The service was great. Starting with the Reserve Table to having the right table set up for the handicap disable seating. Greg, service was impeccable. Very attentive to details. Made suggestions, very patient, and brought out the food in a timely manner. All of our dishes were delicious. It was my grandson and daughter birthday he did a nice shoutout celebration with free ice cream. Thank you, Red Lobster and Gary! Also Abdi the General Manager stopped over to see how our service was, Great!

Our waiter angel was so wonderful. He truly went above and beyond making sure that our experience was absolutely wonderful.

We like this Red Lobster because of its location and its consistency of good food. The wait times are usually not long for a table and food comes out soon after. With the holidays approaching, and its location near the SunRise Mall, we noticed the resturant was more fuller then a typical Wednesday night. But nonetheless we still had great food a service. Ps... The Coconut shrimp is my favorite, and they are huge!

I highly recommend Red Lobster. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. We were very happy that Stephen met us and gave us recommendations when we asked about it. He is a very professional and pleasant person, he knows how to find an individual approach and his energy inspired us.

The food was delicious, we got the $14 deal with shrimp, fish, and scallops it was cooked to perfection (compliments to the chef) the prices were great! We really loved our waitress Liz she was wonderful and I hope to get her again next time.

Came in for lunch. Dianna was our server and spectacular at every need we had. Spot on-on our drinks and refills. Would recommend to all. All staff were friendly and helpful. Thank You Red Lobster. We are fans, but live in Rocklin so only get here maybe once a month.

Ordered their special today and it came out just like the photo on the menu. Plus, it was super delicious. Glad this location is still close by.

Clean restaurant and waiter is well attended and kind. It was my birthday so my party of 6 got a discount on desserts and I ordered one of the feast plate with shrimp, lobster and salmon plate. It looks small but really it fills you up! Tuesdays are special deal so I ordered two of these ( same plate) for $50. For birthday dessert, got a carmel drizzled vanilla ice cream. Overall , experience was organized and very good. During this pandemic, I say this red lobster at this location is the best I ever been to. You will not be disappointed.

I was here visiting from Las Vegas. My family brought me for lunch. I was not familiar with the menu but my server answered all my questions and helped me pick a delicious meal. I had the lobster and shrimp linguine and had enough to take home for dinner!! I just wanted to give kudos to Traci because we thought she was absolutely fabulous. She took our entire order without writing anything down, impressive! I would highly recommend this restaurant, everything was perfect.

We were celebrating and my daughter from Southern California called the restaurant and sent cheesecake dessert. Managers Abdi Akhavan and Albert Gonzales, and server Dawn, went above and beyond to make it an evening we will never forget. Thank you to all and to staff!!

Stephen is a good waiter. I noticed other waiters consulting him for other issues in the restaurant. Nobody offered to help him even though they were just standing around without guests to serve.

The service and the atmosphere was great and better than anticipated. From walking in and smelling a pleasant fragrance to be being greeted and seated right away. Once we sat down, we had the pleasure of having the best waiter, Marcos. Very attentive and professional. Lastly, GM, Ebdi greeted us and thanked us for coming. Good food and a great experience!

Dylan was my server and he was fantastic. He made sure we had everything we needed and even tucked in my husbands lobster bib. I think he has saved red lobster. Everyone should visit this red lobster to get a chance to meet Dylan.

Dianna was awesome, I got the soy salmon bowl and she recommended I get it upgraded to the cajun salmon bowl because I like spicy. Food and service was great!

