Loved it here. First time and will not he the last. Everything was so good! Atmosphere was fun and wait staff was very tentative but not over bearing!
The food was delicious and full of flavor! The service was really good — everyone was friendly and helpful. The drinks were just okay, but overall I had a great experience. I’ll definitely come back for the food! 🌮🇲🇽
Órale Guey! Méxican food is the best! 🇲🇽 The place is spectacular, service and food were excellent. We ordered everything from burritos to nachos and quesadillas. We would like to come back 😇
Garibaldi in Apopka is such a great spot for Mexican food! The ambience is warm and welcoming, with lively energy that makes dining here a fun experience. They have vegetarian options ask for white rice and black beans to keep it completely free of animal products. The salsa is deliciously fresh with a nice spice kick. A hotter salsa is available if you like extra heat. I really enjoyed their 3 enchiladas with cheese, beans, and mashed potatoes. The music adds an awesome vibe to the whole atmosphere, making it a place you’ll want to come back to again and again.
Friendly greetings at the door, floor to ceiling Mexican ambiance, wonderful service and excellent food!! You get quality and quantity at this local restaurant which will make you a "regular" 👌 Spacious bar area, high-top tables and patio seating with walk-up/sit down bar. Nice comfy booth seating surrounded by windows in dining area. This is a very welcoming restaurant and always a joy to visit!!! Don't forget that they have hearty delicious lunch specials!! Please stop and check it out, you can thank me later!!😉
Great food, músic, service, overall the margaritas were my favorite!! We really enjoyed having the jalapeno appetizers and the shredded beef, crispy flautas tacos off their menu 😋
Never disappointed as the food and the service is always great. We have been coming here for years. They have the best burritos and the best con queso dip.
I really enjoy coming to this restaurant throughout the years. I went the other night to enjoy some Mexican food. They are always on point. I love their watermelon Margarita. Their queso is delicious!! I also love the Carne and asada tacos!!! The atmosphere is always so fun and festive. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and comes out hot. I have never had a problem at this location and it is very clean and while taking care of.
Garibaldi's gave amazing hospitality. It was truly an experience. We stopped here for dinner on our way out of town. The food and drinks where excellent. The customer service was outstanding. We were greeted with smiles as soon as we entered. Our waitress had excellent customer service. Our order was taken promptly. Everything was an A+. The place was packed. The restaurant had ambiance and personality. I loved the decor. We shall return.
This place is amazing. The food is delicious. The service is over the top. The music is great, it's clean, beautiful overall! People who visit seem very happy and having a great time. The staff is like if they were out of this world! Always smiling, in a great mood and their manners are super neat. I love it here. Oh and before I forget... You will never feel the "Hey we are about to close, please finish! They never make you feel that stress other places do. For me that is excellent. Because the only time we can get there is always about 9 pm. They usually close at 10pm This is and always will be one of the Top in my list!!! Highly recommend.
Excellent! Best shrimp tacos I've had. They were big, tender and juicy! The flour tortilla was perfect thin and a little stretchy- SO tasty! Service was exceptional. Barely a wait to be served.
Our first visit will not be our last, it was delicious! We had the Birra empanadas as a starter and they were excellent. Crunchy outside and filling was delicious. I had the shrimp enchiladas, the cheese sauce made the dish! Husband had pork, it was moist and plentiful. The drinks were not just beautiful, but huge! A great dinner. Service was seamless. We had a great waiter, and the food runners were quick to deliver and clear. All with a friendly approach and a smile.

Wow! my girlfriend and I went here on a whim. It was excellent couldn't have been more happy. The service was great atmosphere was lively, and the food was awesome. the food came out so fast and was hot and fresh. The portions were great for the price. most certainly will be back soon!!
It's been some years since we have ate here, but recently moved to the area and decided to have dinner out. The food, service and atmosphere blew us away. We were seated right away and within seconds Diego was ready to take our drink order. He and the other staff made sure the constantly check in on us and were and absolute delight. The food came put super quick (we barely put dents in our amazing drinks). Diego was not only fast and efficient but very friendly. We cannot wait to make this a routine!

