I've been going to Red Robins for years and this place is awesome. Though I feel like the atmosphere has kind of fallen off a little bit. The food has always been a 5 for me because I love those fries and especially when their dipped in that campfire mayo. You have to get the campfire mayo. Anyways, all around this is a pretty good place to sit with your family and friends and enjoy a nice night with good food and good company. Thank you Red Robins.

It seems she likes the 100 degree summer temps and he likes the proximity to the snow up in the hills, and they both despise the other. They argued about everything, and I mean everything! I love their bonzai burger and their bottomless fries, and they make in-house ranch and an alcoholic milkshake. That is what I order when I go in. Those are my favorites to order from Red Robin.

I really wanted to send a review of gratitude to our server, Toni, and everyone working Sunday, 7/20. My stepfather recently passed suddenly and very unexpectedly, and my mother is heartbroken. My brother and his family flew out from CT, I was there with my kids and grandson. It was an emotional meeting up, and we were scatterbrained, and not ready to order when we should’ve been lol. Toni showed us kindness and grace even though she didn’t know anything we had been going through. Her professionalism was duly noted - we come from the restaurant business ourselves. It’s rare to see her kind of skill and attributes nowadays. She was just absolutely lovely and our whole family is so grateful. The food was delicious with nice presentation. I live for the RR onion tower!! 😂 The chef and manager also came out to greet us. We were so impressed and pleased. Thank you for helping make a memorable family event.

Our food was delicious. We got such great service from Carrie. She made great suggestions and really knew what she was doing. She kept our glasses full and our food was hot when it came out. She brought extra napkins without being asked and we tried several of the items she suggested and it was all great.

From the moment we walked in, the team was friendly, welcoming, and on point. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor (those bottomless fries? Still undefeated!). But what really stood out was how attentive and genuinely kind Nikita was. She made sure our experience was smooth from start to finish, checked in without hovering, and handled everything with a smile that made us feel like family. I had a lovely experience I purposely go in the middle of the week when it's a little bit slower like any other place Friday Saturdays are really busy let alone around dinner time so please understand that people are there for dinner it might be a little busy and what brought me back to it because Red Robin was always a favorite place but due to cost efficiency across the world and inflation were brought me back was the red Yum Burger deal

Excellent burgers. I had the "Madlove" and it was really good. The meat is quality. Service was good and attentive. Bottomless fries is an epic companion to a burger. Their long island ice tea was also 🔥. Great place for a burger.

we love this place. excellent service. I wish i got the wait staff's name so i could give her a shout-out. she brought out some waters for the kids right away, then their juices with their meals. it was perfect timing. she even brought out a fresh batch of hot french fries for hubby before he even knew he wanted them. now that's service! the food was as delicious as usual. the babies even had seconds on their broccoli--Grandma was so proud. i wasn't expecting much from the chicken tortilla soup since this is a burger joint. but it really surprised me it just might be the best I've ever had. and the second half of my chicken Caesar wrap was great the next day at lunch. this place is wheelchair/ scooter/ walker friendly. no odors.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong salad as I saw when it was served in house. The server AND management said no problem, and gave me the salad I meant to order. Exquisite customer service! I recommend this Red Robin in Citrus Heights, CA.

Lovely Sunday afternoon (01/17/21). Service was great, Jenna was very kind. But, the food came out warm instead of hot besides the fries. Maybe it was the wind since we were seated outside? Anyway, we highly recommend the sweet potato fries, they were delicious! The chicken tortilla soup has texture like chilli but it’s pretty good. The beans, oh man, really did their job. Cowboy ranch tavern double was, comparison, larger than a traditional burger from Habit. It has a 4oz patty. 4 out of 5 stars on that burger.

Best service at a restaurant we’ve had in a long time!!! Harsh our server was very attentive, staying on top of our drink orders and checking back in with us through out our meal! He also heard me say that my daughter and I were sharing entrée and split our entrée without us, even asking us each our own plate of food, something that seems so simple, but often forgotten about in restaurants nowadays, super appreciated! The outside looked great, inside nice and clean staff very nice and welcoming! Our food and service was top notch for a group of 16 the price for our group was fair and perfect and worth every penny!! Our experience with the place was great and memorable servers did a great job making sure the fries kept coming out hot and fresh and the Campfire sauce was our favorite and a perfect pair with your great endless steak fries!! For a national chain I think R.R. still makes a good product. Sometimes a restaurant brand starts to rely on its name appeal or past reputation and the quality of the food dives. Atmosphere is nice but, I'm here for the taste. R.R. still has it.

