The general manager is always awesome. Cares about the customers and his employees and you can tell. This is easily the cleanest moes there is in WNY. Also the young gentleman who made my burrito today was the best burrito maker I’ve ever encountered. I made sure to tell him thank you multiple times. He was the only guy working today and went above and beyond listening to exactly what I wanted. It was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Moe’s. And I’ve been there plenty. Also a few weeks ago there coke freestyle machine was acting funny and it squirted syrup on my wife the manager immediately cleaned my wife’s shoe and promptly fixed the machine. I love this place

Just ordered catering for work for 20 people. I was hesitant because this type of food is not my favorite. However, I cannot say enough good things. The food was hot and delicious, and very fresh. It came with nice trays and sterno fuel to keep it hot. And when it was time to put away left overs, everything had its own container with a lid. Hassle free, delicious food. I ordered the fajita bundle, and the steak is making me want to come back for more!

Staff was very friendly and food was good. My elderly mother did not "have enough" in her burrito for the manager who was making it. He doubled up all that she got to fill it out and did not charge us anything extra, which was very nice of him to do. Only complaint I can have was that their fancy soda machine was out of a lot of the soda.

Overall not a bad experience and the food was good. Entering a restaurant 35 minutes before closing isn't exactly cutting it close. We were ok with no rice or white chicken, what is unacceptable is when one of the employees says guess they should have come earlier right in front of us. I'm sorry but with 35 minutes left to sell food the grills should be shut down and cleaned already.

Use the same utensils for different garnishes. Push my guacamole down on my burrito with their spoon and have cheese and stuff stuck to it and put it back. My burrito wasn't wrapped and opened up in the bag and stuff fell out of it.

I didnt even order guac, let alone all over the outside. Paid $20 for chips and salsa. I remeber when Moes wasnt garbage and i miss it.

Very disappointed in this particular location. I seemed to have forgotten that we had a similar experience last time (about 6 months ago) when we ordered online. It was over $70 for one adult and four children, and the portion sizes were tiny. None of us eat a ton by any means, so this is really saying a lot. I had to ask twice for extra protein because on each meal there was maybe 1/8 cup given, yet insane portions of rice, and very stingy on vegetables, too. I understand that meat and produce are the expensive parts of the meal, but I shouldn’t be paying $70 for pretty much just rice. And everyone was still hungry!

I’m sure health department won’t like that. These burritos are barley even filled because they don’t want to have to make some more food before closing. We walked in and the lady filling the salsa just started at us. Horrible service. What happened to the good staff y’all had!? 2021- They were obviously short staffed today. The lady and man who were making the food were very fast, and super polite. Food was excellent! It’s time to let the people who didn’t show up for their shift go! No room for lazy.

This location has gone down hill. The floor is sticky, every table dirty as early as 11am and the place is empty? Dirty from the night before? Peppers and onions have a horrible pickled flavor. It's gross and not the same at all. I'd never say this, but perhaps it's a good thing taco bell opened down the road.

"Well it will be extra money" like does the company give you extra on saving on chicken? Also they have some kind of machine making a loud noise. Probably why they are skimpy on chicken. If you like no meat on your burritos this place is for you.

Today on October 10th at 12pm I visited this location and Im pretty sure they just served me leftovers from the previous night.. never had a problem here until today. Lettuce is BROWN AND WILTED. So I didn’t get any. Rice and beans were Hard and stuck together. I should have known by the looks of the rice in the pan that is was over cooked or left over. It was stuck on the bottom and the lady literally had to scrap it off.. I should have turned around then and not wasted my $15!!

Like it’s possible they scraped sour cream off my taco. asked if I could have some extra point on my account or something but they told me to get a refund from the driver but can’t even do that bc it was through moes website and can’t cancel or do anything.

Do not go to this location. I'm not sure what the issue is but whenever I use the app to order at this location my order is always incorrect. Always. It's happened five or six times and I've never had it happen at any other location. And they always give me a hard time about fixing it. The staff is also incredibly rude and unfriendly, even when I go an order in person. Never had an issue with actual food quality thankfully but for what they charge I expect a lot better

First of all, no smiles or “ welcome to moes” from any of the workers. Everyone working seemed miserable. The food station was filthy and didn’t look like it was cleaned all day. The guy making the burritos literally slopped all of the food on the shell making a huge mess and barely closed up the burritos. He pulled up his pants with gloves on and continued to make my food without changing gloves ! I asked why I got charged an extra dollar per burrito for all of the food and they said I got white meat chicken and it was “premium meat” I was never offered an alternative. The girl told me that the other chicken option was spicy… my kids won’t eat that so I was forced to pay extra. They forgot my queso so I had to wait for it after everything. This place isn’t worth the money anymore, they skimp on meat and the service is terrible. Moes has seriously deteriorated. We won’t be returning.