Food was amazing! Super fresh and very flavorful. The restaurant was super clean and service was excellent! I would highly recommend this place, but this place will get packed fast so make sure to make a reservation or come early.
First time visitor. Staff is on the ball and the food was amazing. Very lively atmosphere for sure.
Our server Naomi was amazing! the GM hector checked on our table making sure we were ok! we love coming here!! -kiwis crew
for a long time and a lot of people have recommended this place to me and here I am. I was impressed as soon as I entered. This is a modern and trendy outdoor venue. Not at all like regular Mexican restaurants. We were immediately given a table and the waitress came up as soon as we sat down. She brought drinks in 5 minutes. It was super fast !!!! I ordered Margarita Loka. Oh God, she was tasty and strong. Usually in other establishments alcohol is not given, but here the soap is all very good. Food was also brought to us very quickly. I don't even know how they do it. And I also want to note. They always clear dirty dishes from the table. This is just fine, I prefer empty plates to be cleaned up rather than sitting at a dirty table. And so everything was gorgeous !!!!! I'm happy, everything is delicious and fast !!!!!! Thank you very much to the staff, you are great !!!!!!!
Enjoyed the experience here. Staff was friendly, decor was super cute, food was pretty tasty. Upon entering, asked if I wanted a booth or table (so glad they asked!) and I was still enthralled in the decor - exterior and interior. They have outdoor and indoor and bar area seating - booths and tables. Saw server carrying 4 hot plates on ONE arm and another place in other hand. And when I say hot, my plate was hot!! Margarita was pretty, churros were good, asked for mild salsa but it was more like medium and my preference would have been that the enchiladas Cancun would have had some Sherry mixed in the queso cheese. My side of quacamole was good! I was very happy with a mix of decor, drink, food and service by Jesus. Recommend! I went between lunch and dinner time but when I left at 3:30pm, it was getting even busier. Lots of space. Even asked if I would like a to go water. Kind!
Zuli is the BEST bartender you can ask for! Her beautiful face is always smiling and friendly. She remembers my drink order very time, even if I haven't gone to Garibaldi in weeks. She's very attentive and makes sure you're taken care of. Every time I come, I hope she's working. She's the best! Of course the food, drinks, and atmosphere are amazing at Garabaldi, but people like Zuli make it an entire experience. ❤️
Moved away and i missed this place so much. Great service great food and great drinks just as I remembered. Martin was great and went above and beyond.
I recently moved to Orlando from Miami, and Garibaldi has become my go-to spot. It honestly feels like home. The food is out of this world. So fresh and flavorful and the drinks are Miami STRONG and always on point. Zuli at the bar is amazing; she’s super friendly, attentive, and makes the best recommendations. The restaurant is always clean, there’s plenty of seating, and the decorations give it such a warm, vibrant vibe. The music just ties it all together. It feels like the perfect Hispanic getaway. What I love most is how versatile it is. I’ve been here twice with my partner and twice with my kids, and every time it’s been amazing. We eat, dance, laugh, and just have the best time. If you’re looking for great food, a fun atmosphere, and fantastic service, this is the place!
First time in Florida, first place I ate at and was blown away by the food. Excellent service by the waiters and everyone is so nice. The restaurant is real clean and great decor. Food is absolutely amazing, good sized portions and good prices and definitely fills you up. Satisfying, drinks were good too! cheese sauce is great.
Absolutely my favorite restaurant in the Orlando/Apopka area! Food is great, drinks even better and the service is top tier!! Martin is the absolute best!!
The authenticity of the dishes is second to none, and each bite is a burst of delicious flavors. From the mouthwatering tacos to the perfectly blended margaritas, the menu is a culinary adventure. The vibrant atmosphere and welcoming staff make Garibaldi the ideal spot for a Mexican dining experience in Orlando. You'll keep coming back for more!
This beautiful Mexican Restaurant is absolutely fantastic! They make you feel very welcomed. The food is fantastic and the prices are perfect. Service is excellent! Enjoy your meal and then plan on a movie at the Regal Movie Theatre across the street. I was extremely impressed and I cannot wait to go again.
