Con el mismo servicio qué caracteriza al pollo loco pero sin totopos en la isla de las salsas, los vasitos para salsa estas un poco diferente pero están mejor y para entrar al baño necesitas un código qué viene en el ticket de compra

I ordered takeout. They told me to wait while they took my order, which is odd because they're usually very quick with takeout. But the order and delivery were fast. Buying chicken is a guarantee of flavor; the price is a bit high, but it's worth it.

I didn't know there was a pollo loco here. When we went to eat here, the chicken was delicious. There weren't many staff (the day I went), maybe that's why the service took a little while, but nothing special. The atmosphere is nice, a bit small, but nothing bad. I was also surprised that they sell ice cream, haha.

La comida está muy rica, pero el servicio no está muy bien porque te dejan esperando en un área que no tiene nada que ver con la tienda, luego ya te avisan y te dan tu pedido, esto si vas en coche(auto-cobro)

A very good option at the entrance to downtown Apodaca. The speed of ordering is somewhat compromised by the drive-thru service, a significant area for improvement. Prices are reasonable. The service from the floor staff is good.

I enjoyed eating there. The only bad thing is that the ladies are very gossipy, and because they're so busy chatting, they forget to greet or serve customers properly. Last time I asked for a coke because there wasn't any and it came out plain water. Because we were chatting, they forgot to bring it, and I had to tell them again 10 minutes later. There were only three tables occupied, and they were all in a group. Honestly, that was annoying because they see you as if you were interrupting the conversation. 🙄

No sé si por ser vacaciones, la barra estaba algo vacía, los limones muy secos y viejos. Lo demás estuvo bien.

La señora que toma el pedido es súper grosera, mal educada y actúa como si le pidieras un favor. Fatal el lugar lleno d ellos as y sucio los baños de verdad dan vergüenza. Solo un mesero si se porto muy bien nos atendió y fue amable proporcionado lo q se le solicitaba ya que éramos un grupo grande de 8 personas…. La comida buena aunq creo q partes del pollo les faltaban cocción.

Van dos ocasiones que en mi paquete pido papas a la francesa, la primera de mis dos malas experiencias me revolvieron papas frías con calientes en la misma cajita, y en otra ocasión que fui era temprano era buena hora para que hubiera de todo y me dicen que el el viento de afuera les apaga los comales y las freidoras, ese día no estaba funcionando el clima por eso tenían las puertas abiertas.

Últimamente nos a pasado en dos ocasiones que las quesadillas están aguadas y pegadas al papel aluminio, en otra ocasión no nos dieron los totopos y en otra que hacia mucho calor la salsa estaba echada a perder No me permite subir las fotos pero aquí las tengo Seguido compramos aquí pero últimamente a decaído mucho

Pollo Loco, next to the Benavides Pharmacy. It's good, not a marvel, but it has good flavor. The service is okay. The only thing I don't like is that to use the restrooms, you have to enter a code on the doors to open them. That code is on your purchase receipt. It's a pain, since obviously, if you're consuming something, you should have free access to the establishment's restrooms. But anyway, they don't even do that at gas stations. It's not like they have vaults to install electronic locks on their doors.

In general, everything they offer is very tasty, the problem is the location. When I went, they didn't have air conditioning and the facilities didn't look very clean. I recommend taking out more than eating there.

Like all current Pollos Locos, the service is average/terrible. Although it's expensive, it's not like it used to be, with tons of salsa and tortilla chips. The atmosphere is dark. You have to look for other options.

No es el Pollo Loco de antes, a bajado su calidad y tradicion, no lo puedo recomendar.

Puede mejorar mucho la actitud de servicio; en el autoloco no te dejan quedarte debajo del techo que sé supe es para del cubrir el sol o la lluvia a los clientes y ellos mismos, a fuerzas hacen que te salgas del techo.

Había más moscas que personal, pésima higiene

Me dieron mi pollo sin sal. Deberían revisar más los procedimientos para que sea como en cualquier otro pollo loco de México

The worst Pollo Loco I've had since I started going there. The chicken was cold, along with the tortillas. That's not the worst part, though, since they could reheat it. The worst part was that everything was dry and stale, as were the sauces. This was my first and last visit to this branch, which, although it's the closest to me, I prefer to avoid.

Muy super pequeño para comer y para estacionarse,con tantas sucursales y no poder poner algo más grande en el único municipio con aeropuertos es increíble ,dónde están todas las empresas no se en que estaban pensando debería de haber una super mega sucursal aquí

The worst chicken tastes like pigeon, all reheated from the day before. The sauces are about to turn sour. Don't go to this crazy chicken place in downtown Apodaca; the fried one next door is much better.

Terrible product. The chicken was incredibly tough and mushy, and they only give you two green sauces for a whole chicken. I get the impression it's either reheated or they don't know how to cook it properly, and the chickens are smaller than at other locations. I didn't like it when it first opened either, but I went back thinking it was because they were still getting settled, but the product is actually getting worse every time. It's a shame because I don't even want to go to other locations anymore.

Terrible service, the chicken is very expensive, tasteless, the fries are cold and stiff, the sauce is bland and they don't even charge you for it, and the salad is spoiled. What a shame, it used to be traditional chicken and it's lost its flavor. I no longer recommend it.

Horrible experience. I went to buy 5 family combos of 12 pieces. The toppings were day-old potatoes, the red sauce, the molcajeteada were spoiled, the tortilla chips were runny.

I ordered a two-piece combo meal and they only had wings. I mean, it was just bones. There was no hibiscus water, just Coke. Four registers and only one cashier. The line was really long.
