Tijuana Flats

Just had a great experience at the Tiajuana in Hunt Club and a big reason for that was our interactions with Josh and Alec. We had a large party with young kids and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. On top of that the food was incredible. Thanks so much again Josh and Alec for making our night special.

The staff here is GREAT! Especially Alice! This girl is so efficient and attentive! What a pleasure to meet her! Food was awesome, fresh and exactly the way I wanted it. I haven't been here in a while and I will not let that happen again! Thanks Alice and crew!

Just picked up a take home meal kit. I almost ordered too much because I didn't realize they had kits for 4 or 6 people. The two men working suggested the best option and helped me determine the best for my family. They also brought the food out quickly, gave us water while we waited .and even made sure I didn't forget anything. Great service!

We rarely eat out anymore, but have found Tijuana Flats to be the best bang for your buck around. Two dos tacos meals with a drink comes in at under $20 and the food is always made fresh. The service is outstanding and there are multiple hot sauces offered. In this economy, an occasional meal out that won't break the bank and tastes like real food is appreciated!

Alice was amazing in helping us out with our food order. All questions were completely answered always with a smile. Food delivery to our table was quick and the food delicious!! Thanks to Alice and the team!!

Very friendly staff. I asked for an empty to-go box and lid for my leftover chips and queso. The gentleman helping me top off the queso and gave us fresh chips to take home. He went above and beyond to take care of us. We will definitely be back to this location.

The food was good, but truly the service was the reason for the 4 star review (would have only been 3 if I were rating just the food). The cashier was knowledgeable and friendly. She convinced us to try something she liked since it was our first time dining there. She suggested the stacked tacos, which did taste good. The food is made to order, so a plus is definitely the freshness. I feel this place is a bit pricey, but you do get quite a bit with each order.

They used to offer curbside pickup, but the last few times I had used it, they never brought my food out so I had to go inside anyway. Now it's no longer offered, but when I do go inside to pick up my order, it's never ready on time because apparently they're so shorthanded (like 10-15 minutes late on average). The staff was friendly and attentive, but the restaurant looked and felt that it needed to be more clean. I don't think we will be back.

My order was wrong. I specifically asked for flautas without cheese..and double check with the girl taking my order after I paid specifically asking to make sure there was no cheese in the flautas....and guess what was in the flautas...cheese. Also ordered guacamole and chips to go and the guac was dark, and sitting outside for a minute...I don't understand why. $30.00 down the toilet..this is freakin' wack.

My wife specifically asked for no guacamole because she’s allergic to it. You can see here where it says no guacamole on the lid yet there is guacamole on her food. This review will be edited to reflect them taking care of us if they keep their word in making this right. Andrew said he will refund this portion of the meal and comp my wife’s mea the next tone she orders because of this horrific mistake.

The butter knifes they provide won't even cut the burrito, ended up using my pocket knife. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location been going down the last 16 years, it's clear Management doesn't care.
