Wendy's lost a customer. Once I found out about them charging for the sauce that was it. The food is good but any place that charges for sauces i never return. Sadly. 54cents for each sauce. Smh

Oh my gosh. Sometimes just acknowledging someone at the counter will stop customers from throwing a fit. My hubby and I, along with another group stood at the counter for 10 mins watching the crew ignore us all. Watched two guys joking around at the fry fryer. Watch one guy stand and stare at the Fry's as they cooked. Watch a girl run back and forth packing a bag. Watch 3 guys in the back area do nothing. Finally asked if anyone is working the counter. Got ignored. Said it louder, got ignored. Knocked on the counter and yelled, is anyone working? Finally the girl says, "sorry we're just busy". There were 3 cars in the drive thru when we walked in, there was one guy sitting at a table eating, then there was us at the counter. Super busy. Word of advice. Turn and look at the customers and acknowledge them by saying, "we'll be right with you". It's just Wendy's. Nothing to brag about. I didn't get what I ordered but with how things were moving behind the counter, I'm lucky I got a burger. Staff needs a good meeting with upper management.

I didnt get a fork with my salad in the drive thru 😬😲 Luckily, I checked before leaving so I ran inside and got one. It's a bummer when they miss things when you are in the drive thru because sometimes you might be a ways away before you eat and notice what you didnt get.

The food was in a puddle of grease & put together sloppy & fast. That's just the food part. The dining experience was even worse. The eating area is filthy, although, I've seen worse. The bathroom was clean but the lights shut off & the toilets flushed every 15 seconds. If you happen to use the restroom longer than 3 minutes, the employees will come in, pretend to wash their hands & proceed to stare at you through the cracks in the stall. Worst lunch ever. Overall 1/5 stars. WOULD NOT DINE IN AGAIN.

I just stopped at your location and I ordered a Single Dave's and a Doble Dave's sandwiches "only" nothing else i got charged $17.00 (i looked it up and a single is $3.00 something and the Doble 4.00 something....are your drive tru people know what are they doing?... it seems very expensive!!!

I went through the drive thru and ordered chicken nuggets and a burger that was on a deal. I got over charged $2 because my nuggets were supposed to be free because of the rewards and $2 0ff the burger because it was a deal on the app. I was still in the parking lot so I went back to let her know I was over charged.... she was very rude and said there's nothing she can do while yelling at me.... we went back in forth for 5min until I got tired of going around in circles. So I asked for the managers name which is Daisy. I called the next day and left a message on their answering machine to call me back because I had some concerns and questions. Never got a reply or a phone call so I called again and still nobody picked up the phone so I left another message.... and still haven't gotten a phone call in return.... very poor customer service at this store from employees and management. Is this how you treat customers?

Drive thru literally takes a million years at this location. I decided to go inside and it was so disgusting and filthy. Trash was everywhere, every single table was so gross, and the floor was the worst. The floors were SO dirty and sticky…each step my feet stuck to the floor. While ordering I noticed the floor in the back with the workers was soaked and filled with puddles of water. So unsafe and unsanitary.