This place is amazing ! I’ve visited a couple times and it was better each time. I’ve had a waiter Martin, amazinggggg customer service! If you ever go , ask for him ! He will definitely help you enjoy your time here!
I got this place recommended by my coworker. We walked in and was greeted by the hostess and as soon as we sat down the waitress dropped down some warm chips and salsa. Our actual waitress Gabby came and got us waters and took our drink order. I had the birria tacos and they were so good. The consumé was perfect. The rice was a little bland but was still fluffy and not dry. My friend had the chicken burrito. It was huge and he said it was really good. The drinks were amazing. The fried ice cream topped off this great meal. Gabby was amazing and I will totally go back because of her great service.
They moved across the street since the last time Mary went there, but the new location is bigger. The food was delicious as well as the ambiance. The presentation of the food and drinks was amazing, even including a flower atop of the margaritas. The owner, Hector, stopped by to make sure everything was good and we enjoyed a good chat with him. Looking forward to visiting Garibaldi's again. Thank you, Hector. Highly recommended.
Such a hidden gem I am so glad I found this place! The food is great, the service was amazing, they had the music going so you could vibe but it wasn’t too much.. I had the ceviche and it was delicious then my boyfriend had the shrimp chimichanga and left the plate clean so I can only presume it was good. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
The food was solid, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was nice! The food came out practically moments after we ordered, the drinks were sizable, and the wait staff were friendly and efficient. I’d go back whenever in the area!
I’ve always been a big fan of this place. I use to go to the old location all the time, but first time here. Everything is very nice, the staff, the location, and definitely the food. Always one of my favorite places to eat. I’ll definitely be making many visits here in the near future...
The food is always a hit. I always get a burrito since I can no longer eat shrimp, and I get the burrito Mexicana, I think that’s what it’s called. Lol. Either way it’s always fresh always delicious and so is everything else I ordered. My family also has no complaints.
SERVICE: Lively Mexican spot with cool artwork & decoration through the restaurant. The food & drink portion sizes are great for the price. Place was packed on a Friday night but we only had to wait 10 mins for a table. The service here was the best. Our server Juan Diego recommended the nachos & other great entrees. He also recommended the passionfruit margarita which was a 10/10. Definitely recommend this place if you wanna get your money’s worth.
Loved the food, service was great, I loved it I loved it and it was cool and nice. Although I hated Greg. He was under my table. But everything else was extraordinary.
5 years ago I use to come here every 2 weeks until I moved away. Great place still for food and service. They got a huge margarita here. Service is also quick and seating quick.
My server, Zuli, was super sweet & professional! Service & food was fantastic & authentic! All of the staff were attentive & worked together as a team. The atmosphere was comfortable & clean! I dined alone this afternoon. I told Zuli that I may likely see her later today or definitely before I leave to go home to Michigan on Thursday. Highly recommend Garibaldi Mexican Restaurant! 👍❤️🌮🤤
They seem to get the food rite! The shrimp and steak must be ran from the kitchen. Its so freshly done. The shrimp are not over curled they are cooked just rite, as well as the steak!
Wow! my girlfriend and I went here on a whim. It was excellent couldn't have been more happy. The service was great atmosphere was lively, and the food was awesome. the food came out so fast and was hot and fresh. The portions were great for the price. most certainly will be back soon!!
Was in the area and stopped in for dinner. It was very crowded but it was a Saturday evening about 7:00 p.m. it was two of us and we were able to be seated outside right away. The restaurant was very clean and the servers were very nice. The chips were decent and the salsa was actually very good. Food came out rather quickly which impressed me being that it was so crowded. Our server disappeared at times but he was very nice. The restaurant was clean which is a big plus for me all the time. The presentation of food was great and a portion was a decent size for the price. I will return it again.
It was a nice quiet restaurant. Good food. The servers were very attentive. We had the red Sangria and my hubby had the Salmon. The food was fresh and hot. The food came out in a timely manner.