Had a wonderful experience here at this location! My family and I decided to go to Red Robin while we were in town for an event and was not disappointed! We got seated right away and our server was exceptionally nice and very attentive. If I remember correctly her name was Kaya. They constantly checked up on us and made sure everything was good. The food was very tasty as well and the fries never miss. Will definitely be coming back soon! :)

Came in on a Friday night to a busy dining room and no wait. Our server Aaron was fast and on top of every table. We have never seen a more efficient server!! Our food was hot fast and perfectly made. I regret not coming here sooner and we will be back for sure!

We were delighted to find some claw machines and a chalk wall to keep our toddler entertained while waiting for our table. She was thrilled to get to pick out a balloon at the hostess station! The wait was less than 10 minutes and we got a booth. The server was friendly and attentive. The meal was good. My burger seemed a little more pink than I would've expected for medium well, so I will order well done next time. They offered to remake it for me when I brought it up, but I ate it and had no issues. My toddler actually ate some of the macaroni and cheese which was a huge win given how picky she is. They brought her a Sundae and sang her Happy Birthday. She was delighted! We had a great time and will definitely return!

I dined in on Sunday night and sat at the bar due to being solo. If you’re looking for a great place to treat yourself to a reasonably priced meal this is it!! I had a double bacon cheeseburger, garlic fries, coke zero and lemon cake for under $30, impressive for Cali! The bartender was fabulous, new to tending but well versed in the service industry. The manager even brought my meal out and I truly could not have been more impressed. Great dining service doesn’t happen everyday anymore so I am sure to call it when I notice it. Before yesterday I hadn’t been to a Red Robin in over 8 years, I can honestly say I’ll be back every time I want a fresh, juicy, well made burger for a deal! Thank you so much for the experience! ❤️

I came here on a Monday around 1130 a.m. ish. I was greeted within a minute or two of walking in. Aaron (the host/server) was friendly and very personable. I was seated right away. Aaron took my order and it came out within 5 to 7 mins. I ordered the mushroom burger without cheese and asked for the mushrooms on the side. Aaron recommended the garlic/Parmesean brocolli as a side. Excellent recommendation! It was delicious! (As well as the burger, mushrooms and fries.) When I return, I will definitely be ordering the garlic/parm brocolli. Aaron checked on me a few times to see if there was anything I needed. I felt totally at ease eating alone here. My overall impression of the atmosphere and customer service was great! I will definitely return here in the future. Special shout out to Aaron for the delicious garlic/parm brocolli recommendation and having great customer service skills!

A special shout-out to the Big Yum Burger Deal, it was not only tasty but also a great value! Was initially disappointed that we had to sit in the bar, but the two servers made it an enjoyable and fun experience.

Pretty busy,but my wait time was 5 minutes because I wanted a booth. The host, waiter and crew was very nice and friendly. I ordered the smokehouse bbq burger with endless garlic fries. My burger wasn't well like I asked because I could see a little pink but very good. For that reason I'm giving 4 Stars instead of 5 Stars.

We had a great lunch. The pizza was delicious and my girl always gets the southwest chicken salad. The desserts were amazing.

Ok food, good service. The cheese sticks were good. First lemonade tasted like plain water, second was good. Fish was a bit over salted.

My 2nd time at Red Robin and the food was exceptional. My server was nice, friendly and my order was accurate. However, the remainder of the staff seemed a little off. Maybe because I got there an hour before they closed on a Sunday night. Whatever the reason, I was quite surprised of the unprofessional attire, lack of hustle and overall friendliness. I was very grateful my server wasn't part of this 'funk.'

Burger was great, server was very friendly and attentive. The Citrus Heights location seems a bit dingy, like it needs brightening. Parking was easy, but there is a huge hole in the middle of the drive area I'd the parking lot.

First time back here in years.. service was good and we were seated fast.. we found the place cold and felt like the ac was on while it was in the 50s outside.. but had a great date night!! We will be back

Overall the food was good and the milkshake was delicious. I order this to be delivered and was instantly impressed with how the order was sealed up. As got the food, the chicken sandwich was good but let’s face it the fries are best right out of the kitchen. We also order a chicken salad that was delicious and a Oreo milkshake with no whip cream. I’d forgotten how good Red Robin was and will need to go back soon. I’m sure it’s all better right out of the kitchen but still a good meal when delivered. But I did miss the endlessly fries.

