Se terminaron nuestras vacaciones en la huasteca por segundo año consecutivo en el Grann Hotel. Éste restaurante es una exquisitez. Yo pedí un molcajete y uffff. La comida, el servicio y todo fue maravilloso. Cómo estar en familia.

Excelente opción para comida o cena, incluso pasando el tiempo en la rica alberca. Comida deliciosa y excelente servicio e instalaciones tanto en los restaurantes como en el hotel. Recomendado

We stayed here a year ago, and without a doubt we returned, and it was the best decision. The food at this restaurant is delicious, and for dinner we enjoyed the surf and turf restaurant. Good, affordable prices, eggs any style starting at 65 pesos. Very tasty Monale salad, and not so good Aztec soup. Eggs any style are good, but the downside is that they cook with too much oil. The eggs and everything else is cooked with too much oil.

The specials we had where ok the meat was good, however the enchiladas on the plate had very little cheese inside and the service was not what you would except at restaurant associated with a fancy hotel.

El servicio del bar estuvo bien, tardaron 30 minutos en traer 2 platillos y 10 minutos extras en traer el tercer platillo, por lo que obviamente no pudimos a empezar a cenar porque no estaban los 3 platillos al mismo tiempo y los otros 2 ya estaban un poco fríos (nunca había recibido una grosería tan grande) el rollo de mariscos, muy seco, el filete mignon.. no era y estaba precalentado y seco.. el mar y tierra la carne la pedí 1/2 y la trajeron 3/4. Perdimos un salero y lo trajeron muy bien... Pero se lo llevaron porque lo necesitaban en otra mesa.

Pésimo servicio Tardaron más de una hora para un solo platillo, la chica de recepción con mala actitud, el mesero ni siquiera se acerca para preguntar que se le ofrece ... No lo recomiendo. Pésimo servicio.

Llegamos con altas expectativas, el mesero súper amable, hasta que pedí un vaso de agua, ya había pedido una bebida adicional, pero el vaso de agua lo quería para tomarme una pastilla y se me negó, querían forzosamente venderme una botella de agua. Le dije al mesero que expresamente pedí un vaso de agua o que si la botella era cortesía y me dijo que le tenían estrictamente prohibido dar agua. Definitivamente no vuelvo. Nos quedamos solo para no arruinarle el cumpleaños a un familiar, pero super negativo que te nieguen un vaso de agua.

The waiter service was terrible. The dishes weren't what the menu said, and neither the waiter nor the floor manager helped the waiter. It's a shame for the engineer's company that his restaurant is going downhill because of such bad staff. I'm never going back.

Terrible service. We waited for over an hour for our food. We ordered crepes and coffee. After the first half hour, we asked about our food and they said it would be ready soon. Another 15 minutes passed, and when we asked again, they said it was almost ready. It's worth noting that they started serving two other tables that arrived after us. After another 15 minutes, they finally started bringing out the crepes one by one, and... surprise! They were all raw. I would never go back. They just wasted our time, and the food wasn't even edible.
