Great meal and atmosphere, only negative was waitress didn't refill waters and brought out bill without asking if we wanted dessert. Still would return though.
Our very first time !! Great service, food was super good. It was a very nice experience.
Sat at the bar and got great service from Ervaun. He was friendly, prompt and attentive. I screwed up my order but he made sure it got corrected with no problem or cost to me. This is my favorite “bar hang” in Ann Arbor, for quick food, good atmosphere and great service.
It was my first experience there and the food was all on point. All the food was amazing! We got the Kung pow shrimp and I'm not that fond of shrimp but it was my favorite dish. The sweet and sour chicken was very good. We got brown rice and I don't know how they cook it but it was the best rice ever. We got spring rolls and they were very good. I would recommend this place to anyone and the server was very friendly.
Overall a good dining experience. We had to wait a bit for a host to come but were seated quickly after that. It was quiet, not a busy time. The food was fresh. I struggle greatly with available food options due to numerous dietary restrictions/allergies. We ordered dumplings, as those are my go-to, but also ventured out and attempted the orange chicken. When I asked, I was told it was more sweet than spicy. The chili came through just enough that I couldn't eat it, but my husband will enjoy it later this week as a meal. He enjoyed the spicy chicken. Our server was great, the quality was great, and most people we know would also recommend.
Updating to say that Ervaun was a great bartender!! I love the chill atmosphere and the building is always comfortable temperature-wise which is very much appreciated on a hot day. My mom and I always have a great time here. The bartender is always kind and very knowledgeable when we have questions about food and drinks offered on the menu. The appetizers are also very delicious!!
Eryaun was awesome and made a bomb drink nobody could make for me while I've been visiting Michigan.
I see that it has only a 3.8 review - but maybe it was because of our day, me and my sister at the hospital- I was in town visiting my sick niece and was just happy to spend time with my family, but we ordered lunch. The spring rolls and sweet and sour chicken dish was amazing ! Hot and fresh!! May I suggest asking for your chicken well done and sauce separate.
On Labor Day wanting other than grilled traditional Holiday food choices, we chose PF Chang! We were given a very pleasant greeting and escorted to a comfortable booth seat facing outward to view the complete ambiance and others dining. Bradley, our server is a true delight!! He suggested the Chicken Lettuce Wrap appetizer. The wraps were fun to create, delicious and light so as to not spoil our hunger for our choice meals. We chose Kung Pao Shrimp with Chicken and the New Firecracker Shrimp with Chicken. Both meals were excellent…spicy and full of flavor!! We could not stop without all three of the miniature desserts. Key Lime Pie..Chocolate Peanut Butter..and Red Velvet…yummmy..wiped them out totally! Throughout our time 8:00p til 9:30p, we laughed and was being checked on for any additional needs or services. Bradley complimented us as much as we continuously complimented him!! He was the BEST we could have ever expected and more! We will go back sooonnn! Thank you to all of the team for making it this way!👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Offered a delightful dining experience with its delicious cuisine. I ordered Signature Lo mein and fried rice for main course, seasoning and texture of both the dishes were spot on and chocolate souffle satisfied my dessert cravings. Also need to address how slow the service was, our order took over 40 minutes to arrive.
A big restaurant that serves delicious chinese food. Our hostess was very warm and kind, especially when it came to ordering wine (I have no idea of the theatrics that go into picking wine) - and my partner and I had a good time, both food and conversation-wise.
We popped in for happy hour and definitely left happy 😁 Ervaun was wonderful!
Allyson in Ann Arbor location is a rockstar. She reminded me about my rewards which I forget to use and I got a free 1/2 Edamame. She is delightful, fun and professional it was a put joy spending Wednesday happy hour with her 1/2 off bottle of wine was nice also. Don’t hesitate just go!!!
I've been doing a lot of P.F. Chang's, but this is so my service I've had a long time. Ervaun is the best!
My favorite place to visit. I always go there for sushi and seafood generally. I’d say my favorite sushi is at PF Chang’s from my experience of trying more than 15 sushi places. It’s always fresh and tastes incredible. Kung Pao shrimp is also a great dish from the entrées if you’re into spicy food. I also love their lobster dumplings!! They’re a must have. Staff is very friendly and always welcoming.
Wagyu steak was life changing! Located in a lively mall, rare to see busy malls anymore. Service was excellent, knowledgeable on the dishes. The atmosphere was dark and charming.
