Very good restaurant right near the zocalo. We ordered the pollo asado, milenesa and bocoles and everything was delicious. We especially loved the tortillas - freshly pressed, could taste the maiz through and through completely. Our normally picky three year old loved her spaghetti. Prices were great and it was a wonderful lunch. Simplemente riquísimo!!!

El mejor lugar para comer en Aquismon. Desayunamos y comimos aquí y todo estuvo rico, muy buen precio y todo limpio. Nos atendieron bien, las dos ocasiones que fuimos, regresamos porque nos gustó.

El sazón es excelente. Es un espacio limpio, cómodo y agradable con ambiente familiar. Cuentan con aire acondicionado y eso se agradece cuando no estás acostumbrada al clima de la región. La relación costo-tamaño de la porción es excelente. Me parece un lugar económico. Las tortillas son riquísimas. Mi favorito es el chile relleno. De beber hay desde agua fresca hasta cerveza. Además facturan y el servicio es muy bueno.

The truth is, it far exceeded my expectations. It has a good selection of dishes and its prices are quite affordable. I ordered some Huasteca enchiladas with cecina, typical of the region, and they were quite well served and very delicious. Yes, they were quite spicy, but that's how they're served almost everywhere. The flavored waters were also very good; they're natural and very reasonably priced. They have prompt service and are quite close to the main square.

The food is very well seasoned. I've ordered everything from eggs to roasted chicken, and I liked everything, except for the menudo, which tastes more like a red-tinted beef broth than menudo, but other than that, everything else is highly recommended. The flour tortillas are also delicious. The place has two areas, one with air conditioning and one without, but they're always busy, so you have to get there early and in advance.

Family restaurant with huge portions and friendly staff. Rotisserie chicken cooked on-site. Everything was delicious. Our family of four enjoyed breaded chicken with red spaghetti, beef broth, a flour tortilla quesadilla filled with steak and avocado, a masa taco with beans and cheese, and finally, eggs with bacon and beans. All were very delicious. Highly recommend.

Excellent seasoning and super cheap prices. I highly recommend the pork in red adobo sauce and the shredded pork. The quesadillas and tortillas are thick, consistent, and delicious. There are a lot of flies, but they're common in rural areas. Excellent for trying local, traditional, home-style food. A must-see for tourists in Aquismon.

We discovered this restaurant while traveling through la Huasteca Potosina and were super lucky! This restaurant seems like a small family business and provided us with excellent food. We ordered several dishes, including Chile rellenos, different Tacos and Guiso Deshebrada. Everybody was happy with their choice, we even ordered a second round. The service staff is attentive, friendly and fast. Can only recommend!

The restaurant is located one block from the kiosk in downtown Aquismón. The service is generally good, a bit slow, but that's understandable since the dishes are made to order. They have a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. We tried the charcoal-grilled chicken with spaghetti, French fries, and salad. The chicken was flavorful, as were the sides. We also tried the breaded beef cutlet, which also came with spaghetti, salad, and potatoes. Both dishes were served with delicious handmade tortillas. The horchata is also good and ice cold. 👌🏼 It's nice that there's an air-conditioned section and restrooms at the back of the restaurant. The prices are very similar to those of other restaurants in the area.

Son lentos para atender a pesar de no haber mucha gente, la atención deja que desear y la comida a un gusto personal le falta sabor. Pedí unas enchiladas y lo rescatable de esto es el pollo que venden en el mismo lugar. Las salsas tampoco le ayudan mucho a la comida, podrían mejorar para tratar de ser una mejor opción ya que el concepto me parece bueno.