My wife and Children wanted to go out to the last remaining Red Lobster in our area. Best choice we could have made tonight. Our servers name was STEPHEN. What an amazing young man. His personality and service was absolutely astonishing. I don't think we've had service such as this since pre-covid. He was very attentive and extremely helpful when it came to suggesting meal options. I would give this location 20 stars just off of the abundance of attention and care he dedicated towards NOT ONLY MY FAMILY, but EVERY SINGLE TABLE AND PERSON IN HIS SECTION. I thank God for that young man and his attitude tonight. We go out a lot and I can tell you horror stories of being stuck with a server who seems like they flat out hate their job. I'm talking about just straight up ungrateful from the walk in clock in, to the clock out walk out. Not this young man. No no no, Stephen had the attitude of someone who realistically cares about his job and the manner in which he gets it done. He left all his outside life and obligations at the door when he walked in to work, and he put it all on the line. That man deserves a raise and a higher position in the company. When you find a good one you better take care of him or I guarantee you someone else will snatch him up. I very much appreciated Stephen tonight ant the care and smile he left on the faces of my family. There was a young lady also on the staff names ANNA N. She was just a sweetheart. She was very caring towards my children and would stop by to check up on them from time to time. God bless her heart. The world needs more Anna N's and Stephens. This location has a powerhouse of a staff. Thank you also to Dylan. You do a hell of a meal prep young man. You are very much appreciated also. Great late night staff tonight. This has always been my favorite restaurant since I was a little girl and my choice for celebrations. Last night we skipped the stuffed mushrooms since it was a little salty last time. But we ordered the lobster dip again. I always get the ultimate feast with scallops, lobster, scampi and grilled shrimp. Love my favorite biscuits. And the service last night was the best! I made an online order and picked it up. Food was ready pretty quick. I got a lobster and steak combo, lobster flatbread, mac n cheese with bacon bits. It was like $50 total which is reasonable in my opinion. Everything tasted so delicious. I called at 9ish, and it was 30 min from my house. They're closed at 10pm so I must have been the last customer lol this old gentleman knocked on my car door as I was looking for ways to let them know I was here lol he was so nice. Although I didn't dine in, I could tell they have great customer service. Food was so good. So I'll definitely come back. Highly recommend this place if you wanna go!

I will give them a perfect 5 stars!! The staff members are absolutely very good in customer service, they give food suggestions if your order is not offered during Holidays, like Mother's day as we celebrated it here. We used to dine in RL Howe as it's closer to our place but we just tried in Citrus branch, and I am so happy we came by. The way they cook the food is also different from Howe's. They cook it tastier and more presentable. The place also smells good and clean. I would to mention Liz S. & Ken for exceeding my expectations, they do their job really well. We will be coming back here definitely!! Congrats to the staff's and management of Red Lobster Citrus Heights branch!!

Under new ownership with new menu. Service was excellent. Reservations recommended. Shrimp cocktail was properly deveined and served cold on ice with good cocktail sauce. Deep fried cod was well and properly battered and fried with plenty of meat. Great place for seafood!

Dylan is the perfect person for this type of work. Very pleasant goes above and beyond to please the customers, nice personality, joyful and has patience when trying to decide what to eat...And what a hunk he is...patience with a beautiful smile while some of use couldn't decide as quickly as others he should teach a class. If i could give more stars I would, the service is amazing! My family and I went there a week ago and were sat at a booth. Immediately our server Jacob greeted us with a smile. He was extremely attentive and made us all laugh and have an amazing time. His mannerisms were very professional yet inviting, he made my daughter’s birthday special! I will definitely be coming back and asking for him.

We had to wait fifteen . minutes for a table after we showed up five minutes before our scheduled reservation. But the food was delicious. Our server, Angel, was outstanding in all aspects of his job. He was very polite and courteous. Angel checked on us several times throughout our dining experience. He rates five stars.

Dylan was our server and he could not have been more awesome! He has amazing energy and anticipated what we needed before we needed it. He went above and beyond to ensure my husband’s birthday day was perfect! Oh and the food was delicious!!

UPDATED WITH PHOTOS: We visited Red Lobster this past weekend since the last time, which was a handful of years ago. Their new menu (spicy boil) brought us back and we are happy to say that we were not disappointed. We made a reservation and we were seated exactly at our appointment time with many others waiting without reservation. We both had their Mariner’s Boil (lobster tail, shrimp, snow crab legs, corn and potatoes). Overall, we were happy with the service and our food and will be back soon so I can try the other spicy boil on the menu. I would have shared some pictures, but we were so excited to dive in our plate that I forgot. Went back, of course hub dove in before I could get better photos LOL Lacy L, our waitress was absolutely amazing, yes..we took care of her nicely too.

