Looking for a good tasting breakfast 🍳 Got a sausage croissant 🥐 and a Breakfast Jack... The Breakfast Jack was thin, flat, and tasteless... The Sausage Croissant was small and overpriced! Service was slow 🦥 and not a great speaker of the English language... Dingy and Old Atmosphere... I definitely won't be back 😡

We stopped here when it was not very busy, ordered 2 meals and 2 shakes. The cashier took my order, repeated back what we asked for but when we got our food it was not right. After bringing it up to her afterwards, she seemed confused like I got exactly what I asked for. We filed a complaint with the district manager and will not be visiting this location again. All locations honor mixed flavor shakes. She stayed "they don't do that". Well, the 4 other jack in the boxes I have been to regularly all gladly serve me a chocolate Oreo shake, so why doesn't this one?

I literally just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting. What are they doing in there?? The 2 cars in front of me never moved or got their food. No one came out to explain, nothing. Wasted my lunch time. Don't bother with this place

Very poor customer service, did not get what we wanted, lady kept arguing that we got what we wanted when we very clearly did not. Go to the Burger King down the road if you want a good size burger.

Who ever makes the salad!!!! CHOP THE CHICKEN DO YOUR JOB STOP BEING LAZY. Whoever is working today I hope y'all know y'all are an embarrassment to Jack. The location in Roseville is way better never coming here again and it sucks cause its close to where I always am. Didn't take a picture but they gave me no lettuce 6 tomatoes and a whole breast of chicken over cooked and not even cut. I travel for work. You want me to cut this rough chicken with a plastic fork?! That's funny. Y'all need more training!!

This place has turned into a disaster, and I'm surprised they haven't gone out of business yet. Slow service, your order is wrong more often than not, a homeless camp in the parking lot who are always wandering around the lobby and an inability to give customers their change because their registers are empty. Absolutely ridiculous. Jack in the Box's corporate customer service is also worthless. No response, nothing happens. This was our last time coming here.

Restaurant was clean, service terrible! We went in the woman behind the counter began taking our order then walked away to the drive thru, right in the middle of ordering. Says nothing just walks away My sourdough burger was cold and cheese was not melted, bacon small tiny piece was uncooked , daughters tacos were very overcooked, and the last straw was my granddaughters “sourdough grilled cheese” was one side sourdough the other side was a dried out hamburger bun, and the sandwich was hard and cold. COME ON PEOPLE, paying this much for fast food you could at least get it right and have good customer service. Oh and no ice as well! I told her so they could put ice in the dining room machine- never happened. Needless to say we will never come back to this location and I will be telling everyone I know! Gross!

This used to be a decent fastfood restaurant, but the quality has declined immensely over the last two years. It follows a decline at other JinBox's elsewhere. I don't think the owners care about quality anymore. Incorrect orders, sandwiches that have sat for hours, terrible communication, price increases over nore price increases. I predict that this chain is due for bankruptcy soon. We won't be returning to JinBox's; just not worth the crap their serving.

GROSS! First the website said BOGO for milkshakes so we ordered online but this location wouldn't honor what the website said. The meat was hard, overcooked, and cold, the cheese hard and also cold, the bun was soggy, and the lettuce was old and wilted. I took 2 bites and almost threw up after paying $10 for a fast food burger! Oh wait! I also had to pay an extra 25 cents for extra sauce which they never added to it. I'm guessing this burger had been sitting around for a while. Prices keep going up, but the quality gets worse. I will never eat here again, and I think my experience ruined all future trips to any Jack location. I'm so grossed out!
