I wish I could give this location 10 stars! The food was made to perfection and the team members were warm and welcoming but what made this dining experience so good was the care and compassion that was given by the store’s general manager. I couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Highly recommend this location !

My first time at a Culver’s and what a pleasant surprise! The place was immaculate, the staff was very friendly and patient, the food was good, and the soft serve sundae was spectacular! The soft serve itself was very creamy and tasty and fresh! The price was good, too. We will be back again!

Great Culver's location! My mom and I love going there and the service is excellent every time! The prices aren't too bad either and as a picky eater, I can say that the food tastes great! Jordan and Ted were very kind and took care of us! Will be coming back again and again!

Went in the other day, and my family and I had a lovely time! Such a great atmosphere! Our cashier, Eve, made sure to accommodate our dietary needs. She was such a lovely girl! I would definitely recommended going to this location if you’re in the area!

Great fresh burgers and those butter buns!! Yummy! Hot crispy fries and then....wait for it......that DELICIOUS CUSTARD ICE CREAM!!! Chock full of nuts, Carmel, chocolate chips, maybe fudge, flavors change every day, made fresh. Quality fast food that doesn't taste like fast food! The food is delivered to your choice of table. Cozy and comfortable setting for a quick meal

Our first time there since this place has been opened and I must say, it was really a very satisfying experience. Starting with the cleanliness, was very encouraging. The staff was very polite and friendly especially Emma our waitress and the cashier who took our order. The chicken sandwiches were the best tasting, fresh and filling, the milkshakes were excellent. Will definitely be back and recommend my friends.

I'm a fan of their bogo burgers and shakes, so I had high hopes of trying the newer chicken sandwich and other items. I ordered the crispy, while hubby opted for the spicy crispy. They were okay, but neither of us were impressed. I was glad that I didn't get the spicy option, because it was too spicy for me to tolerate. Hubby took half of his home to finish at dinner. It was our first time to upgrade to cheese curds, but we won't likely get them again. When I don't order a shake, which is unusual, I drink their special root beer, which has a pleasant extra bite to it, while hubby continues with his preferred coke. Next time, I'll try something else or return to my a burger as my standby. The atmosphere is good, though not particularly special. Customer service is always excellent. The only thing that I consider s nuisance is paying extra for barbecue sauce when none of the other condiments are not. Since I don't get pickeld, it seems like getting a little barbecue sauce would not be too much to expect. At least, they continue to accept outdated coupons. Probably, the best deal for seniors is ordering the child's meal. It's plentiful with a variety of food

Ordered the new pub burger. Did not like the sauce. Did not like the bun at all just had a weird aftertaste the cheese wish it was melted. A little bit more in the bun was just tasted stale. I don’t know. I didn’t like the bun at all never had a bad burger there, but this one don’t like it whatsoever, everything else was good. The onion rings fries typical atmosphere was good. The place was very clean. Very nice staffing was super nice just that burger is a no go for me.

I didn't realize that it was expired until I got home. I reached out to the restaurant via their website regarding this situation and never heard anything back. Double check the dates if you're purchasing custard from this location....

It was chewy crunchy like it hadn’t been cooked at all. The manager Ted was nice enough to give me a refund,however he told me that their chicken comes pre-cooked. It didn’t taste cooked at all.

Forgot parts of my order. I called them about the issue and asked if I can just pick up the missing items, but they refused to fix it. Even when I came back to the location, to ask for the missing items. Worst customer service I experienced at a fast food place for a long time. Weeks after my call I received a letter with a coupon for an ice cream, which already expired, when I received the letter. I don’t want free ice cream, I just want the items I paid for and never received. Would recommend any other burger chain over this restaurant, because at least you get at these places what you paid for.