The service was amazing and everybody was very friendly and accommodating with all of our special requests! They had balloons for the kids and even offered to have a ramekin of tangerines to put a candle in (instead of ice cream for our birthday kiddo). The fried pickles were pretty good and yummy pretzel bites. They forgot to put cheese on one of the salads But we’re very generous bringing bottomless fries for all of us. We got full by the time our food came😆 My margarita came in a regular highball cup, and I was hoping for what the advertisement look like. Minor detail, but I was wanting a fancy drink to celebrate with the birthday.🤣 Their service couldn’t have been better and again, so generous with offering more sauces and extra fruit for the kids.

4 stars because where else can you go for some good Steak Fries 🤣 I wish I remembered our waiters name, but he was amazing! He said he had 5 kids lol I had protein style burger and watermelon Margarita, absolutely killed it. My son was not feeling his kids pizza, the waiter shared that they make their cheese pizza with Gouda rather than mozzarella.. diff taste. Waiter got him some tenders instead. My friends got BBQ chicken wrap, pretty basic. According to them, it was not the same as before.

So I finally got to try red Robin for Father's day weekend and it was a good. I've been meaning to try this place for a very long time years have passed and never got around to trying it. I was not blown away by the burger my fries were cold and soggy only reason im giving a good review is that our server was great, he did a great job to check on us and made sure we got drinks and brought a basket of new fries when I told him my fries were no good. Very good service thanky you buddy ,So I forgot his name but he had curly hair kind of looked like the kid from stranger things that plays the Dustin character. My family came for my aunt's birthday celebration dinner. It was my first time coming here and I thought the prices were average but the food portions seemed small. They were very busy and kinda loud atmosphere. The food was average. They came out to our table and sang happy birthday and gave a free ice cream Sunday to my aunt which was very nice. I honestly didn't love this place but maybe you will. I suggest trying Red Robin.

The food was different. It was like they bought everything from a grocery store. It didn't seem like the traditional Red Robin food. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. I will go to the Roseville location from now on. It's definitely worth the drive.

Went with my wife yesterday. We were seated in the bar area which had several empty tables that needed to be cleared off from previous customers. Even when we left the tables with leftovers were still not cleared. ADVICE: Do not sit in the bar area. We had to tolerate several loud guys dropping the f bombs who clearly had too much to drink. Even in the presence or other ladies? What happened to manners and respect? We should have asked to sit in a quieter part of the restaurant before food arrived. We're done with this dive restaurant. Funny no answer from the owner yet. Does he just respond the the good reviews?

Was there on Sunday 7/30/25. Service is normally pretty good. Today it was horrible. Had to track down our server several times. We were basically ignored until time to pay bill. We asked for our rewards to be added and it took forever. When trying to pay on there table machine it would not take our card. Tried tracking down our server. Nope no where to be found. Had to track down manager to just pay in cash. Needless to say, they didn't get a very good tip. Service matters

New post-COVID crew is sparse (could not seat full restaurant for lack of servers) and still learning. Friendly, but a little slow and not as attentive as we have come to expect from Red Robin. Burger was great but fries were undercooked. They were out of a few menu items too; cited distribution center issues.

Waited 40 min. For our food. I opened the paper my burger was wrapped in and a limp piece of lettuce was sitting on the outside of the bottom bun instead if inside the burger. The pattie was dry I did not ask for well done. Bun was dry. Whole burger was flavorless ,I could have had a better burger at burger king. The waitress did remove my burger from our tab after I showed it to her. Both mens and women's restrooms were dirty. Huge disappointment and wont be back to that location.

They were out of pretzel bites and ice cream. Highly disappointing. I ordered bottomless freckled strawberry lemonade. I waited from about the time our appetizer was delivered till after my dinner was served to get a refill (about 25 minutes) and it was delivered with little ice. Not cold. $4.99 wasted.

Skimpy portion of fries and shake, whereas in house, it's bottomless. They could at least overflow your late with fries and give an actual large cup (filled to the brim with your beverage of choice!!)

