Anna location is amazing!! Went tonight around 9pm ordered 7 strips and oakra. Asked for everything fresh! Instead of getting the run around or nasty customer service. I got amazing service and food!! The manager I assume said," I will let you test a chicken finger and you can tell me if it's good or not!" Thank you to the night shift for going above and beyond! I've been in the fast food industry for 14 years and I'm very impressed. Way to go, keep up the great work!

Wish they would open one of these in Indiana! Excellent chicken tenders and sides. Plus the service was excellent. Bought two family meals and the waitress included our jug of iced tea for free (either it was a special i didn't know about, or she was just really nice...either way, Thank you!)

Last night I arrived at the CE drive thru about 25 minutes before closing. I proceeded to order my 4 pc tender meal, and the fish meal for another family member. They told me that they only had spicy tenders and bone in chicken. I thanked them and proceeded to pull off. The nice lady said if you don’t mind waiting 8 minutes I can get it ready for you. I pulled around paid and 8 minutes later I was leaving with fresh food. It was missing my coleslaw, but anf service like that I couldn’t even be bothered by the mistake. Impeccable customer service that is extremely rare! Thank you!

I understand we are in difficult times however we have chosen to take Chicken Express off our list for our own budget reasons. The staff is very nice when they are open and the food still good, but the prices have gone to far upward for our budget. There will probably be other places following soon that we will have to quit going. I wish them the best and hope they get enough people to remain.

I wish the lobby was open. The food is always good. We ordered fish. The very nice gentleman gave us two free cookies because the fish filets were small. Seems like they could have just given us an extra piece of fish. Service was quick and friendly.

Love the strips and fried pickles! Not your standard chicken nugget, but real, tender chicken breast. Not as fast as most fast foods...but then again they don't serve the standard fare. The crew is friendly and helpful. The place to go in Anna if you want great chicken.

I've been coming here for 2yrs now and they have gotten really good. They still have times when the chicken is greasy & tenders are cold. But on average the tenders are cooked real well, chicken is juicy and the fried sides are freshly made. And the sweet Tea is the best! The staff is happy & nice.

Boneless wings were okay. Wings had a little flavor which brought some of the hidden taste. The French fries on the other hand weren't some hot. Next time I'll ask for fresh fries to see if we can improve the review.

Not fancy! Just good fried chicken! Freshly hot in your box. I've only had the corn fritters and will eventually try other sides, but not just yet. Not cheap, but dependably good every time I drop by in Anna,Tx.

I'm writing because of the discrepancy in two stores. In commerce tea is .50 cents per 32oz cup yet in Anna store is 2.69 a cup which is way off. I don't know if it's the franchise owner needing more money or just don't care. Make it make sense because the math ain't mathing

I was going to do the same but decided we could share. Got home and the mashed potatoes were like a reddish on top and stunk a bit. Not sure what was going on. So I just saved the food. Untouched to take back for remake. Called twice no answer. Then I called today. The lady was nice but honestly Just said she would write the name down and that was it.

When my husband presented the coupon the worker stated that it was just an advertisement for their already discounted big meal deal. If that were the case, why does it say "must present coupon" on the COUPON? Also, it has an expiration date. It's bad business not to honor a coupon. Nowhere on their website to make a complaint- says to talk to the store. Well a lot of good that did. I know we weren't the only ones complaining about this either.

Absolute trash so disappointed. Showed up today at 1:45. The chicken and fried okra was absolutely cold. Gravy was great as well as the role. Jalapeno peppers were very tasty but very disappointed that they gave me old cold chicken. Won't be going back to this location. Come on Chicken Express do better.

I gave two stars because the food was decent , but all I have to say is check your receipt. I asked for 3 two-piece meals and received that in my bag, but I was charged for 3 three-piece meals and at a large combo price that I didn't ask for. I was told by the manager that the orders got mixed up. There were only two people in the drive thru and I was first.

Ordered 3 filet combo and received chicken tenders after a long wait. The side was not correct either. I know fish takes longer to cook and don't mind the wait as long as I receive what I paid for.

Fried pickles were really bad..... Chicken and fried okra were also sub par. Add all that together with the very expensive price tag and it was a a pretty horrible experience. Team was nice. But don't think I'll be back anytime soon, if ever.

The food is good but they get our orders wrong EVERY TIME! Statically you’d think they would get it right at least 50% of the time but we always expect it to be wrong and it is 95% of the time. Unfortunately we love the chicken and the Cole slaw, so until a better chicken place comes along, we’ll just keep tolerating the screwed up orders.

Very rude service. Food doesn’t match the prices. I was told that they couldn’t do fish because it takes 12 minutes and that’s too long for them.

Ate here yesterday afternoon (4/23) and was up all night throwing up from food poisoning. I had tenders, corn nuggets, jalapeño poppers. Hopefully they will see this and follow better food handling techniques so other people don’t get sick.

Chicken was raw in center.. I called the manager to resolve it....she said yes... I showed up 2 days later yet she forgot to write it down...I have proof purchase but they did nothing..... Second time raw in center....other time I said nothing.... Don't recommend! Better options in Anna.. Then I went to pay again yet they hit the buttons too many times and their system locked up for 15 minutes. After that they give me my order and forgot the chicken. 25 minutes into being at this place chicken was cold when I got it. Just terrible

4.9.20 approx. Ck 8396. --, I had ordered as part of my order the poppers. I've ordered them many times and as recently as last week. I've always been given one complimentary ranch dip with my order and they have charged me about $0.27 each more if I wanted more than one. Today I was told I had to pay for the first one. After copping an attitude and after me asking the attendant to let me speak to the manager, the manager came over and told me that I had to pay $0.27 for just one. I had told him that as recently as last week I did not get charged for the first one. His response was, "not here you didn't." Being frustrated that I was just called a liar , I said that I would be glad when Chick-fil-A opened. With that he slammed his sliding Windows shut. At Chick-fil-A they say it is a pleasure to serve you. At Chicken Express not so much. If you want to be called a liar stop by. Of course that is sarcasm, but none the less true in my case.

Ordered lunch and dinner to go. Was asked tenders or breast I paid for breast. Got wings and charged almost $30. Didn't check till later at home. No way this is breast 2 bites and it's gone the rest of bones !! Bunch of crap.. Won't be going there again.

Every fried pickle in my box was hard and crunchy which was awful because they were all burnt. The corn nuggets were dry and cooked extremely too long. Whoever is the fry cook there please provide them some additional training if you can in Allen because the sides were cooked way too long. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me, if this happens again I won’t be attending this location again. Would love to update my review if the product is better next time I go.

Been wanting chicken express all week. I go here to order gizards. I will order the large order for $14. It's 18 pieces of gizards, the most places if they're small, that is, other chicken expresses will give you more than 18, because they're small, they didn't even give me 18. I am the gravy was barely enough for the little bit that they gave me. They've sized the gravy down to half the size. I won't ever eat here again and they wanted to charge me a dollar for 2 sauces after I spent fourteen dollars, what a joke