It's been some years since we have ate here, but recently moved to the area and decided to have dinner out. The food, service and atmosphere blew us away. I came here with my Mom after coming out of Party City in the same shopping center, and was blown away! The service was outstanding. Extremely attentively, but not overbearingly so, food was good, and I loved the vibe! We came in and were seated right away. Tortilla chips with salsa were brought to the table, then our waitress came right over and introduced herself. We ordered drinks, then our food, chatted for a bit and by that time the food came out. I got enchiladas verdes, and my Mom got the chicken quesadilla. The food was really good! Our waitress checked on us a few times, refilled drinks, brought our to-go orders as well as to-go boxes. She was so incredibly kind and understanding when I mentioned my food allergies which I appreciate very much. I get nervous eating out mainly because I hate asking for clarification on ingredients, I feel like I'm being a pain. So the whole situation is something I have to work up to, and I felt very comfortable at Garibaldi thanks to our waitress. Another thing worth mentioning, is the ambiance and vibe inside and outside of the restaurant! There are so many things to look at, and I absolutely loved the music. I definitely feel like all of the people who work here add to the vibe as well because they're all so friendly and upbeat. In conclusion, I just wrote a full-on essay about this place because I loved it so much 😂 if you can't already tell, I highly recommend Garibaldi! Please go check it out. You won't be disappointed.
I had an amazing dining experience at Garibaldi Restaurant! The margaritas were incredible, especially the guava, passion fruit, and strawberry flavors – each one was perfectly crafted and refreshing. The Garibaldi nachos were absolutely delicious, loaded with toppings and bursting with flavor. And the guacamole? Simply five-star, fresh, and creamy. The birria tacos were amazing!! I can't wait to come back and enjoy more of their fantastic menu. Highly recommended!!!
Beatrice was Amazing! We were greeted promptly, she checked on us regularly, and she makes the BEST margaritas I’ve ever had there and we are frequent patrons. I’ll be asking for her each time we visit! and the supreme nachos are our new favorite! Add sautéed onions and peppers! You’ll thank me!
Everything was super quick and the service was great. I loved the food from start to finish—the appetizers, drinks, and dessert were all on point. I got the California burrito and it was HUGE and super tasty. Finished with churros and they were amazing. Definitely coming back!
Top Mexican restaurant in the area! We had a party of 5 coworkers, everyone enjoyed their meal and dessert. Our server was friendly and attentive, chips/salsa and our meals came out quick at lunch time even though the restaurant was almost full. The ambiance is nice, a good place to take anyone looking for a nicer dining experience like our CFO. Top it off, prices are right too! We will be back!! 😎👍
We randomly stopped by after a quick search. The place was full of life.. you would think they had been here in town forever. Turns out, we showed up on week 3 of their opening. The staff was on point, very friendly and always checked in. We got a table outside, got some chips and salsa right away. The food took a bit long, but not too much of a wait. There was definitely a lot of people that nice, so understandable. Food was good. I wouldn’t say this is the authentic stop.. but the atmosphere was nice. They had upbeat music playing in the background, wasn’t too loud to have a nice conversation. It looks very modern and family friendly.. bring the kids.. bring your friends.. We’ll be back to enjoy the atmosphere if we are in that neck of the woods again. Good job to everyone there!
I was in the area for work and stopped by for dinner- so glad I did! The service and food were both excellent. I ordered a couple of daiquiris and the birria tacos, and everything tasted amazing. The servers and bartenders were super attentive and friendly, which made the experience even better. I’d definitely stop by again next time I’m in the area!
I was seated very quickly. The server arrived promptly and took my drink order. Water, because they don't have Coke products. I ordered the steak fajitas. They arrived quickly and served sizzling as they should be. They were accompanied by refried beans, rice, and toppings consisting of lettuce, pico, sour cream, and guacamole. The only negative is that shredded cheese wasn't included. A side of shredded cheese was $2. This was really the only disappointment of the meal. Other than the price of the cheese, the overall value of the meal was excellent. The server was friendly and attentive. She did an excellent job. Overall, it was a great dining experience and I will be back when I'm in town again.

