Ordered thru the online app . It took my husband 10 minutes to get there around 11o clock am. Ordered 30.00 worth of food. As I’m drinking my coffee I look down and I see a fly in my ice coffee . Usually this place is good at my order but a fly is disgusting I work in food so when making someone’s food you’re supposed to pay attention as to what is being put into the food . This is disgusting and I would like a full refund.

Workers could give less of a hoot. Sat in line for five minutes trying to get someone to come to register.

HORRIBLE! I went in this morning to get breakfast for myself & a friend to go. I got my hot food before my donuts, so it got cold while I stood & waited for someone to turn around & place 3 donuts in a bag. When I got home, I noticed that they didn't even bother putting the donuts in tissue paper or bags to separate them, they were all just thrown in a bag! There were 2 strawberry frosted donuts & an apple fritter. I only got 4 hash browns, that were under cooked, soggy & cold & cold mini bagel bites. Now I've never been a fan of Dunkin' as I prefer KK, but my friend wanted Dunking. When I opened Google to write my review, it popped up a review I wrote 1 year ago on ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE at this same Dunkin'!!! That's PATHETIC!! I don't write reviews on everything I do, just the things that stick out as good or bad. I called the store & they will be giving me a credit for the amount of my purchase, but I suspect when I redeem it, I'll be equally disappointed!!!!!

The workers in the morning is horrible and slow I was for 30 minutes just for a coffee they play to much In That place no manager on duty. It just si sad

I visited this Dunkin Donuts on 11/27/2025 at 11:11 AM, and was served in the drive thru by employee 1095495 Jhakiera. This was the worse Dunkin Donuts experience I have EVER had! The staff is unprofessional, mean-spirited and unfriendly. I was visiting from GA and stopped by this restaurant for coffee, Donuts, orange juice, and other food items I purchased for a homeless man sitting in the parking lot. The lady on the mic was rushing me, yet when I got to the window, they missed the orange juice I ordered, but they refused to add it at the window. They did not offer any solution, they just refused to add the item that THEY missed because THEY rushed the order at the menu board. I was so perturbed! The ONLY reason I didn't cancel the entire order and demand a refund, was because I was also purchasing food for a homeless man. I am extremely disappointed, and I feel disrespected and unappreciated as a customer. I will definitely contact corporate.

Didnt even get to order. It says 24 hours drive thru, pulled up worker was outside- watched her walk inside after about 10 minutes of still waiting with no acknowledgement we just drove away. Not sure what she was doing but working was not it.

Honestly all the girls here are extremely rude. The amount of minutes I waited to even be acknowledged, then to be told to wait while multiple employees walked by and definitely could have taken my order for 1 donut for my little one.

Placed a mobile order about 15 mins before we arrived at the location. We decided to park and pick up our order inside since the drive thru line was already circling the building. We notified the cashier that we were picking up our mobile order. She said “okay” and proceeded to take the next customer. I reminded her about 5 minutes later, asking if it was ready, “oh, my bad..” before notifying the young lady at drive thru we were here for our order. We wait another 20 minutes for those girls to complete the order. I got tired of waiting and told them never mind on the order to give us a refund before the cashier says “oh, it’s right here.” My hot coffee was cold, my daughters iced drink was melted and watery, our breakfast sandwich was cold, but the hash browns were hot. Make it make sense. Horrible customer service. Why offer an option to order ahead if we still have to wait longer then sitting at drive thru.

The girls serving in the drive thru this morning attitude stinks. I asked her to fix my food and her and the girls in the back had their face made up like I was begging them to do something. Then on top of the that the food was discussing today … I never seen these girls before at the window so I’m thinking they are new. I’ll stick to making my own breakfast at home since my money is not valued here

Wow, I cannot believe how bad customer service has gotten. I placed an order on the app. I went to pick up the order, but the employees did not answer the drive-thru window, and the 24-hour store was closed. I couldn't wait after 20 minutes and had to leave. The store answered the phone after 6 tries later in the day. And said they cannot return my money, go through the app. The app's customer service is down until August 4th. Sadly, the Apopka Dunkin is horrible, but because it's the only one in Apopka, people go to it out of convenience. I wish I could give it less than one star.