It was my birthday, so I wanted my red Lobster for lunch. We arrived around 2:15 or so. We requested George, but learned that he was not working there anymore( bummer) as George was a excellent waiter!!! We were seated and had our server introduce herself to us and took our drink order. Then as she returned with the drinks our food order was taken. I had the seaside trio shrimp and my other half had brussel sprouts with a salad including salmon. The food was good the service was good and the overall atmosphere in the restaurant was okay as well. All in all the experience at Red Lobster what's a good one but would have been better if George was still working there!!!

Just enjoyed the Marina Boil with the cajan butter seasoning — and wow, it was absolutely amazing! Huge shout-out to Chef Omar and Manager Albert, and an even bigger shout-out to the best (and funniest!) server, Diana! The food was incredible, and the hospitality was even better. Has The best Mother/Son dinner and some excellent seafood, salad, & cheddar bay biscuits. It was about to start off bad when one hostess asked if we needed a table for 2 while there were already 2 patrons sitting upfront waiting ahead of us. Immediately after we responded yesterday began reviewing the seating chart and realizing that there were no seats readily available for us which was fine. We walked in anticipating that we would wait a few minutes and have a seat until our table was ready. So while this hostess and another seemed unorganized and went back & forth a little about whether seating was available for the mature couple ahead or for us we tried to sit and wait upfront and were asked if we wanted menus while waiting. I didn't but they had already handed them to my son. They seated the couple and within maybe one minute they escorted us back to be seated. We were offered one of the small complete square booth style tables that barely fits your entrees, drinks and biscuits. The table seating area was also not clean. There were a couple of big food items on the floor under the table so I began letting the hostess know that the table she's offering needs to be cleaned and is a little too small for us. As I was letting her know I noticed a woman on my left side at a standstill and I thought that it was odd because she was standing to my left for a moment.. When I finally looked towards her she said do you want a different table? You can sit over there it's fine and I realized she was there to intervene and save the day. She turned out to be our server which was a blessing. I feel bad because I don't remember her name, I know it began with the letter C. I wanna say Cassandra or Catherine but, I don't recall but what I do remember is that she provided excellent service. She was very hospitable. She was very familiar with the menu even offering her suggestions and opinions. She was extremely attentive even when she was busy and had other tables to tend to as she also made several drinks at the bar. She was wonderful. 🥰 She checked us regularly throughout our dining experience and ensured that we were well taken care of. She was so friendly and the type of person that would make you wanna come back just to chat with her while dining again and again. She recommended the crab that begins with the letter B and is seasonal. I took her word and ordered it instead of my snow crab legs and she was right it was delicious. I was on the fence regarding the garlic herb butter mixture sauce so I got it on the side. It had some really overpowering ingredient in it that I could taste but, couldn't name at the time however it was okay in increments. My son ordered the crab boil and it looked really tasty and came in a big portion. He was full right away and I was full shortly after because we had salad and biscuits beforehand. All in All we had a very pleasant experience. I'm happy the Red Lobster CEO recently made menu option changes and hlad we still have a few remaining restaurant locations that have not closed. Hopefully, they will continue to improve and reopen new locations because Red Lobster is such a classic staple of traditional seafood where you can enjoy the basics and you know what you're getting and what to expect. Red Lobster feels like home and it's Nostalgic in California. Looking forward to more visits on special occasions although I am primarily plantbased.

If you love a variety of seafood, but don't have the time to travel to satisfy those cravings...This is your spot! Not my first time having red lobster, but my first time dinning in. I loved the lobster and the shrimp, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Even the broccoli and brussel sprouts were delicious. I also tried their steak sirloin and it was so tasty. Definitely recommend this place and is great for large groups/ birthday parties.

My salmon was done perfect! The brussel sprouts are delicious! Crispy on the edges, oh my!! Our server was cool, thanks Tracy! This Red Lobster definitely is good! The only thing is the AC went out so it was hot in there!

Had lunch there and the food was as always excellent. The biscuit was good also. My only complaint is that pay attention when you have a group everyone what did they order and the food comes out whoever brings it out to go at the right person. Also please watch for the drinks when needs to be refilled.

Our server was great, although the host staff needs training as when we called we were told there was no wait, we were calling from the parking lot by the time we walked in there was a 15 to 20 minute wait. We then witnessed a nine-top be set up and sat before us even though they came in after us. We would have said something then but we didn't have food yet and you never make a comment until after you get your food. Would have been a much better review had the start of the visit didn't go so poorly.

