I heard that this was a great neighborhood deli. I decided to try it. There are a few tables outside and seating inside. The interior is clean and bright. They have a display of the sandwich breads and other items they offer to go with your order. Customer service is excellent! Very friendly and welcoming. The menu has a good variety of sandwiches. I chose the extreme Italian on a dutch crunch roll to go. You have a choice of a spring salad or macaroni salad in addition to a warm soft cookie. The spring salad was fresh and tasted great with the balsamic vinegarette. All was DELICIOUS! I'd also like to mention that they pack your to go order very nicely. I observed that they have pickup/delivery. The sandwich was enough for 2 people. With the complementary fresh side salad and cookie, the $13 price is well worth this abundant meal. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I had to come here and leave a good review before I even finish my sandwich! I love this place. I wish they were open a bit later but that’s okay. Their roasted chicken is juicy, their Dutch crutch is nice and crunchy but soft. Amazing flavors. Thank you

Starving for lunch after the gym, we decided to finally try this place out. I had read all of the great reviews and was looking forward to it. The reviews were spot-on! The man at the counter was very friendly and patient as we decided what we wanted and ordered. I ordered the club sandwich on Dutch crunch and a side of pasta salad. The sandwich was sooo good, as was the pasta salad. The flavoring was just right and I loved how the celery and carrots were so thinly sliced. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. The cookie was the icing on the cake. It kinda reminded me of Otis Spunkmeyer. 🍪 We’ll definitely be back!

Exactly what I was looking for! Just came into town and wanted something fresh, this place delivered. I got the supreme Salami with Pesto Mayo. It came with a side salad and a cookie (which I ate and thoroughly enjoyed). My mom got The Country with Macaroni salad. She loved hers as well. They absolutely deserve the great rating they have. Fresh, quick and they were very nice!

This is the place to get an amazing sandwich. If you don't know, you don't know, but you should know. It's located in an old Subway that closed down, and so glad they did or we wouldn't have this place, that has raised my expectations of what a sandwich shop should be. I had my home painted last year and mentioned this place to the painter for lunch. He went there with his help and liked it so much, he went 3 times out of the 5 days they were at my home. The fresh bread rolls are amazing, the amount of meat and toppings is substantial and fresh. They make fresh spreads and slice the meats to order. The result is amazing sandwiches. Get over to Good Eats and be in the know. They offer breakfast and I'll need to try that next time.

What an incredible experience at the Good Eats Deli. From the exceptional service, to the homemade bread and cookies, to fresh and delicious ingredients, these deli sandwiches are phenomenal. Highly recommend checking out this new independently owned deli!

Popped in for a quick bite to give this place a try. The owners Sam and Ramsey have made this one of my top sandwich places! The dutch crunch bread was delicious and there was the perfect amount of fill (chicken club). What a change from the previous sandwich spot at this location! My only feedback is that if you order a sandwich that gets heated for any reason, have them not put the sandwich with the salad. By the time I got home the greens were a little wilted. But I went for the sandwich not the salad so I'm still a happy camper. I look forward to trying their other stuff.

Yes, yes, and yes! I asked the Fair Oaks community page on Facebook for info about this place. Everyone recommended it and I can see why. I had a breakfast gyro wrap and am currently munching on the falafel wrap I saved for later. My wife got the BLT. I hear they make their own bread and when you walk in, that's automatically confirmed. Please try this place. It's so good! I hope people don't confuse it for the old sandwich place that was here.

Since I was up in the area anyway, I decided to pop over to see my pal Lem Anchelló at his archery shop, The Buck Stop Here, and passed right by the Good Eats Deli. Well, I've never been able to pass my a delicatessen when I was hungry so I whipped it in and had an Amazing ham sandwich. Everything about the Good Eats Deli was perfect in every way. Especially the selection of high quality meats, cheeses and produce, it made for the perfect sando! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Awesome little deli sandwich spot! They bake their own bread! Dutch crunch is solid! Comes with greens and a cookie. Sandwich has been great both times eating there. Definitely eat there again!

Great hidden gem of a sandwich shop! We got a couple sandwiches from here the other day, one chicken pesto and one pastrami. Both amazingly good! They have fresh ingredients, the sauces were good and unique, plenty of well-seasoned meat. Definitely turned out good to have them both panini pressed. I’m definitely adding this place to my lunch rotation, even if I may not live the closest nearby it’s worth the drive.

Really nice knowing that it was my first time and the way I mention a meat and he just went and just provided me everything. Every option available. I really appreciate that you do not get that thing. These days, when people are in a rush, so I appreciate the service. I appreciate the food. I appreciate the options and I will be back. I had the opportunity today to eat a very nice lunch this afternoon. It has been a while since I have been here but I am so glad that I went. I ended up getting the Ruben pastrami extreme as well as macaroni salad and a root beer. I opted for the French roll for the sandwich and I am so glad that I did. The Reuben was absolutely amazing, the Chipotle flavored thousand Island was equally amazing. I will definitely be back and you should go here as well if you like high quality sandwiches for about the same price that you would buy a footlong at Subway. One thing that I've discovered recently is that if you don't support the smaller businesses that you love they won't be there in your life. So if you enjoy small businesses please support them. At this restaurant you will definitely get excellent treatment and excellent food at a fair in today's market prices.

The Chicken Pesto sandwich was excellent. I agree with others here: the place is clean and attractive, good menu, reasonable prices, and the staff is polite and professional. Two thumbs up. I will definitely go back.

My pastrami royal sandwich was artfully made. You could tell with care and quality ingredients. I ordered gluten free and the bread was toasted and the sandwich was just beautiful!! It was the best sandwich I’ve ordered for take out!! Just wow!! Keep up the good work :-)

Wonderful!!! Just left there a little while ago. Ordered the Ruben sandwich. They make their rolls in house and also their sauerkraut. It was amazing! Will go again!!

Great food and service! The staff here is amazing. I’m in sales and frequently need a large lunch order quickly and they always come through with me. It’s also great because they include a salad and cookie with the sandwiches and who does not love a fresh chocolate chip cookie! They make the bread fresh and it’s so good and they put plenty of meat on the sandwiches. Great bang for the buck.

What a lovely family owned sandwich spot! Fresh baked Dutch crunch bread, cookies, and macaroni salad. The service was great! my only complaint is that the complimentary macaroni salad isn’t big enough, it’s SO YUMMY! 10/10 definitely will be back. I ordered the chicken pesto, chefs kiss!

I did not like the meat in my sandwich. Had a foul nasty taste... it was chicken I believe. Yuck. Not bad prices compared to other places. The homeade cookies are good. I would try a different sandwich if I go again. Don't know if I will.
