You can't really complain here at this location. Pizzas are hot and ready. Employees will help when needed. The prices are very easy on the eye. The other items are great also. Shame on me because I eat this once a week.
Overall they know what their doing um wish prices would come down a little more. But other then that they do good
Absolutely LOVE this place! Always fast service, never once have I been disappointed with the pizza. Plus, it’s affordable! The manager(Elias) has always been super nice to me as well. Pro tip: Try the wings if you haven’t!
I always get my pizza fresh and fast. I never had a problem with the quality of the food. I've always been treated well and they made sure to give quality service. Haven't had a single problem with this place.
I love getting pizza from here especially if they have to make it fresh ... The employees are efficient and courteous. There is a wait for freshness but it's so worth it !
Very prompt service manager is very polite , the pizza was fresh, cheap and quality was extremely good!! A large pizza for $5.00! Not bad and it truly is always “hot n ready”! Love this place
They gave me 10 fresh pizzas in under 12 minutes !!!
Excellent pizza for the price. Good and fast service too!
Pizza always comes out great!!! Great service!!!!
Shout out to the hard-working people working there today, Jackson, George, Luis, and Maria. Lines were wrapped around the place, and i still received service with a smile, and they were very polite. Even though an oven was down, the wait time was reasonable. Good was hot and good. Thank you!
I ordered 7 pizzas (3 supreme and 4 peperoni). Placed the order at 11:05 and by 11:35 my order was ready. Service was fast and friendly.

Went for the crazy bites but they weren't serving them that day...disappointed~~ The pizza was hot and good. Not too much sauce and plenty of pepperoni~~
For takeout pizza, Little Caesars is my go to place. Of all the places in town, it is the most consistent in taste and appearance, least expensive, and quickest from order placement to hand-off. A large pepperoni and cheese for $6, and you can double the ingredients for no upcharge?! When we have the grandkids over and need a quick treat that they really like, Little Caesars Pizza is a good choice.
The pizzas we got were good but we had to put it back in the oven to cook some more which is fine by us. Overall, it was good.
Great service, sometimes a big line but usually not in it long they are pretty good about getting the food to me in a timely manner.
The hot and ready cheese is never, ever ready. We have to wait 15-20 minutes every single time we go. The price is good and the food is good but the wait is not good. Service depends on who's there. Sometimes super friendly sometimes not so much.
Pizza is exactly what you would expect from a $5 pizza. It's not bad. Wait time is next to nothing if you order online with the Pizza Portal. This was the best thing they could have installed because prior to that there was no such thing as "ready" with regards to any of the "hot and ready" pizzas. I will go back for sure, especially if you have small kids that aren't picky about their pizza.
Consistent pizza quality which hasn't changed since the 90s. 🍕 Great service considering how busy they are.
Little Caesar's in Angleton most of the time has my online order ready when promised at the drive thru. The employees are very busy but for the most part are cordial and professional and keep the drive through line moving while also having to work the counter inside the restaurant. The pizza is pretty good, sometimes there are great deals and LC is definitely budget friendly. 👌🏻✅

They have a lot of business. They need to hire more people and find a way to get pizzas cooked faster. 40-40 minute wait times are getting old. Last three weeks same thing.
7/18/2025 5:48 Manager or the shift leader, whoever, was just in the back pretending to hide behind some oven pans while talking and laughing with another employee while I was standing, waiting to be helped. Front Desk was on Driver thru and he was backed up. The guy manning the oven had to step away from that to come help me while whoever was in charge was goofing off.
What can you say. The pizza is cheap and service is fast. They haven't changed the quality but with Pizza Hut and Domino's getting so expensive it just makes Little Ceasars seem to taste better. Last time I got 3 pizzas at Pizza Hut it was $80!
So we walked in because the online ordering was turned off... it was 8:54pm the kid there asked if we could order in drive thru because the lobby closes at 9... so a little annoyed that now I have to go back to my car and go to the drive through, to find that the order speaker doesn't even work... we drive to the window like the hand written note told us to... go to give our order... then he asked us to pull around to the doors at the front to wait for our food... then I went to see how long it was opened till and it says 9pm so I am thankful that they took our order but I didn't understand why we couldn't have ordered our food inside until I saw the two kids throwing a pizza box back and forth at each other horsing around... guess they couldn't do that with us in the store... would have thrown off their grove. Ps... his mopping skills are less to be desired.
They never have hot and ready pizza when I go. I always have to wait like 20 minutes in a long line around the building. There's one employee that's always there every time I go. They work him to death.