Visited here with family during my first trip to Florida. The restaurant has a very welcoming atmosphere with an impressive layout. We were seated quickly, drinks were ordered, and chips and salsa came out promptly. The salsa was decent—one person found it spicy, but I didn’t. Coming from Oklahoma, I noticed some regional differences. Items that are typically standard back home, like flour tortillas and a traditional relish tray, aren’t part of the usual setup here. The staff was friendly, though there was a slight communication barrier. The food was well presented, cooked properly, and my entrée turned out better than expected. I skipped dessert, as complimentary sopapillas (common where I’m from) aren’t offered. Overall, a solid place for a family meal. It didn’t fully match my usual expectations for Mexican food, but that seems more about regional style than food quality.
I walked into this place and instantly thought WOW what a cool vibrant place. I loved the decor with Frida famous face here and there. I loved the Spanish music playing in the background which makes you wanna dance. They have a full bar with seating inside and out. I was pleased to see the bathrooms nice and clean. I've been to plenty of restaurants that are nice but once you go to the bathroom you second guess your choices. Everyone liked their food. We had quesadillas, carnitas, enchiladas and queso dip. There is plenty of food on those plates that you can easily share or take some home for later. The queso was thick which we LOVED, bc who like watery cheese? I thought the carnitas were a little dry but all in all the food was pretty good. Now the service we had was way below average. I believe it was just our server. She was not happy about us sitting in her section. She never came back to check on us or to refill our drinks. Anytime we asked for anything she just acted as if it was just too much. Now I dont know about you but service can either make or break your dining experience. That bothered me more than anything else. I would definitely check this place out if youre feeling like a lively dining experience

This place is really nice. The bathrooms were very clean the aesthetic is super cute! They had music playing and the TVs going and it was pretty busy even on a Tuesday night. The patio is decorated so cute. The decor all around is upscale and beautiful. I was highly impressed my fajitas could have been slightly better because the steak as cut up into so many tiny pieces is was difficult to find using my fork. That’s my issue though because I don’t eat the onions or peppers. All in all the food was delicious.
We came here while in town. I really enjoyed my food. I tried their birria tacos, ceviche, street corn, churros and Xanga. My favorite would have to be the street corn and xanga just full of flavor. The Service was very quick and polite. And what I love the most about this place is it is Frida Khalo theme.
New restaurant has ample outdoor seating, is very clean and service was excellent. Even though the restaurant has a line out the door, food and drinks came out quickly and server came back often and was on top of everything. The jalapeño margarita tasted like bottled lime juice, wasn’t as fresh or as good or as I am used to from this place, but hoping it was just a one time fluke. The food was exactly what I expected fr the previous location. The guacamole appetizer is fresh and delicious too.
Great place to get good food and drinks. Wait, it was not long on a Friday night. The hostess was nice and got us a great table outside. Beer was cold and refreshing. Food was very tasty, and the atmosphere was lively with cool Mexican music playing. Veronica was the best server and done an outstanding job.
This is a nice restaurant, this was my second time coming here. I ordered veggies fajitas with double beans 🫘 (I love beans 😋). It was pretty good, the food was ok, didn’t have much flavor for Mexican food. I would’ve given 5 stars ⭐️ if the food had more flavor. Outside of that the food came out quickly and the staff was very friendly. They have vegan 🌱, gluten free and vegetarian options as well.
Good, 🔥 food. Great service. Very busy on a Friday evening. 15 minute wait. Get tortillas and salsa while waiting for meal. Ordered a strawberry daiquiri, big took the rest home. Limited lightning couldn't see my entrees, which consisted of 4 different meats. But enjoyed the atmosphere and flavors of my meal. Will be back.
I celebrate my birthday with my dad here. We had a great time. The food was good, but the service was excellent. We had a few margaritas. They were perfect, and we loved the atmosphere here. Could you stop by and check them out? Oh, by the way, they sang happy birthday to me and let me wear a giant Sombrero. Thanks, guys. I appreciate it.
