These young men are very nice, the food is piping hot, they render fast service so one is done quickly. I like going there after work tired. Get food for my boy and self, then home eat and sleep.

Omg this place is so good. Service is 99.9% perfect. Sometimes it can be but and slow. Also sometimes they don’t have the drinks I want or the drinks taste watered down, but the food is A-1. Great value. Take the kids here

Had chicken BLT. It was fresh and hot. Tomato and lettuce was fresh and crisp. They have burgers, fires chicken choices, salad, and frozen soft serve frosty.

It's a great place to come with family and friends. They have the 4 for $4 Good deal! But sometime the freestyle drink are always out of flavor! But before or after the movies it a nice place to go!

Great place for lunch on the go. Drive-thru is never packed. Order is was taken correct without having to repeat myself and food is ready by the time you reach the pick up window. Didn’t have to ask for any napkins or condiments was already in the bag. Great job to the employees.

Honestly I don't care for Wendy's food don't ask me why it just happened! What I do love about Wendy's is that my Grandson loves French fries and we gave a donation and my Grandson gets a free mini shake so yeah I just show them the figuring of Wendy and a Icecream cone.. The food at Wendy's is very good. I love the breakfast. My only regret is that the maple croissant sandwich doesn't have nearly enough syrup. Definitely order your own separate syrup as they will give you the sandwich dry.

Very disappointed at Wendy's on Euclid Street in Anaheim. Note we have bought meals at Wendy's in orange on Chapman Ave. several times before never a problem. Today just wanted a son of baconator sandwich. Order at drive thru when I get to window cashier says it's $10.99 for sandwich only no drink no fries Note it's been at $3.00 for last two months. If the $3 special ended then tell your customer instead of arguing with them. We will no longer buy at Wendy's just go to McDonald's or jack in the box.

It's been a long time, I was out traveling and it was lunch time. 'Hey there is a Wendy's, I haven't eaten there in a while." The burger was great, the server was friendly but seemed a little overworked, maybe another helper at lunch time. She was great and we got our food fairly quickly, she just seemed stretched a little thin. Actually doing a great job under the circumstances.

BF had decided to get the chili and a lettuce wrapped burger, they did it nice enough. Had the new garlic fries, but they're tasted... Like garlic fries. Which isn't a bad thing, mind you. I prefer the regular fries. Have always had good service here. One time, had a mobile order accepted but could not enter store, went to Drive-thru window to ask for help regarding it, different employee came out with my order swiftly. Have eaten here once or twice with a friend as well, both times were great.

I go to Wendy's for the only one Frosty. This time around I got a spicy chicken sandwich which was really hot and spicy. Their french fries weren't as hot as I like but it was still good.

Food was great. Service was lacking, ordered a taco salad and it came with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Went up to ask for salsa was giving chili sauce. Had to ask for manager to get chilli and salsa.

The food is always good. And they make my fries extra crispy. It just sucks that they're always out of some type of fountain drink. Come here frequently enough that some of the workers know my order already which is pretty cool

My family and I visit Wendys often we find the pricing fair and the the quality of food delicious for the price. The 4 for 4 deal really is a great deal! I purchased 3 and was able to feed the whole family of 5 my wife and I ate the burgers and some fries and the kids ate the nuggets with some fries couple water cups for the young ones and the other fountain drinks for the grown ups and my oldest. Under $15 that's a deal for a quick bite to hold everyone over. The soda machine was out of a lot of flavors which I didn't like but other then that it was a great experience.

Wendy's is a great place to try if traveling, they offer burgers(Sandwichs)and fries, Kids Meals, Family deals. Drinks are huge so a medium is like a large.

The food is great, but the people working there sometimes dont care bout their jobs and always get orders wrong more times than McDonald's.

That mystery was great at 1st but now it's kind of dingy. I think it's just gotten messed up Overtime ,the Wi-Fi there never worked. I keep telling them, but it was like no big deal for them. Food is good ,but chili needs to be put at a higher temperature because the cheese never melts. They seem to focus more on drive through than the dining area at this location.

Asked them to refill the syrups on their Coke Machine because they were out of about half of them. They never bothered. Food was good but this location was full of screaming kids and obnoxious people talking to each other at a yell from all the way across the dining room.

Went through drive thru this visit and i ordered my food like i have any other Wendy's. I wasn't in a mood for hamburgers, i wanted just a chicken sandwiches. Well even after i gave the order number of the combo i wanted and stated i wanted the chicken sandwich. I for some reason got a double baconnator. Which any other time would of been fine, but i really didn't want that. Their was no point in driving back to get it fixed, i just dealed with it.

This location used to be great. Now, however: sticky floors, dirty tables, cold fries, soda fountain constantly out of "exclusive" flavors. I'll stick to other locations in the future.

I go here regularly and the staff seems to change like a revolving door. Sometimes they get it right and most of the time they forget something or give you the wrong order. I think they may need more cooks and staff to help.

