I had been at this location a couple of times but it had been a while. The line staff was nice and attentive but the cashier not so much. The restaurant is a bit small and it does get crowded during peak times. The food was fresh, always a good portion, tasty and glad we tried their new pastor chicken. Definitely will keep it on our go to's if around the area.

Ordered a half chicken half steak burrito bowl with lettuce, cheese, and tomato through uber eats. I had no chicken in my bowl and also no lettuce?! I didn’t have a complicated order or anything and half my bowl that I paid for was missing and of course uber eats no help as well. Starting to be over this chipotle.

Everything was good, the gentleman that was serving on the line was probably my only issue he moved with no urgency. Especially being as he tried to serve 3 people at the same time, which led the line from just 5 people me being 5th to 13 people in line and the cook who was on grill took awhile to cut and prepare a batch of chicken Al pastor which he ended up not preparing at all, so now I’m left to wait as other customers receive their orders and my order is delayed. Not good line work and rotating pans for everyday service. No matter who is there kitchen communication should be rendered loudly so that those who are equipped to assist can and always handle your mistake before servicing an entire line of customers. I was not close to home so unfortunately I waited 30mins when I was just alone with 4 other customers.

me and my mom visited this location this last Friday. As enjoyable as the food was, I wish I could say the same for the atmosphere. This had to be the dirtiest restaurant I had ever stepped foot in, and there was barely even a line. Every. Single. Table. Was dirty, covered in food. The floors looked disgusting, also covered in food and looked as if they hadn’t been swept or mopped in days. Service was okay. Honestly would only return for a to-go order.

Yeah this absolutely a 3-star Chipotle location. It is Monday, January 19 about 9 PM I just left with an order from here and there wasn’t a single utensil out for any of the to go orders for us to take. Not a single napkin in the dispenser. There was no ice in the fountain drink machine. Meanwhile, the entire time there are about six employees just pacing around, not looking a single customer in the eye. Really stand-offish attitudes all around. I asked for a tiny little bit of sour cream on my bowl and the person making the food thought that meant an entire spoonful of it . Is there an actual adult in charge here at any point? I typically avoid this location because every time I stop by. It seems to be worse than the previous time and nobody ever does anything about it. Is there even a manager here? What is going on? I’m just now hoping I don’t get food poisoning when I get home to eat this haphazardly made food

Unfortunately I’ve come to this location many times and for a location that’s open until 11pm, I find it unacceptable that by 9:30pm they are out of main ingredients. Sofritas, unavailable, chicken Al pastor(the featured protein), unavailable. No peppers. Especially in an area with a lot of people that don’t eat meat, sofritas and the main veggie item shouldn’t be unavailable this early in the evening when you are open until 11pm. This hasn’t just happened on one occasion but multiple and if it’s not the main ingredients, then it’s the toppings. For a location open til 11, you shouldn’t be out of everything by 9:30. That’s a full hour and a half before closing. That tells me it’s the employees working at night that don’t care and don’t want to do their jobs not making more of the food that is expected to be available. Do better.

They gave me the wrong online pickup order. I did not check the name until I was already home. My name is nothing like the person whose order they gave to me :( Update: I ordered from them again and they messed up my order. This time they labeled our burritos wrong

This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. There's an employee 02/03/2026 who is very rude and ill-mannered. I'm going to find out her name and I'm going to post it. I believe that regardless of the situation, treating another human being with respect is the minimum expected from an employee.

Regular update: Less and less people every time we pass. Should have stepped up your game. If a single city could cause all Chipotles to close down, Apopka locations would be number one for once! Losing your luster, as you deserve. Hope your queso has lost it’s coagulation properties and epic dirty feet smell.

99% of the time I order chips, they are stale. I always return them for another bag and they are also stale. Like, come on guys… can’t you just make them freah before lunch and dinner? Why keep reusing chips from the day before?

The girl working to go orders at 5pm on Saturday Friday 26th started screaming at me after she told me the order would be ready. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. You should be have to get screamed at for asking a question.

I went in to grab 2 chicken bowls for dinner with chips. There were 10 visible employees in the restaurant. The restaurant was disgusting. You can see that the employees had zero leadership or respect for the store. Even if I wanted to dine in, the tables were dirty, the mat in front of the soda fountain had water surrounding it and the trash by the door was full. I will never go back there again.

Very disappointed with this Chipotle. I paid for double portions on both bowls, but barely got half a spoon more. I asked for extra sour cream, and the girl kept pretending to add more even though the container was clearly empty. Terrible service — stay away from this location

I've eaten at this location many times with no complaints. However, tonight I made a mobile order and the portions of both bowls were extremely light. The bowl pictured (which I had not eaten at all when I took the picture) costed me $11.00. That is not acceptable. Quality control needs to be reviewed.

The chips are old and stale every single time I've visited smh And, it's important to note, I've eaten there a few times over the course of multiple years. Doesn't matter the time of day either, chips are stale like someone left the bag open overnight. I've called them about it and they say they only prepare them in morning

The staff was already in the process of closing. I ordered carnitas and they stated that had none and wouldn't cook any more. The food available was very scarce. The server was very polite and apologetic but the manager and cook were not trying to do anything that would prolong them to close at 11. Avoid this location.

Came in at 1pm today I came down all the way from Ocoee since my child gets speech therapy all the way over here I asked for 4 bowls and everyone started laughing who was serving never a single chipotle in Ocoee makes you pay extra for sour cream and hot sauce on the side I asked it on the side so my food doesn’t get soggy since it’s a 30 min drive cashier had a whole rude attitude with me I’m not sure if it’s because I’m Hispanic and they were just being racist but that was gross of her no professionalism since I asked for extra cheese on my bowl she was mumbling and laughing with all the ones serving saying “extra cheese” Won’t come back and don’t recommend stopping by I seen I’m not the only one with a bad review about their “rude actitudes” I hope they get it to together and hire better people.

TERRIBLE female staff member working 8/26 closing with a long braid to her butt. So rude to customers she didn’t find “attractive” I guess is the best word. Could barely acknowledge, listen or give right portions to the other customers, she gave barely have a spoon of chicken to me and when I asked for me she said she would charge me for double protein. So rude to coworker, was pushing him out of the way while he was in the middle of an order and telling him to do his job (when he was). Will probably never go back to this chipotle if this is the kind of staff they allow. TERRIBLE.

Ordered on app with up charge for double chicken and tipped well… got normal portion of chicken and completely uncooked inedible rice. Not really sure how that’s even possible since I assume it’s mostly an automated cooking process here.. Support does nothing but says we will contact leadership. Kind of a joke