The slogan "hot and ready" definitely doesn't apply to this location. Customer service is very poor and sloppy. Waited 15 mins for a pizza and they gave me a pepperoni instead of the cheese pizza... left without a refund. I'd rather pay extra at pizza Hut across the street for quality
The person that took my order acted like he had a problem being at work. And dealing with people not saying that I would go back to the angleton Little Caesars. But it will definitely be a while before I do go back just because of one person's attitude
This place is way too slow for a fast food chain. I have been to this location dozens of times, and each time I'm hoping they get their act together. I am always disappointed in their performance. There are a lot of young kids that seem to not know what they're doing or how to treat people professionally. Rude and disrespectful workers and very slow. Corporate needs to clean house and hire new workers that actually WANT a job. Edit: Two years and dozens of visits later, and still no change. Well, there has been changes, actually. Now there's a LONG line stretching from the front door, on around and back to the drive thru window, waiting to get your order. The food is great, but if I think I'll just stay home from now on and get my pizzas faster from Pizza Hut or Dominoes. They deliver faster than the wait at this place, and their staff members are far more friendly and professional. Goodbye Little Caesar's, in Angleton.
This location has an Inspection Rating of “A” The food was good. However, the service I received from an older lady with was very poor. She greeted me very rude. When I asked what pizzas she had ready, she rolled her eyes and began naming everything from the sauce to bread sticks etc. I then placed my order and she just shut the window. After she was done chastising a younger employee, she gave me the total in Spanish, which I don’t mind one bit, but, her attitude was so distasteful. When she gave me my order, I was missing some items. When I asked about them, she said oh I didn’t charge you for that. So I just gave up, and departed the store. Good store, good food, but maybe a good counseling on customer service can make a difference.

Worst experience at a Little Caesars ever. First they do not answer the phone so don't waste your time trying to call. The young lady cashier had a horrible attitude. She was frowning the entire time. Did not welcome me after I said hello how are you doing today was just silent. Replied to myself and the customers in the Drive-Thru with... what do you want. Turned the three customers away behind me telling them they were out of pizza when obviously she felt overwhelmed as there were a couple of customers inline. Again this was the worst customer service I have ever had. If she hates her job so much I don't understand why she just doesn't go home.
Little Ceasars stated they provided "call-in" pickup....NOT. In my numerous attempts in calling, no one picked up. After waiting in line & waiting for pizza to be cooked I asked employees if Little Ceasars provided "call-in" orders....was informed, "yes, but to busy with drive thru to take call-ins" so we don't answer phone"...really, wow.
After waiting in line for almost 25 minutes I get the pizza and the cheese bread. The pizza was not cut and who is no garlic on the cheese bread. I'll just spend the extra few bucks next time and go to Domino's or Pizza Hut. Call it and talk to the manager basically told me it was not his problem.
Went to the drive thru to get 2 pizzas and some bread sticks. Spend 25 minutes on the drive thru. First the person on the drive thru couldn't understand my order so I ask my husband to talk and the guy and he still couldn't understand, my husband kept repeating and the guy just told us to pull forward. When we finally got to the window he thought we had ordered one pizza (when he said pull forward he thought we were done ordering, so instead of saying "would that be it?" Or "would you like something else?" He just told us to pull forward). So at the window we had to say our order and wait. A long time. By the time I left he house and came back I could have ordered a pizza for delivery. I only went there because I thought it would be faster. The young men who talked to us had a very poor work ethic, looks like he was never trained and had no idea what he was doing. My suggestion to this place is either to train their staff or just hire new people to start over with no bad habits, if not y'all might as well close the doors. I am not giving this place a second chance.
The workers are very professional and nice but the restaurant is extremely old out dated And very disgusting honestly 🤮🤮 the owner need to spend some money and renew the place it's very busy to be this dirty again the workers are awesome
Waited 20 minutes for a supposedly hot and ready cheese pizza and a pepperoni. Dont waste your time. I coulda went to Dominos and got better pizza for $1.00 more and 10 minutes less wait time. I just asked for a refund and im heading to dominos
I would put zero stars. Driver came out cursing about the other employees in the store and how they didnt know their jobs. Had a child in the car hearing this. I sat waiting for 22 minutes for 2 pizzas, cheese bread and pepperoni cups. This is the worst pizza I have ever had and seen. If I could add photos Id show how burnt and dried out this food was.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff is incompetent. The manager sits on his butt while workers try and keep up with the orders. You can smell the poor hygiene of the manager from the drive thru. If you call you will be hung up on as soon as they answer. When asking for the corporate number they will refuse to give it. When asking for the managers name he will refuse. The store is being run by children. Over all experience is 0 out of 10. Having to drive to Lake Jackson little Caesar’s for decent service is ridiculous.
I went to get this pizza Friday night. I asked for a veggie pizza with no cheese. This is what I got After being asked to pull around and it would take 15 minutes I was there for more than 45 minutes and pushing. I finally had to go inside to see what was taking so long with my order. They stated that they had to remake the same pizza three times and still this.🤦🏽♀️After going in to get my order on my way out of the door I hear one of them say she has an attitude. Every order that ordered after me had already gotten their pizza/ pizzas. What workforce solutions
Friday, 5/14/25, 815pm, never seen a Little Caesar pizza place run or manage this bad! They need new management, doors lock, loud speakers not working and so on. Why stay open?
