Papa Murphy's

I haven’t been to Papa Murphy’s in years because of poor experiences, but being in a new area, I decided to try it again. I ordered something online that was unavailable and received great customer service to find an alternative and was offered free sauces for the inconvenience. I also had wonderful service picking it up, and the pizza and calzone were delicicious! They were so well made and full of toppings. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely order from this location again.

This location always offers great service, quick pizza prep, and delicious pepperoni take and bake pizzas. Papa Murphy's also continues to have some of the best prices for large, quality pizzas out there.

Came for holiday heart pizza and some others, staff were extremely quick despite waiting for me to arrive to confirm the details of one of the pizzas to make sure it wasnt a mistake, and the pizzas were delicious

This was the best experience I have ever had. I called to order my pizza, when they were about to close. He said if i get there in a couple of min ihe will make it for me. I get to my car and find a flat tire. I called and said I don't think I'll make it. The employee waited for me. I was so thankful. I got home and got to eat the best pizza ever.

The owners/employees who work at this location are so nice! They are very friendly and always do a great job with my order. They are fast when making the pizzas too, they are always finished by the time I come to pick them up which can't be said about many other locations. I love that Papa Murphy's offers dairy free cheese as well. I only hope that some day they add some vegan meat options!

I called in my order and requested extra cheese and extra chicken for one of my calzone, the second was a pepperoni and cheese with extra pepperoni cheese calzone. Both didn't have any extra anything so I recommend anyone to just order when you get there.

The employee that closed the night we came in was super helpful. Friendly. Efficient. Made our pizzas in less than 10 minutes. When we cooked the pizzas they were so yummy!! We will be back.

Stars are for the customer service only. Came in last night, 4/15...The customer service was wonderful. Two lovely ladies working. Got our pizzas done very quick too. The quality was just really bad and didnt taste fresh at all. The dough tasted old. Pizzas were dry over all, the ingredients were skimpy and did not taste fresh.

Don't use your credit card inside this store. Credit card skimming devices have been found on their terminals. CONSUMER BEWARE!

Ordered a stuffed pizza tonight it was wrong before we walked out we caught it they remade it got home cooked it and it was wrong again. I have found mold in their shake spices by the counter reported it and they said oh yeah !! Wouldn't do anything to make it right even after three wrong pizzas , the owner did not care. Don't spend money here go to another location where the owner and or her son actually care. As an update to the reply from corporate. They will not help and say to talk to the franchise owner, this women is the issue and she is doing your brand no good. Please call the health department if you have issues at this store.

I'm writing this comment because I'm very upset . Today I ordered 4 pizzas using the promo code BOGO, and when I picked up the pizzas, I saw that there was very little of everything on the pizza. When I asked the owner why there is almost no mushrooms, she said, "You have a pizza with a discount and you're still complain." I worked at Papa Murphy's and I know what amount of toppings on recipe ,I don't recommend this store. Location on Greenback , Citrus Heights

I have spent $150+ at this store in the last month. I have never had an issue with my pizzas until the last order. The pizza was completely messed up. There were ingredients missing and when I called to find out why the employee just said, “ oh we ran out so I substituted regular onions for the green ones. “ The crust was supposed to be stuffed and it wasn’t. And the pizza had large air bubbles that completely changed the pizza. When I tried to get a replacement the store was closed. The next day I tried to use a coupon that customer service gave me for a free pizza. I ordered online and redeemed the coupon but when I came to pick up my pizza the store owner said that she didn’t give me to coupon so she will not honor it. She was rude and didn’t even try to make things right. I will never come to this location again.