Great food, cocktails, and service from Ervaun who was very helpful and courteous. We loved Ervaun’s joyful demeanor during the holiday season.
Ervaun was such a pleasure to have serve us. Great conversation, speedy efficient service, and an all around great person! Would come back for the food and service! 10/10
We had Ervaun as our waiter and had a great time. He was very welcoming and always checking up and making sure we were good.
Loved my experience. Good food and bar tender Ervaun was very friendly and professional.
Came from UM hospital and wanted a good healthy meal. We bellied up to the bar and Ervaun was bartending. What a nice young man. Very polite and attentive. Food was delicious.
Nat was excellent, not only in her recommendation and preparation of the Lychee Martini, but also recommending the dry rub short ribs…my first time …they were excellent!
The food was great! Super fun drinks. To top it all off our server Maggie was absolutely amazing! We definitely will be coming back. Thanks again Maggie!!
Our bartender Ervaun was exceptionally pleasant, and his customer service was phenomenal. He made sure our drinks stayed full and checked if we needed anything several times!
ervaun took care of us and was excellent! i couldn’t decide between the kung pao or the orange chicken and he was very good and giving me the best recommendation between the two. the food was great and flavorful. i’ll definitely be coming back!
This was my first time at P.F. Chang's, Ervaun was very professional and well mannered. I'll definitely be back. Great service Ervaun, thank you.
Errands was an awesome bartender. He made a great expresso martini and bundled our food up nicely.
Had dinner at the bar. Ervaun took great care of myself and the other guests. He was very friendly, great to chat with, and made sure everything came out perfect!
Service was great, we sat within ten minutes. Did wait quite a while for our food and they didn’t have white rice, but overall great dinner! Everything tasted fantastic. Would come back.
My office ordered a variety of lunch items from here and the beef item I had was really good. Others commented that they really liked what they had as well. I’d order from here again for a business lunch, I enjoyed my food. I’m not sure of the name of it but it had beef, rice and a vegetable.
Food was excellent as usual. They really need to have more staff. Arrived at 530pm today, restaurant was 1/2 tables had no one at it. They told us 30 minutes. We asked why and they said they did not have enough staff on. That is really disappointing for a Saturday night. Once we were seated the waiter was excellent. The food arrived and was really hot and tasty!!!
A nice place for a date night and Chinese cuisine the new Teriyaki beef dish was great flavorful and fulfilling the feast meal combinations are endless and the atmosphere makes close encounter ideal for a few drinks dessert and great vibes.
We were seated quickly but service was pretty slow. The pomegranate lemonade I ordered was delicious. The spring roll appetizers were really good. My Kung Pao Shrimp was so so. The fried rice was tasty. My husband liked his crispy honey chicken. I always enjoy eating here. I like the atmosphere in general, but it’s dark.
I've eaten at several locations many times and have never had a bad experience...this location was no different, food is always good. I love chinese and P.F. Changs is delicious, we had the hand made wantons (crab rangoon), mongolian beef, orange chicken and the ginger peach tea was great!
The food was not as great as I’ve experienced at the restaurant, but Ervaun and his fellow bartender bad up for the mediocrity. It was Christmas Eve and the Christmas music was pumping from a small table top speaker. Would likely be my last visit without Ervaun’s attentive and friendly service.
Giving 4 stars overall because I almost didn’t eat here after being sat at a table and the server assigned did not see me, but I gave the restaurant a second chance and sat at the bar with Ervaon as my server and provided A+ service. Turned my experience into a positive one. I am gluten free and loved how I was able to order some original dishes (including an egg drop soup!) as gluten free.
May 2022 - family went here for dinner. Service was slow that night but the staff was great. You could tell they are understaffed, but the ones working there did a great job getting food and drinks to us. Food was good. Pictured is the sesame chicken and didn't know this but fried rice was $4 extra. Dynamite roll was good. Knock on it was the food taste and what we received. For the 3 kids meal. My daughter ordered kids honey chicken. Did not come with anything. We had to ask and was told extra for rice. However, they forgot the fruit. Other daughter got kids fried rice and it was soaked with soy sauce. It was gross. My sister in law ordered signature lo mein chicken and she couldn't eat it. However, my child's lo mein was very good. Overall the food was good and like my sister in law said, we will chalk this one up as an off night.
