One of the worst Taco Bell experiences I've ever had. I use the app to order. The app had a challenge on it for nacho fries, so I tried to order them with other items. But this location did not have them, so the app would not place my order at all. I then asked if they would give me the app offers, they would not. I ordered 2 customized crave boxes, they were great. I also ordered a 12 supreme taco box (6 chicken, 6 beef), 2 crispy chicken tacos and several chips and nacho cheese, and several churros. I finally got my food 20 mins after ordering. I took my order home. The nacho cheese cups were only half full, the crispy chicken tacos as you can see in the photos, had a piece of chicken half thee size of the tortilla. I had to take the two and combine them to make 1 taco. The supreme chicken tacos were good. The beef there was such a small amount of meat on them. I don't usually leave negative comments, but I never have this bad of service from anywhere. Probably won't return to taco bell until the can fix these issues.

Today 10/26/2025 I left the house to get some things in town and was going to stop at Taco Bell on 53rd and Scatterfield , was craving some Double Deckers off the Decades Menu. Got to the drive up and the girl had no idea what I was talking about then another girl who I think is the manager said that it’s only available on the app. I said I don’t understand because I was just inside and had them for lunch the week before and she said that’s the way it is so I said OK forget about it and she said back “I will” instead of Im sorry. I pulled into Arby’s next door and did a quick internet search and it came up available on the app or inside or in the drive through so I walked back to Taco Bell and attempted to show the guy inside and he would not look at it so went back to Arby’s and called another Taco Bell about 6 miles away and asked for the manager and explained the story and she said come on down here and we will make them for you either inside or through the drive up. I was in a rush to get home to watch the Colt’s game so I just ate at Arby’s. After I ate I decided to call Taco Bell and attempted to talk to the manager (April) and told her and she said that only on the app so I said then why is it available on the kiosk inside the store and not in the drive through and she then accused me of throwing something at the drive through window and hung up on me!!!! I challenge Taco Bell to review the security footage so see that yes indeed I did drive through lane in order to get out and all my truck windows were up and nothing was thrown and I do not play games like that. I will be calling corporate tomorrow Me or any of my employees will NEVER go back to that Taco Bell Mike Yosha / President / Arcade Services Inc

Never know if this taco bell is open or not. Them opening on time in mornings is a rarity and they will just be randomly closed some days with no signage posted anywhere as to why

If it was possible to give zero stars I would. I went through one night with my fiancé.We ordered a couple of the seven layer burritos. I asked for no onion on them because my fiance is allergic to onion. Lady at the drive through told me there was no onion on them. I told her that last time i ordered one it had onion on it and she told me that the store made it wrong. We proceeded to order our food and check it in the car.There seemed to be no onion on it but when we got home.There was tiny diced onion all throughout it. Complete disregard for allergies.Way to put somebody in the hospital or worse.

My mother wanted to pay with cash and could not use the kiosk. After ordering at the counter, my mother watched other customers order and get their food for.10 minutes. After asking where her order was, she was then refunded her money and asked to leave. Ridiculous wait and service for a $3 order.

I would give no stars if it was an option. Went through the drive through at 12 am and was told they are only accepting Door Dash orders. Saw 4 other cars come and go as well. Not a smart way to do business.

Watered down drinks. Ordered cheesy roll up’s and they just threw the cheese in the tortilla didn’t melt it nothing. Terrible experience I will be calling the store today bc how late it was when I ordered. Worked didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing or proper hygiene to be working food. I ordered the enchilada burrito combo and a number 8 and ask for the whole combo to be made with “chicken” not only did the drive thru lady kept cutting me off when i was ordering telling me everything does come with chicken when i get to the window i stated again is everything made with chicken the lady at the window said yes lol i get my food and its made with all beef as i proceeded to take my food back in to get it made right they kept giving me extra food smh i just want what i ordered and it made with chicken I highly do not recommend coming here they can’t listen to the customers and they are very rude and unprofessional.