Our server was super attentive with being bothersome. Lobster was amazing…hence the name! Steak was good, just not on the level of the lobster. First time having those biscuits! Wow! I’ll be returning to that location in the near future!

First time at a Red Lobster. We received a gift card so we wanted to use it before our local store closed. The staff seemed overwhelmed with the amount of customers that were there. Overall not bad.

Not feeling like cooking dinner ? How about a little red lobster and their ginormous ⭐️LOBSTERFEST⭐️ special! Plenty of good seating but the bar was calling my name. We started off with a couple bahama mamas. Always a smoooooth drink to start the night. Had the lobster dip and chips. 🚩BEWARE!🚩 very hot. I did scold my tongue a little. But in fairness - I was told by the server “hey, hippie! This is hot!!” (That was an exaggerated recreation of the moment - Savanna was quite sweet and attentive) Next was the Maine Lobster and Rock Lobster and Lobster Mac and cheese (am I getting paid by the amount of times I SAY lobster in this review?? lol nope) Mac and cheese at any restaurant is touch and go. This was creamy and tasty. Lobster with every bite The L. Tails were very fresh and buttery and incredibly delicious. What a fun little Monday night out. Not many of these places left so get out and show em some love!

My meal was very good. In the 25+ years that I’ve been dining at RL, this was the first time I didn’t have seafood…this parm crusted chicken breast was moist and very tasty with the lemon sauce (aioli?)…mashed potatoes were well seasoned and the broccoli was steamed perfectly… a really sweet hostess, Jordan and our waiter Anna was very attentive.

My in-law parents were visiting from Korea and wanted to have lobsters, so we decided to bring them here since Red Lobster is one of the few places that offers a wide variety of seafood. We ordered quite a bit. Seafood feast, lobsters, the new seafood boil, surf and turf, and a few appetizers. Overall, the food was okay, but the seafood boil wasn’t the best. The potatoes were undercooked and hard, the corn on the cob was mushy, and the pasta was very overcooked. Because of that, I can’t give 5 stars for the food, it was a bit disappointing. However, the service was excellent. I forgot our waiter’s name, but he was very polite and attentive. (Sunday,10th)

Came here on a Sunday evening with my mom and almost forgot how expensive it is here! I ordered the Crab Carbonara and it was very good but just a tad bit salty after eating it a bit. Love the bottomless biscuits as always and the portion size for my son’s popcorn shrimp kids meal was great for the price. Then again he is 17 months so take that with a grain of salt, lol! Our server was absolutely amazing, I’m so bummed I forgot his name. Had a great dining experience overall!

I had a really nice visit to Red Lobster, the service was warm and attentive, the seafood dishes were deliciously prepared, and the whole atmosphere felt welcoming. The only slight downside was the clam chowder.

Good lunch spot. Daily specials and Monday includes Shrimp Scampi and Lobster. I’d recommend the Caesar salad, and skip the chowder. The menu is great.

Went for my brothers birthday waiter was nice we sang happy birthday a few times that night. Waitress was nice and attentive. Got my food I order the New Orleans which came with salmon I added mash potatoes and bacon Mac n cheese. Now the food was good don’t get me wrong but that salmon still tasted a lil like sea. Woke up the next morning to swelling on my lips and light bumps in the swelling area which is an allergic reaction and I’ve been to the red lobster before usually the one that was on Arden but this is the first time in my 33 year having an allergic reaction from a restaurant, my mom order some grab and let just say that didn’t sit well…so for me I won’t be returning there but everything else was good.

I drove to this Red Lobster since the Sacramento location closed. Food was okay, but the service was awesome, especially the waiter. I loved his personality and was super helpful. As for the food, it tasted alright. When I went to the Sacramento location before it closed, it was really good. I don’t know if Red Lobster tastes different by location but the food tasted okay.

If the prices were lower, I think I might score more than a 3star, but at a $100 for two person lunch, 3/5 star seems appropriate. Most local fish and chips places do better at a fraction of the cost, so not sure how places like this are able to stay in business. The fried shrimp were really hit and miss depending on which type...the popcorn and coconut fried shrimp rough, had the foresight to not even order the butter scampi, but enjoyed the salt and vinegar shrimp minus the salt bath and the walts favorite fried shrimp. Without a doubt, best thing on the table was their mashed potatoes...

