This is a good Tim Hortons The only thing I could see negative about this particular Tim Hortons Is that They don't stir the sugar from the bottom of your coffee So Just as a reminder You should ask them to make sure that they Stir It . Other than that I have been very satisfied With the quality of Service That Is friendly And Will Do Anyting To help you Satisfied Any breakfast Needs That you May need To feed your hungry self Or Family friends Etc .

Only the M-F morning crew seems to know how to make decent food and drinks. Otherwise, go elsewhere. Afternoon or later,orders are always wrong, prepared horribly and disgustingly slopped together or missing items, and drinks prepared wrong. It appears they just don't care nor have a manager that does to keep things on point. Save your money and make your own or travel 5 more minutes and go to another location located in Irving.

I love Tim Hortons, but this is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to in my life, the food here is always prepared worse than any other Tim Hortons, the sandwiches are always burnt and/or missing meats…the Avocado toast is always burnt!! There was even a time I got home and it looked like there was a bite out of the burnt avocado toast..coffee is always wrong, and the hot chocolate was pathetic, I can barely taste the chocolate…this is the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to..I’m about done giving this one any more chances.

Being made fun of how an order was placed. Then came to the window like they all gotta see who ordered that way then all walk away laughing? I've got to say my order the way I need to because there are a few times. I had asked for something and didn't get it the way it was intended. I guess there's a more correct way to order? 🤔🤔

I was getting dirty looks from three workers I was getting screamed at by the manager bc I was robbed someone took my phone and ran therefore I chased them to get it back if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I got two drinks and their cashier was giving attitude And not listening to me.the drink was messed up prices I was misscharged and just a terrible terrible experience I feel threatened by the eyes of others and she walked over to my table and just stood there and stared at me and it was just terrible

Went inside to order and there were at least 10 people working but only one register open. Took 7 minutes for us to get to order. Then took 11 minutes after ordering to get our food. They literally were saying "inly the drive thru matter right now, hold off on these ones for now" When I finally did get my food it wasn't even warm that the cheese wasn't even melting on the breakfast sandwich. Now I remember why I do not go to tim hortons, let alone tim hortons in Angola.

Undercooked food. Uninterested workers with no manners. Clueless what unsweet tea is or cannot read the dispenser. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Just plain old nasty.

Morning's I can always get a decent coffee.. In the afternoon now every time I get a coffee it is old and disgusting... The people working there must not make fresh coffee!! Its a coffee shop!! You really should be able to get a good cup of coffee... Don't you think? What a waste of money... never again

Usually i am a fan of Tim Hortons and always recieve good service, but i have now gone to this tim hortons two times and both times i have been treated horribly and not as a customer.when i ordered my drinks the first time they plan full out put in my order wrong and dismissed me when i had mentioned it was the wrong order. The second time though was atrocious. There were two mosquitos in the donut container, so i did not order any and when i ordered my drinks the girl tried to push me past without letting me pay or order. then when i got my drinks, they did not make 2/3 orders correctly and gave us a hot chocolate instead of a frozen hot chocolate. They also did not put my whipped cream that i specifically asked for on my drink. So, when i had asked the girl about our order she was extremely rude and had told me, “that sucks” in laments terms. when she finally complied to making us our drinks i had asked for whipped cream on my drink and i was told no, so i left. However, while i was in the establishment i had also noticed other details, when they had forgot to give a girl her bagel she had ordered, they almost threw the bagel at her as if it had offended them. But overall, they need to train their staff better in customer service and treating their patrons as the paying customers they are. They also should possibly invest in being more hygienic and organizing themselves behind the counter, so they can grow as an establishment. However, as i see it, if they continue to treat their customers as dirt, they will lose business.

Well im tired of the over nighters attitudes. I'm no longer going to be buying coffee from there. I used to be a faithful customer who would purchase 3 coffees a day at least. Now I will make it at home. Stephanie G good job ruining a great place. By the way I am not the only one who noticed her return ruins the atmosphere of the store.