Food was great as usual. The staff should warn customers about the inside temperature of the spring rolls. When served, the rolls were warm to the touch. However, the inside was scalding and I badly burned the roof of my mouth. I was peeling roof skin the next few days. I did call the manager with concern for future customers similarly situated. He was nice and said he would rectify the situation. However, I was a little disappointed he didn’t offer a gift card or something. I guess if I didn’t specifically ask, I shouldn’t have expected him to offer.
I decided to try again. I was disappointed the last time I was there with the quality of the food, but no improvement since then. Kids meal chicken is super dry. Looks old. This is supposed to be the honey chicken and the honey taste rancid. I DO NOT recommend doing carry out
This location is consistently understaffed. The real problem is that making a reservation is meaningless. I arrived on time and all that happened is they added me to the waitlist amongst all the walk ins. Or they overbooked by about 20 tables per hour. Either way, it is unacceptable and we won’t be returning to this location even though we have enjoyed the food in the past.
Stopped at PF Chang’s while on a drive. For the price they charged, the food felt completely underwhelming. The portions were generous, and the lettuce was fresh and crispy, but the filling in the lettuce wrap wasn’t hot at all, and the chicken fried rice was plain and bland. I used to be a fan of PF Chang’s, but after they opened so many branches, the quality has really dropped. Definitely not going back.
Absolutely terrible. Got carry out and paid over $20 for (5) pieces of broccoli and a few pieces of dried up “beef” that was like chewing leather. Never again!
Skimpy “dinner special” the only special thing here was that it looked like someone ate my food before I got there! I ordered a dinner special and it doesn’t even look like 3oz of protein! I called and they said well that’s what they offer for the dinner special. I also ordered the marinated cucumbers and they were super plain and not seasoned. Don’t waste your money. I paid 35 for a side of beef rice and veg. Service was okay but the food made it very disappointing.
I wish I could give this 0 stars. I ordered takeout on DoorDash and was super excited about the food since I heard so many positive things about this place but it failed to meet expectations, horribly. First, the portions are tiny. I paid 26 including tip for the orange chicken and lo mein. And secondly, the flavor was seriously lacking. The orange chicken did not taste like orange chicken and the lo mein noodles were absolutely bland. Do yourselves a favor and save your money and go to a local Chinese place instead. Do not make the same mistake I did.
My husband and I went there tonight for the first time to eat. My order was wrong, our sure came out after we were done with our main meal. The dynamite role was not like any other dynamite role.We had ever received from other places. This was just rice wrapped around a pinch of seafood not fried. We waited about 20 minutes for dessert. I got food poisoning after paying almost $100 for two people. We will not return here or even recommend people to go there.
Food poisoning. 12/24/2025 5:30pm. Group of 4, I was only one who suffered from it. Had teriyaki chicken with noodles. Curled in ball till 3am then puked all over bathroom. Terrible experience on Christmas Eve. Screwed up gut for 2 days. Also had lettuce wraps as appetizer, which was basically bottom of the barrel, not fresh and small bits. Waiters was nice. Very upsetting experience.
Food was cold it came out way too fast. the food had no taste it seems like the food has been sitting. i got fried rice with my honey chicken it was cold and bland also the portion sizes sucks they dont give you enough food for what you pay. After that was all said and done i felt like crap after because the food was terrible no quality. i'd rather stick to my neighborhood chinese take out instead. but on the bright side the waitress was really nice she did a really good job! so the food sucks and the service is really good.
Ordered chefs feast for 4 last Saturday and throwing the food out reminded me to review. The order was semi large with 3 soups, egg rolls , lettuce wraps, and 4 meals totaling $100 plus $20 tip. The food was absolutely disgusting smh. The sesame chicken was dried out and for some reason oily, the beef and broccoli had a weird color like it wasn’t done and it was watery but no gravy. So gross!! Should’ve known better when after placing order online it said it’ll be ready in 10 mins. It’s like it had been sitting waiting for us to order smh. Very disappointed. We didn’t even eat the food and the lettuce wraps were only decent due to the lettuce already withering and turning brown smh. Was better off visiting one of those sketchy Chinese restaurants for a fraction but we assumed this was quality. Won’t assume again.
We waited 5 -10 min before anyone came to our table to get our drinks when we org. Sat down .. then Allyson came to wait on us .. we didnt get refills right away she walked by couple times and was talking to other employees. It just would be nice to get better service and refills with our meal . Food was very good tho ! Service very poor !
Made a reservation 10 days in advance. Had a 6:15 reservation, was told it would be a slight delay and to wait for a text for our table. Never got a text. Never got a table. Absolutely pathetic. This place is a joke and I wasted a reservation