Pretty average tastung food, service was quick and good. Salsa seemed canned and thin but had some onion chunks. Shredded chicken was very flavorful, but the ground beef was a bit cardboardish. The real positive is how clean the restaurant is. A server spilled a drink and 5 people quickly cleaned it up, even brought out the wet swiffer. Tables cleaned immediately after people left. If you like clean eat here,
This place is really nice.
We started with a slower server who brought us the wrong drinks (Spicy Mango Margaritas instead of Jalapeño Margaritas) but once she was replaced by another server, our lunch service went more quickly. The drinks and food were tasty and brought out quickly. I also love all of the Frida decor.
This seems to be your most typical Mexican restaurant in America. We were pleased with how clean and fresh place looked. We were surprised when they came out with the original tiny, tiny bowl of salsa. The salsa was okay, had no kick to it. We ordered a triple side of queso beans and guacamole. They came in an adjoined triple bowl, which made it really difficult to use as a side or to pour onto our dishes. This was a day before hurricane so I will excuse any slow anything by the service, they were very friendly and happy. They did not speak English. Overall I give them a solid four. I would go there again. Their lunch prices were just right. My wife ordered the triple bowl which cost as much as another lunch meal, so a total meal for two with the extra dip was about $50.
This was a really nice restaurant and the staff was awesome. The Choripollo was great but my wife had the Chili Colorado which is her go to and it wasn't all the flavorful. I'm a big fan of tomatillo sauce with my chips and the green had a nice flavor but the red, which was supposedly the spicy version, just didn't "wow" me. With all that said, really enjoyed Garibaldi's in general.

Your neighborhood Mexican fix! Haven't tried many of the items on the menu but the quesadilla was good! We had cheese and chicken quesadillas and they were fine. The drinks are beautiful and the choices are plenty. I tried the mango margarita and my friends had the strawberry margarita - both very good! The outside setting is beautiful, the inside is more of a cantina. Service was at times too attentive! I was finishing up my quesadilla while our server wanted to pull my plate off the table a few times. Good overall!
Have visited twice. The atmosphere is nice and the decor is pretty. As far as the food, it isn’t my favorite Mexican restaurant. The food could use more seasoning & they forgot the jalapeño on the pollo ranchero. Queso was watery. Drink pictured (28 oz) was good and strong but size down (16 oz) tasted like straight juice, no liquor.
The service and atmosphere were great. The complementary chips and salsa were good, but when the chips for the queso came out, they were overcooked and tasted burnt. The margaritas tasted water down and did not taste like they had any tequila what so ever. The burrito rancheros, which was filled with carnitas, was very good and flavorful. So was the burrito deluxe filled with shredded beef. I would say overall it was decent.
The food & service here is decent. I do belive that the food isn't freshly prepared. In essence, they heat their plates really hot and/or place the food on the plate and run it through an oven. Whatever the case, the actual food temperature isn't nearly as hot as the plate if that makes sense. I could tell that the food had been sitting. Nonetheless- it was okay.
Fast service, and immediately sat down. The server was very nice, and to the point! The food however was not great, it felt very safe and there no spice to any of the food. It is more of a bar with food than a actual restaurant, if you enjoy a nice environment and a wide variety of drinks, this place is for you.

All I wanted was one great Margarita tonight!!! but…… I came to the wrong place and was highly disappointed with our second visit here. I was really looking forward to a good experience with my husband. Enter the very desired house margarita…..I sincerely thought I was drinking one of the store bought mixes. I tried to drink some but ended up requesting a change because I couldn’t get past the watery taste of the mix and was happy that I didn’t order the pitcher since I love margaritas so much. To my surprise 😳 in all things customer service my waiter(who I will not mention because he was very kind) returned with a message from the “manager” that because he deemed I had tasted too much I could not switch my drink. My response was well, if I must pay $12 I will drink the spiked water. I had to ask for the watery margarita to be returned and also asked to speak to the manager. No one ever came and there was no leader in site to even try to win over a customer. Unfortunately for this place, I can tell a Good margarita from a bad one and they must be entitled to reject my business as I am their VERY POOR leadership skills. Good luck!