Looks nice, too bad its service sucks. We went through the drive-thru and when we were about to finish ordering we were rudely interrupted and told to pull up. We get there and the ignorant cashier gives us our meals in the wrong bags (kids meal in a regular bag and my meal in kids meal bag). Then, we specify that we want a Vanilla frosty but he insisted on only giving us the chocolate one because who gives a damn what the customer wants. Right?

Drive thru staff is rude and won't tell you your order total over the speaker. When you roll up to the window, they won't give you a receipt and will act weird if you ask for it. Food has been alright.

The workers here seem to always have a serious attitudes. I give them the benefit of the doubt that they may be having a bad day or hate their job. But every time I've been here they its been the same. Not one nice person left. Great food but upper management needs to speak to their employees to see what's going on.

Wendy’s was my go-to fast lunch until they changed their fries. The old fresh cut fries were awesome but now they have “hot and crispy” fries. They should add “previously frozen & terrible” to that description. The difference was immediately noticeable. Shame because the spicy nuggs and lemonade were awesome. Disappointed. Gotta find a new place now.

Wendy's lost a customer. Once I found out about them charging for the sauce that was it. The food is good but any place that charges for sauces i never return. Sadly. 54cents for each sauce. Smh

Oh my gosh. Sometimes just acknowledging someone at the counter will stop customers from throwing a fit. My hubby and I, along with another group stood at the counter for 10 mins watching the crew ignore us all. Watched two guys joking around at the fry fryer. Watch one guy stand and stare at the Fry's as they cooked. Watch a girl run back and forth packing a bag. Watch 3 guys in the back area do nothing. Finally asked if anyone is working the counter. Got ignored. Said it louder, got ignored. Knocked on the counter and yelled, is anyone working? Finally the girl says, "sorry we're just busy". There were 3 cars in the drive thru when we walked in, there was one guy sitting at a table eating, then there was us at the counter. Super busy. Word of advice. Turn and look at the customers and acknowledge them by saying, "we'll be right with you". It's just Wendy's. Nothing to brag about. I didn't get what I ordered but with how things were moving behind the counter, I'm lucky I got a burger. Staff needs a good meeting with upper management.

I didnt get a fork with my salad in the drive thru 😬😲 Luckily, I checked before leaving so I ran inside and got one. It's a bummer when they miss things when you are in the drive thru because sometimes you might be a ways away before you eat and notice what you didnt get.

Got a Baconator Meal and Biggy Meal both large, and when asking for bbq was told i can only have 2 and be charged for additional sauces.

Very bad customer services. They make you wait for everything. Even if you the only one in line to other, they told you to wait, use the restroom, you have to wait. To get your order takes a long time. If you are in a rush, it is not a place to be in.

Ive eaten at many Wendys and this is the worst. Slower than molasses. The cashier has managed to not give me my points when I spend $40 here three times in a row. And she has an excuse every time. She also handles money and fills all the food orders with her dirty hands. When I complained to the mgr he wasnt much better and when I asked why she doesnt ask people if they have rewards he said "We're not supposed to". I've said all along, Wendys doesnt really want to give out rewards. This sux.

Probably the worst locations that Wendy's has ever had. Been here many times and each time something is never right or has not been resolved. Today was the last time i will set foot inside again. This location is an oven inside making it difficult to eat your meal in a comfortable environment the heat alone cam help shed off some pounds if you cant afford membership to a health club that provides steam rooms. Service here is, or lack there of, is one where I think you would have better service playing tea time with your neice or nephew at least there they will replace your cold tea to warm and offer you a free cookie. Organization here is scattered all over the place. They have their drive thru that seems to get their order in a timely manner, where inside you a cashier who never has an answer for you and always gets the order confused. How hard is it to order grilled chicken sandwich fries and a coke, apparently its difficult because he hasnt asked if we would like the combo. OH NO! YOU WANT THE COMBO? I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO! LET ME GET THE MANAGER! Here comes the manager poking along not paying attention the the line is now about 8 guests waiting because the cashier was to focused on one lady that he never looked up to see that he needed another cashier to help him out. Needless to say this is what happens everytime i visit this location. I will not be going back and whats sad about this location it has a new updated look. But as i mentioned you wanna loose weight for free this Wendy's will help you with that free of charge. Individual results may vary.

Horrible experience!!! I ordered four 4 for $4.00 and they screwed up on 2 of the four order's. I went back to cashier and asked to fix the order. Then they proceeded to tell me that I was lying about my order and about them getting my order wrong. The lady "brenda" that puts everything together didn't think I was able to hear nor understand what she was saying. I did and it was very inappropriate language in Spanish. All because they neglected to look at the order. I don't ever plan on coming back to this Wendy's the neglegent and the incompetent employees were enough for me. One more thing the soda machine had no ice neither did the machine in the back and the sodas were flat.

It's 12 noon and I pulled over to eat at what I thought would be a nice, casual and cool place to eat. Mostly, I came here for the air conditioner. This pkace does not have one. Just sitting here in sweating. Its nicer outside and it's noon. It's like a sauna in here.