I placed an order the day before online for pickup at 11am (since that time is allowed for pickup). My husband went to pick up the pizza a little before 11am, but door was locked (don't open till 11am). He sat in his car for a few minutes and tried again after 11am and it was still locked when the pickup time was 11am. He even banged on the door, no one came. Then he tried the drive thru, which was open, but they just put all our pizzas sitting on the counter and didn't help pass them down to his car. He had to go inside and ask for the pizzas. Finally got our pizzas to the party around 11:30am. I didn't receive an email for pickup till 11:22am. Why have an online ordering service with times to pickup if they aren't going to have the pizza ready on time or the door unlocked? Oh, and there was water freely dripping from the ceiling and making a huge puddle in the lobby in front of the counter.
This store is so slow. Of course they make you pay first. Then you have to wait in line on the other side of the building. I only see one guy running the place. I was the 4th vehicle in line waiting. Here it's 22 minutes and I'm still waiting. 2nd car back now. The LJ store is just as bad. Just say'n
Order arrived cold and 1 hour later than the estimated delivery time. I will never order delivery from this location again
This little Caesars does not answer the phone and apparently you cannot go inside the lobby to order your food. You only have to get to go through the drive-through. However, the door is open to the lobby. Doesn’t make any sense.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This location uses DoorDash to deliver their food which has horrible rating all around, their delivery driver left my food on the ground outside and never knocked. Food was so cold I had to pop it in the oven just to heat it up. To top it all off I opened one of the pizzas for my kids which was supposed to be a pretzel cheese pizza and instead it was a pepperoni pretzel pizza. Tried to call the number it referenced which turns out to be the number to DoorDash and the agent was not only rude and had an attitude, he didn’t care at all about replacing my kids pizza. He just gave a stupid 40% discount and hung up on me. Tried to call the actual store but as always no one picks the phone up because god forbid if they delt with their customers issues. This place is ghetto, rundown and nasty and it has been for a very long time. Don’t get me wrong. It was nice when it first opened up but to be honest with you they’re shortage of staff, The lack of Customer Service and their lack of care for their product. Pretty much earns this review a zero. Little Caesars has definitely lost a customer in me. I’m certainly not gonna be ordering any pizza from them again especially considering the way this whole entire situation has been handled.
Ok so we showed up 1 1/2 hours before close dining room locked but people inside. The drive through guy was very ignorant got my pizza and it was not what I ordered!!!! This is the worst experience ever. The drive through guy went and shook a rug and didn’t wash his hands- WTH!!! Been sitting here in drive - thru for 20 minutes and nada and it’s not busy
Went to get a pizza, their parking lot is getting fixed. The open sign is on and workers are inside. So had to park a distance away and walk in, no big deal..but when they are rude, and telling you we weren't expecting anyone to show up. Then as more people show up they make it seem like I was wrong for coming there. It seems as all fast food restaurants in Angleton do not ever want to work. They just want to play on their phone and get paid. I definitely would not recommend eating here or any of the fast food restaurants around Angleton after 8pm. As they will be very rude and costumer service is horrible!!
I completely understand that this is a place that sells pizzas from $5 to $12, you get what you pay for which isn't much. what I don't understand is why you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes to get your pizzas if you order more than one, and it's not cut all the way through, plus you have to put up with the crappy customer service! Oh and what's the deal with the no refund policy? I mean if you order and paid for the pizza, you've been waiting 20 minutes and you decide you're going somewhere else then they should give you your money back because you have not received the product! They just say sorry there's no refunds you can wait for your pizza or I don't know what to tell you! Isn't that illegal?
I pulled in 2 cars were waiting on the opposite side of the drive thru went thru was told to come to the window.. which technically I was already at, drove to the first door and a guy came out said drive around. Which now there were 3 cars waiting. Sat for 15 min and then another 4 vehicles showed up behind me after ordering and paying. 20-25 min later still waiting for pizza.. definently not hot n ready should be considered false advertising and fined. Thought this one was better than Lake Jackson but both suck and would recommend spending extra money at Papa John's or Pizza hut.
Went through the drive-thru and gave a pretty simple order, ended up waiting 30 minutes to get two pizzas and some breadsticks and four buffalo sauces. They gave me buffalo ranch instead of my buffalo sauce and also left the marinara out of the dry old bread sticks that they gave me. Is it really that hard to microwave this food guys? I'd hate for any of you to have a real job that actually puts peoples lives on the line, maybe y'all are best working in fast food and nothing else for the rest of your lives.
Scammed me out of $30 said they didn’t have my order then when I went to go and try and cancel my order they said that they had confirmed my order and when I tried to call them, they don’t answer
They open at 11 am. Please dont go till atleast 11:30 am. Hopefully that will make a difference in yhe service you recoeve. We waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through with 5 other vehicles. Trapped between two vehicles so we couldn't leave. When we got the pizza it was over cooked had bubbled spots and was not cut. I had to go home and cut it for my guests it was sad and pathetic. We won't be back.
