Ok it’s a DQ but this one is so nice and clean it deserves a shout out ! Clean restrooms and dining room worth a stop to cool off with an ice cream while in the Bay Area

Genuinely horrible service showed up 45 minutes before they close witch i know is kinda crappy but it was for 2 burgers not even combos and a small blizzard the lady on the headset told us that she wants to cry bc of our order and got really mad and told us to pull up to the window its not like they were busy either there was only one other car there like I understand its late and you probably had a hard day but take it from someone who has worked fast food since she was 15 there's no reason to snap at your customers like that for some basic food I hope that she gets her shit together before someone with less self control then me comes through that drive Edit: she is the manager and her name is Jackie if anyone else has a problem at this location I strongly urge you to reach out to corporate because this is a horrible way to run your business

Cant follow simple order for two ppl. Said easy ice filled it completely full of ice . Put half a salad on my burger. Never go back

Second time we ordered Blizzards to go. Staff was unable to make three at the same time. Waiting for the trio to be finished the first melted and then the two arrived already melted. What kind of treat is this? Thought they could do better, but they did the same thing twice. Good bye Dairy Queen

I have been to many Dairy Queen locations here in Texas and let me just say Aransas Pass Tx location is by far the absolute worst. Two employees working the drive thru register were rude and had attitude. I asked them to remake my dipped cones as they were melted. Lady shouted at another employee that “she wants new ones because these are melted” proceeds to throw her hands up as if I was the problem and threw the cones in the trash. The gentleman working with her states “the chocolate is hot it’s not going to stay cold”. Makes no sense. If every other location I’ve been to can get it right, why not here? Incompetence and lack of leadership are not going to run your business well. Grown folks acting like high schoolers, really pathetic.

We ordered at 6:45 and had to wait twenty minutes for 2 burgers and 2 corn dogs. They were not combos so we didn’t think it would take very long. There was one lady sitting with all her kids at a booth while 3 of them ran around the restaurant and made noise. Another kid was in the kitchen walking around eating instead of preparing food. Went up to the counter and asked the girl respectfully what was the hold up since it was such a small order and it didn’t seem like they were doing much. She seemed annoyed that I questioned her. I keep forgetting not to come here since it’s more of a daycare than a restaurant and they take forever to make simple orders. Next time I know to cross the water over to Port Aransas and try their DQ instead.

Stood at counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us. Waited well over 20 minutes for 1 chicken basket and 1 large chillicheese fry. The size of our "LARGE" chili cheese fries was EXTREMELY disappointing!!!

They gave me my milkshake and had me pull forward. Ten minutes later I got my food to go with the melted shake. Not to mention the meat on a bun I got for my dog cost five bucks! Pretty sure I paid full price for a hunger buster with NOTHING on it. This place really needs to pull it together.

Cashier tried to overcharge me, service was slow and lazy. To top it off, the cook chose an obviously rotten avocado and put it on my salad anyway. I'm not coming back and I don't suggest that anyone else eat here either.