Had a deal that was MOBILE ORDER ONLY. I was trying to figure out why the app wouldn't load my order and turns out this location doesn't accept mobile orders and I wasted a good 20 minutes sitting in the parking lot trying to figure out how to claim this offer but this location is apparently too cheap to accept mobile offers or too incompetent to figure out how to get their mobile orders in operation.

The one Wendy's that doesn't take EBT. Don't bother. They were also empty when I went (around 11:20) which says all you need to know.

Absolute worst location I have ever been to! Could hardly understand the cashier cause she barely spokeEnglish. Order was wrong twice. She stopped taking our order to make frosties for the kids meals instead of continuing the order and getting food. Went in the drive thru and asked the gentleman no cheese on my order. I then asked again to make sure it had no cheese. I drove off and checked in the parking lot, and it had CHEESE. This Wendy's has the worst management running their Drive thru (cause the dining room is closed) Earlier today I ordered a combo off their menu but when it came to pay I was short changed in returned. I pulled away, parked my car and knocked on the dining room door, not wanting to hold up the line. I was greeted by a heavy set woman informing me "Dining room is closed" I told her "I read that on your door sign, I'm here cause I didn't get me exact change right" ... I told what I ordered, she leaves for a bit and comes back to ask me what I had ordered, she shuts the door on me again comes back and AGAIN she asked me "What did you order?" By then I kinda lost it. I repeated my order again, told her the dollar bill I presented and the wrong changed I received, with calculations on my phone , I let her who the girl that took my money and gave the wrong change. Still she played the "Act dumb card" So attention future CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! I feel these are scam artists making side money off anyone who they feel they victimize.

Got asked to pull forward to get my nuggets. Waited there for 15 minutes. I know this because I watched a video that was 15 minutes long on my phone. Homeless all around the restaurant. Long drive thru line. Doors locked. Had to walk back to the drive through window and creep out another customer to get my food.

This store discriminates. On 9/3 at 5pm I walked in to use the restroom, immediately one of the associates asked that to use the restroom I have to purchase something, I advised her that I can understand you are discouraging use but I had to go and there is No sign stating this policy. The associate was extremely disrespectful and rude. It’s sad that common courtesy is missing. Associate Brisa you need to learn some respect for customers.

I order my food with no meat. They don’t have beyond meat or any other plant-based patty. Today No Lettuce for burgers. I like the cheese here but I paid for a bun, tomato, onion, and paid an extra $1.50 for them to add a little guacamole. I’m already paying for the burger with no meat and no lettuce because they were out. It would’ve been a nice courtesy for them to just add it.

How this place has 4 stars when there are a ton of reviews that are 1 and 2 stars I dont know. Went today to pick up lunch for workers. This was the first time the same cashier actually got my points added. When I asked for a bigger bag to put all the separate food bags in, a different employee put it on the counter and walked away. Didnt attempt to put my food in it and just went over and stood by the french fries. Unreal. I hate this Wendys.

I received my order completely wrong. I was too exhausted to even go to the store. But i got 2 "Dave's double" meals. And both my "burgers" were just bun and patty. Nothing else. I had to put my own ingredients on the burger at home.

The first thing you notice when you go inside is there is NO air conditioning! It was so hot and stuffy in there. The cashier was nice smiling and friendly. We got the last of the napkins, mostly all the sodas choices were empty. I went to walk to get a lid and straw and noticed I was standing in a puddle. Soda or water, I don't know. We also got the last small lid. The whole experience was disappointing. Thank God my Apple Pecan salad was delicious. I will not be back to this location though.

The food was in a puddle of grease & put together sloppy & fast. That's just the food part. The dining experience was even worse. The eating area is filthy, although, I've seen worse. The bathroom was clean but the lights shut off & the toilets flushed every 15 seconds. If you happen to use the restroom longer than 3 minutes, the employees will come in, pretend to wash their hands & proceed to stare at you through the cracks in the stall. Worst lunch ever. Overall 1/5 stars. WOULD NOT DINE IN AGAIN.

I went through the drive thru and ordered chicken nuggets and a burger that was on a deal. I got over charged $2 because my nuggets were supposed to be free because of the rewards and $2 0ff the burger because it was a deal on the app. I was still in the parking lot so I went back to let her know I was over charged.... she was very rude and said there's nothing she can do while yelling at me.... we went back in forth for 5min until I got tired of going around in circles. So I asked for the managers name which is Daisy. I called the next day and left a message on their answering machine to call me back because I had some concerns and questions. Never got a reply or a phone call so I called again and still nobody picked up the phone so I left another message.... and still haven't gotten a phone call in return.... very poor customer service at this store from employees and management. Is this how you treat customers?

Drive thru literally takes a million years at this location. I decided to go inside and it was so disgusting and filthy. Trash was everywhere, every single table was so gross, and the floor was the worst. The floors were SO dirty and sticky…each step my feet stuck to the floor. While ordering I noticed the floor in the back with the workers was soaked and filled with puddles of water. So unsafe and unsanitary.
