Ya hemos ido en 2 ocasiones y siempre te salen con que no tienen honey mustard. Pero si tienen para las hamburguesas que la incluyen. Me parece que se las guardan.

Todo está muy bien, solo un detalle que hace que el servicio se baya al carajo, en la atención en auto al momento en que te entregan el voucher y comida prácticamente te corren "por el tiempo", sin dejar que acomodes tus cosas en el auto o tu cartera, solo ese pequeño detalle pero que te deja una mala experiencia al último.

I ordered takeout today. They don't ask if you want jalapeños; they just gave me 5 burgers and 5 packets of ketchup. I asked for 1 agua de Jamaica and they just gave me Cokes. They weren't so busy that they didn't pay attention to details.

La Sra que nos atendió nos realizó 2 cargos extras de refresco grande, más papas grandes en 2 de nuestros paquetes que ya los incluyen. Al decirle que no puede hacer cargos extras en los paquetes sin avisar se quedo con mirada de ya te cobré y no hay nada qua hacer, no se disculpó y se fué. Solo me quedó decirle que el hacer cargos de esa manera sin avisar es un abuso.

I got raw chicken in one of the burgers I ordered, and when I brought it to them, they told me "that's how it was." I didn't know they sold raw chicken at Carl's Jr. I'm leaving a photo as proof. You couldn't even tear the chicken with your hand because it was so raw. Wait for my snout. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Terrible service and attention The people are there working, but as if they weren't there. They're not attentive at all. They can't tell you about the promotions; they just tell you to watch them on the screen, and obviously you see them in breaks because they're constantly changing. They don't have much parking, so it's difficult to find one. If I remember correctly, there's only one parking space for 4 cars, and marked parking on the avenue, with buoys for another 2 or 3. Honestly, I didn't really see how many. A plus is that they not only have soda, but they also have fresh water. It's a shame the Tamarindo was already old and tasted awful, but the strawberry was very good.

It's a shame that the prestige the franchise has acquired here isn't reflected. The burger was the driest and most tasteless I've ever had...no ketchup, not at the right temperature. It seems like they reheat them... The toppings bar was very poor: a few pickles, few chilies, and a tiny bit of green salsa that wasn't appetizing. I would definitely never go back.