This is a rare, my family(2 adults 6 kids) continue going to a place that I would consider mediocre. The staff seems to always be short handed and less than genuine when serving your table. My family is a little noisy but respectful and we are decent tippers. We always clean our area including floor stack dishes nicely. Bill is around $100 and tip $30 when service is not great. $50+ when stand out service. Food is the strong point and made consistently well. We like bottomless fries but can rarely find a server that will bring them when asked. Not so bottomless.

So i usually have a great experience. Went right when it opened on a Wednesday 7/26/23. This cheese was beyond questionable. I was on my lunch break and just didn't have time to complain. Disappointing 😮‍💨

Great burgers for a major chain. The fries are unlimited and awesome. The onion rings are great with ranch and their campfire sauce. Lately the servers have been a little all over the place but the food comes out quickly and has been correct every time we've come. The staff is friendly. We've had very poor service 5 of the 6 times we've been sat in the bar. I don't know if it's that they are spread too thin making everyone's drinks but trying to get their attention for a refill on the fries and drinks takes forever. Overall a good restaurant as long as you avoid sitting in the bar.

Good service. Don't order drinks here. Just... pictures speak for itself. I don't send food or drinks back, I pay for what I order. But I have to leave a bad review when I don't get what I'm paying for.

I ordered chicken wings with sauce on the side, and when the wings came, they had sauce on them. I told the server to take it back. Then the manager came to find out what was going on .the wings came correct. Later I ordered a pizza built your own way after I finished the wings the pizza came out and I asked for some marinara sauce which took me asking two times to get the marinara sauce and I looked at the pizza which had missing items anyways if you ordered to come with what you requested eat somewhere else.

While the staff was nice, service was terrible. There was a walker in the waiting area blocking seats. The waitress took our order then returned 10 minutes later to tell us the order disappeared and she took it again. Fries slighty warm and overcooked. No bottomless fries even offered. Charged twice for same salad. Tablet on the table would not accept my payment and had to wait 20 minutes for the waitress to return so I could pay. The manager never helped or assisted except to take the extra salad off the receipt. Another waitress offered to help but when I told her I couldn't pay on the tablet, she told me I had to wait for our waitress to return from working the bar. Not sure why she was assigned to both the bar and our table while other staff were just standing around. Terrible experience. Will never go back to that location.

Our server was really good attentive... but the place smells stale. Like they are using nasty rags to wipe the tables. Like the people really are worried about cleanliness.. and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting! Bio hazard splattered on the wall, smells Like a dirty moldy rag was used in there. The menus are gross sticky and are not cleaned well. I will be going to other location from now on.

Some years ago they had a remodel and the tables were placed closely together. Since the pandemic they had spread them out again. Once again it is comfortable to dine inside. They did make some improvements because of the virus. They put in some plexiglass between booths. I would come here every month ten years ago because of the bottomless fries. They brought them out like chips and salsa at a Mexican restaurant. Now they don’t bring them out till you order which is understandable but if my burger comes out before any fries that’s a big no no in my book. Yesterday this happened and my fries were so crunching I was happy I didn’t break my denture. Plus they got rid of the delicious black bean burger 🍔. I will go back just not as often and will warn my friends so they aren’t to disappointed.

I just doordashed today from here and the quality of the food was just unacceptable. The bread was very stale and I would say at least 2 days old, the onion rings side was drenched in oil. If I wanted this type of quality, I would've gone to Macdonald's.

Big no. The bottomless fries are a scam and are completely bottom full. Literally 3 fries a pop and then you have to call a waiter over to bring you 3 more fries in a tiny dish.... so that gets old for the server, and for the customer, obviously. I swore off this place years ago and am proud to have never gone here since. If you have principles, you will not bring your business here. ❤️

First time ever at Red Robin and probably last one. Maybe if We go try different location. We got bottomless fries and salad and first time they brought us literally like 10 pieces of fries. Asked for another one , took nearly 15 min for fries, burgers were cold after that time. Very small portion of fries . Burgers are just like every other burger chains place. We went here with my brother and he said that Roseville location is nothing like this one. Maybe once will try at Roseville but wont come to this one, sorry. Waitress was a nice though!

Out of the 6 times I’ve been here. The food was always great. But the service is just the worst. Didn’t even come in on a busy time. Slow and lazy workers. No communication skills, Harry Potter daydreaming on the job or something… can’t get my fries or a refill on my drink. Sad Today was my last time.

