The BEST soups in WNY! I am never disappointed in the soups, ever! We also enjoy the panini's, which are HUGE, desserts and coffee.
Great service and good food! Definitely recommend!
We stopped in for breakfast and food was great as well as the service. I loved the atmosphere as well. I will definitely be back!
Deliciously satisfying food and a sweet atmosphere. Service was wonderful, all staff were friendly and cooperative. Very impressed with the experience.
In town to get a tattoo and stopped here for breakfast and I’m so glad we did! Phenomenal food and fantastic service. I ordered the Zippity-Doo-Da but got the chipotle aioli in place of the Sundried Tomato Marscapone Spread and it was amazing. The strawberry rhubarb pie tasted just like how my grandma used to make it, absolutely delicious. I also got the tiramisu iced latte, and was not disappointed. My significant other got the tater kegs with chipotle aioli to dip in and loved them! I’m not a huge reviewer, only if something is really, really good, or really, really bad! I HIGHLY recommend stopping by this place, great food, great coffee, great vibes!
My first time actually getting food and a coffee here, I’ve known this was in Hamburg for a crazy long time I’ve just never had the chance to try it until today! The Zippity-Doo-Da sandwich was really good on a bagel, and the cappuccino was delicious. Will definitely come here more often!!
Tried this place recently (twice now) to see what it was all about. Everything I’ve had was delicious! Soup, sandwiches, bakery items, coffee, tea, etc. I received some samples of their coffee for Christmas and was excited to go in and buy a one pound bag. I picked the bean and they ground it up right there. Everybody is extremely friendly, the dining area is relaxing, and they have lots of neat stuff to look at. I look forward to future visits. It’s great for a quick lunch or to just sit and visit for awhile.
This is a must stop in the village of Hamburg. It is a small cafe with a cozy atmosphere. They have a breakfast/lunch menu with desserts as well. These items are handmade in the cafe. The cafe sells coffee beans by the pound or by small pouches, which is located at the back. The cafe has two entrances. One entrance is from the main street and the second is in the back from the village parking. The prices are reasonable and the staff are pleasant. This is also a good cafe location where you can either sit down to enjoy coffee with friends or come to do some work on your laptop.
Charming local coffee shop, restaurant and gift shop located in the village of Hamburg, open since 1997. Comfort zone is just that, a place to come for delicious coffee, tea and comfort food. I met a friend for lunch and was delighted. In the past I have come through here quickly just for a coffee or tea. I ordered the grilled cheese with Brie, raspberry and walnuts which came with a side salad. My sandwich was huge, delicious and something different. The Brie was perfectly melted, the raspberry jam was a sweet contrast to the cheese and the walnuts were soft and added some texture to the sandwich. The side salad was pretty large and the home made dressing options offered something for every palette. My friend ordered the sun-sation salad with smoked salmon. It was a generous portion with fresh ingredients and she was very happy with her choice. Other menu items include soups, wraps, paninis, desserts, pastries and Paula’s donuts. I have enjoyed their coffees and teas in the past. Tons of options for every diet and taste. In addition to the food and coffee they offer a soup club, home made popsicles and adorable and unique gifts. I was in need of birthday gift and was easily able to find something here after I finished my lunch. Sign up for their digital rewards card and earn credit for shopping. I checked in on Yelp and also was awarded $1 off a $10 purchase. Quick and helpful service. Indoor and outdoor seating available. They have a gluten free and gluten sensitive menu available complete with the option of gluten free bread.
Very nice cafe. Lots of different sandwiches, salads, and soups, with several vegetarian and some vegan options. The sandwiches were quite large and everyone I was with said their food was very good. Large drink selection of coffees, teas, lemonades, iced teas, etc. Parking on street or in a public lot that is only about a 3 min walk away.
very good food! a little on the pricey side, (15 dollars for a matcha and a cookie sandwich) but that's to be expected of cafe's like this. overall 9/10 experience, there was a wall of tchatchkis that I thought were cool :]
I wont leave a low star review but lets be transparent. This was $37. You be the judge. Two chocolate milks (mochas), and two breakfast sandwiches. Vibe inside is cozy, people are nice, but almost $40 for this is honestly insane. If this looks like $37 worth of food to you, then stop in, you'll love it! Editing this comment to respond to the owner: Yes, the prices are listed on the menu, but at $10 a sandwich, I wasn’t expecting Tim Hortons sized portions and quality, I was expecting Blue Eyed Baker sized portions. The bagel breakfast sandwich used bacon bits, not even real sliced bacon, which was disappointing for $10 and WAS in fact surprising.
My wife and I both had 2- different coffee's. They both were not hot!
A great place to get room temperature soup and a BLT with iceberg lettuce for $19. Enjoy views of genetic stock photos and ripped upholstery.
