Slow service. Construction of my burrito was sub par. It just didn’t taste fresh. We paid for an empanada but were told they were out of them after waiting 5 minutes...lack of communication made the experience even more miserable. Management could definitely run a tighter ship at this location. We will probably use this location as a last resort going forward.

Went here after Disneyland, most of the food was alright but annoyed at paying extra for filling on my burrito and they didn’t give me any. Ordered a large fries and the box was literally half full. Workers didn’t want to be there we couldn’t even get a hello out of them.

Absolutely the worst taco bell you can go to. Expect a minimum of 30 minutes before your order has been taken and another 20-30 to get your food .you're better off going home to eat. Absolutely the worst service from any fast food restaurant

Had a mishap with my online order where i was unable to pick it up at the time i requested, and just went in to not delay the drive thru with my issue. When I got there i was ignored and acted like I was an inconvenience. Not one person welcomed me or even attempted to help me. Just gross behavior. Stood there for minutes without any kind of help

Very poor customer service. No body bothered if any customer is waiting; no body came to the counter to help. After 20 minutes I had to ask for my phone order, which was ready and kept on side. The men’s restroom out of order. A group of young people 3-4 girls & 2 boys came and everyone used women’s restroom.

Been here a couple of times to pick up food at the drive thru. It’s pretty slow but I’m use to that.This time I have a problem with an employee who likes to run his mouth apparently because I was too loud when I said the order name. I had to repeat the name 3 times until he could hear it but then gets offended when it was too loud for him. He can get bent.

worst fast food place wait EVER!! service was SO SLOW... drive thru line ridiculous. they are maybe understaffed at night if we are being nice, but it looks like plenty of people back there. I came to pick up an order to deliver - so my customer's food was already ordered, paid for, made, and is sitting getting cold and they insist I wait in the drive thru line - which is VERY long (wraps thru neighboring gas station parking lot, and is BARELY moving at all).. I got out and walked up to the speaker to ask if someone could just bring it to the door, but NO. so now I'm stuck waiting in this line which would be ABSURD even if my food wasn't paid for, ready to go and getting cold. plus, I am not paid for my time in any real way doing deliveries... so this is costing me time and money!!

I was almost done eating my food when i opened my last taco and discovered a cockroach just chilling inside it. I was so disgusted since i had already eaten most of the food. The fact that it was a baby cockroach means they have an infestation of roaches in the restaurant. I really dont recommend eating at this location

I honestly am a taco bell lover but c'mon this is ridiculous not meet at all on my crunchwrap supreme 😩😕 I ordered the crunchwrap and it was stuffed with more lettuce then meat, it was so thin. I used to buy the same food from others taco bell and they always made it with more meat, not only lettuce🙄

make is fresco means no dairy or mayo based sauces. why is there cheese on my crunchwrap? beats me. can’t wait for my allergic reaction to happen.