I gave this location a second chance. It is now an absolute NO GO for me. We arrived were sat and asked the server if there were any lunch deals. We were told NO only what's printed on the menu. As we were checking out we see on the electronic Kiosk that they do indeed have a burger, soda, and fries for 9.99. The server was snotty and had an attitude. The service was slow. And the server screwed up our order and argued with us about what we ordered. The restaurant was clean but i will not be returning.

I stood at the front desk for 1 hour. No one came here to ask me what I needed. I returned just like that. Verified service I am not happy I am not coming next time. Very bad!

As soon as we decided to leave. She had the balls to follow us out the building, saying we had a group of 10 people and you're just going to leave. Yes, we are leaving. Not the first bad experience at that particular restaurant. We will never waste our time there again. And she need to know that you don't just follow people out of a business.

Ordered food to go waited a hour. Food was cold. Fries were soggy and cold. Hamburger was thrown together and a mess. Pretzel bites were burnt and the beer cheese had skin over it u couldn’t even dip in. Worse place! Never eat here!

Waited over 20 minutes in the lobby with no one available to seat guests. When I finally asked, I was told to just seat myself. The food was inedible — I couldn’t finish it and left. Staff were polite, but the restaurant was clearly disorganized and lacked management oversight. I would not recommend this location.

They were fairly busy but slowed down as we were seated. Ordered drinks and a burger each (2 people) drinks and appetizer came out within the first 10 min. The food however took a mind-boggling 55 minutes AFTER the appetizer. We both ordered a burger, run of the mill normal order. How it took 55 minutes is beyond me. There was 1 single check in from our waitress which was for fries since the food was taking so long, we never received those fries. Had to then wave down another waitress for refills of water. Our waitress went to every other table and communicated with them about the kitchen. Never us though. 0/10. Just go to in n out if you want a burger and fries. It'll take a third of the time to flip the burgers and fry the fries. Insane experience.

Ordered a delivery order from the Red Robin website. It arrived over 30 minutes late, but no idea if that was on the delivery driver or the restaurant. But they can't blame the driver on the worst sweet potato fries I have ever seen. Greasy, rock hard, burnt to a crisp. Not even edible.

Came in for lunch with my 2 kids. 1. We ordered milkshakes. Waited 20 minutes before we were told the ice cream machine wasn’t working. We ordered sodas instead and immediately after the table next to us got milkshakes. 2. Our server went on break and didn’t let us know and didn’t let any other server know to cover our table. I was trying to find her for another 20 minutes to try and order a meal to go. 3. My son’s cheeseburger came with nothing on it. Not pickles, no sauce, no tomatoes, nothing. 4. I had to ask the same person 3 different times for a box.

I've been here many times, almost every time you ask for some fries it takes forever. Bottomless fries? Ya right. Your known for this fry thing so just keep the fries coming dont even ask. Thats good service. But having to ask every 20 mins when you come by just for a small thing of fries. Sheeshh. This place sucks, maybe other locations are better

We waited more than 15 minutes to be seated, which is unacceptable considering the restaurant was nearly empty. We did not receive any fries until our main dishes arrived, while newly seated customers were already enjoying theirs. When we asked our server, Aurora, why we hadn’t received any fries, she laughed, which felt unprofessional and frustrating. This experience has cost the restaurant a 5-star rating and my future business. We had to request additional fries, and even then, we received only one basket with far too few fries. This level of service is not acceptable. Why offer bottomless fries if you don't want to serve them? Additionally, it was my 9-year-old daughter's birthday, and she didn’t even receive her birthday sundae. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, especially my Indigenous community.

I ordered the Pig out burger and that consists of bacon & bacon bits. I also asked for them to add onions. When I got home and went to eat my burger I noticed that it was plain Jane- not what I ordered. This burger has no onion, no bacon, no bacon bits and no cheese. I paid my money for this? If I wanted a plain burger I would have went to McDonald’s. I am extremely frustrated because the last time I went to Red Robin I had an issue with my order & I didn’t leave a review because I know that accidents happen & I gave it a pass. I tried them again this evening because they are super close to home & I wanted a burger… this time I’m not going to let this pass because now they are just being careless & aren’t paying attention. I tried calling at 9:25pm to speak with a manager & guess what? No one answers the phone it just rings & rings then it takes you back to the main line when your call isn’t picked up. I called twice with the same outcome- nothing! I will not be coming back to this Red Robin location. Totally unacceptable.