Where do I begin? So they did away with lobster bisk. The shrimp tasted frozen. Flounder was just ok Serving sizes shrunk and prices up too. 1 server trying to do everything. This is our last time. We just can't give this place any more of our money or time. Pearl and Randy

My wife and I have not been to a Red Lobster for at least 20 years. First impression on walking in was the bad smell of the dirty, oily carpet. This Sacramento restaurant is in need of a face lift. I ordered a bowl of clam chowder soup which was excellent-nice chunks of clam and very creamy. The side House Salad was also excellent-very fresh lettuce and vegetables with a hearty blue cheese dressing. My main dish, the Crab Carbonara Pasta was disappointing. I could not taste the crab meat. The bacon taste was too overpowering. I would not order that again. It's too bad that Cioppino or a Seafood Pasta is not on their menu.

This used to be one of our favorite places to go for splurge. The food was good, prices were reasonable, Not anymore. We walked in at 3:45 in the afternoon. We're told we were the only patrons in the restaurant were seated. Went to look over the menu and many items were missing that used to be there. In addition to skyrocketed prices. Ordered 3 meals added dragon shrimp on one of our meals, Because they no longer offer it as a meal option we had to get the appetizer, 8 shrimp for $15.99. My husband's meal was almost $60, and the lobster tail was about the size of a large prawn. We waited 45 minutes to get our food and then they still didn't bring out all of my son's food, that took another 5-10 minutes before it was brought out. Again I will remind you we were one of the only people in the restaurant. They had no build your own shrimp options so I asked them if they could make a substitution, fried flounder for the coconut shrimp, they told me that they would have to add an additional $7 to my bill. For 6 shrimp. Our server was less than stellar. For 146$ plus tip I will find a better place. Unfortunately, we will not be back. The food was okay, it's not great. It seems like they no longer make their own ranch anymore. It tasted like it was craft bottled ranch. It was not good, and we won't be going back. It's very unfortunate. Stay away! Sick all over from the greasy, salty, nasty attempt at fish and chips. All batter, bottom french fry bag, just shake, probably left over from lunch service, dry, left over shards of what was full french fries. Got lots of photos! NEVER AGAIN! only reason I ate this, was because I'm stuck at home today. Haven't been or eaten at Red Lobster in years. 30 years in the restaurant business. I won't touch this place ever again from serious health fear. $40 bucks!? with a tiny 6.00 house salad (tossed). I truly feel like garbage now. "seafood" restaurant can't do fish and ships correctly?

Red Lobster used to be a favorite in our house... after today's experience, we will likely never be back. The recipes have changed and the quality was lower than I would have believed. Not worth the high $$ amount like it used to be.

Sat in bar. Wated 20 min for a drink. Waited 45 min for food. There were only 3 tables including us. The waitress was the only one. The service was horrible. The food was so so expensive. Worse than before the bankruptcy. The cheapest lunch was 25.00. It sucked. No gluten free options on the noodles. A large chain like this and u can't get 30 cents worth of gluten-free noodles for customers. We like pasta also. I should have went to spaghetti factory. Gluten-free options there that are awesome. Yes red lobster has a lunch (special $20.) with shrimp Alfredo. Don't get excited. It taste like paste. I'll give them a big fat zero. I had to give a 1 to continue. Stay clear of this TV dinner restaurant. R.IP. Red Lobster.

I order a pick up order my crab a la crate was missing, called to make a complaint no one answered. I ordered the biscuits the recipe has changed and the biscuits are sweet no what I wanted. I have eaten here for 20 years never again, I also had the shrimp linguine Alfredo which I always order it was disgusting the recipe has changed and tasted like milk no seasoning. The biscuits tasted like they had honey on the like something you buy at Walmart. The customer service was amazing. I would not spend $100 here again. Or ever return they should have stayed in bankruptcy. Again this is just my opinion try at your own risk.

I see why they're going under... We stopped in for nostalgia, because who knows if they'll survive much longer. The biscuits were basically what I remember from my childhood. The rest of our meals were trash. Dry chicken, overcooked fish without seasoning... What a waste. The strawberry lemonade didn't even have any strawberries in it.
