurant while my EV was charging. Tried to use the app. I wanted to use the $.99 coffee deal and get some chicken nuggets. Their app is really confusing to me and it deleted my coffee coupon. So at the restaurant I showed the store manager who was working the counter what I wanted. She touched some buttons and entered my order. The order came out with no coffee. When I tried to purchase the coffee it wouldn't let me and said I had to wait 15 minutes before I could order again. I asked the manager for help and she refused to do anything. After I finished my nuggets and was leaving, she gave me a free coffee.

It was just sad. Quarter pounder with cheese had cheese sauce on it. The sandwich was half the size. The unsweetened tea had sugar and the fries tasted like they were dusted with sugar. It was super expensive. On the pluse side the sandwich was warm.

This location tends to get the order wrong. On the off chance it’s right, it takes absolutely forever. The only redeeming quality is the fact that there are a few really kind employees

This McDonald's has problems. I ordered on the self service kiosk and it says "we are only accepting TO GO ORDERS" . And there's a bunch of people eating at tables. It is frustrating when they try to implement technology and it doesn't work. So the machine won't spit out a receipt but it says the order was sent to the kitchen. So I'm waiting for my to go order and the clerk is staring at me like something is wrong. I guess the kiosk isn't hooked up with the kitchen. So I order again. I'm turning this location in to the McDonald's corporate office for incompetent service

Fast food is no longer fast. I tried to use the kios inside your restaurant. This is not an asset to your restaurant. It's not easy to use, and what it tells me is you would rather not pay an employee to take an order. But you don't mind paying an employee to bring the order to the table. So much for customer service. I will not be eating at your restaurant ever again. Maybe you should reevaluate the importance of taking care of each customer, before you become a casualty of this recession, and go out of business.

I have ordered egg cheese and steak bagel which is number 10 and I specifically told him that I want the egg cheese steak bagel I did one bite and on the second part that I found out that has bacon strips because of my health concerns and the guy takes the bag saying nothing I go use the restroom come back standing there for my order and standing standing then I just walked out so that was my Monday. Thank you.
