By far one of the best Mexican food spots I’ve ever had!! Not to mention the staff is super friendly and a joy to interact with. I’ve tried plenty off their menu but my favorite is the chilaquiles plate! So full of flavor and so delicious paired with their mango orange agua fresca :) will definitely keep coming back

Honestly, this place is great. I’ve had their fast burritos, breakfast croissant, breakfast muffin, and drinks and they were all delicious for something so simple. The horchata is hands down some of the best I’ve had ever. Also, the staff are always very cheery and happy to help. Definitely my go-to spot whenever I come to the mall.

Food is amazing! Honestly, anything and everything on their menu. Here once a week and my top go to are the breakfast burritos, steak fries, any breakfast items. The employees are ALWAYS friendly! Always recommend it.

Their burrito is delicious and its not drenched in oil like many other places. They're also not stingy with the food and give portions accordingly with the price. Phenomenal food 🙂 will come back

This review is for Gizelle. She was amazing despite how busy it was. Always approached us with a helpful and reassuring demeanor. Even when Gizelle asked us twice if we wanted a receipt and initially we said no, she had no problem going above and beyond when we realized we should have asked for a copy as we were dining as a group. We do believe this location needs to schedule staff accordingly, especially areas where customers are dining. We did feel the sense of urgency from the team but wait times for food and drinks were a bit too long. Had a great time playing games, watching the Lakers, and the food was good. Thank you!

Celebrated my birthday here last month with a pretty decent group size. We were able to rent one of the party rooms, and had a blast! Big shoutout to our server, Secret! Very good service and food. Pretty loud, but what do you expect from an arcade. It is an awesome place to go to whenever it is an important day like someone's birthday. The kids will absolutely love it. And how couldn't you, the machines are fun and there aren't that many scammy machines that I have seen. If you are going for a lot of tickets, I, personally, would suggest either "Cut the rope"; very simple and gives a lot of tickets basically for free; or "Pop the lock", since it is one of the most skill based arcades, meaning that you can actually win in it multiple times in a row. Wheel chair accessibility might not be the best, but the stairs you might have to pass are only a few steps, so might not be that bad.

First time at Dave & Buster’s, and it was a great experience. The eat&play combo is definitely the way to go, especially on Wednesday when games are half price. The food is pretty good and comes out quick, very satisfying and comes with a lot of fries. The entire space is gigantic, with bar seating, booths, game rooms, party rooms, and a humongous arcade with lots of different games. Overall a very fun place to go with good food and lots of entertainment.

Sam was very friendly, attentive and provided excellent service. She brought me a second round of water before my first was about to run out and brought my food out quickly. The kitchen staff has always been great at this Dave and Buster's Arcadia. The opening shift manager Rodrigo I believe was prompt, friendly and provided quick service during check out. My go-to order are the Salmon and Steak Protein bowls and at this trip I also ordered the Birria quesadilla which was delicious! Great job!

Recently upgraded the entire place a ton. Very clean, lively and tons of fun. Game and food package options are definitely worth the cost. Food came out at the same time for our entire party of 8. Burgers were very flavorful, boneless wings were generous in portion. All the plates had a good amount of fries and the pretzel sticks were yummy to hold us over. Server was attentive and checked on us as needed. The new layout is spacious and we really enjoyed our most recent visit.

I usually don't like noisy places like this 😆 however it was a lot of fun and I had a lot of room to move around. I lost my phone and one of the workers was nice enough to help me and we found it in about 5 minutes 😁 Food was excellent and a good variety of games for all ages to enjoy ! Parking is a bit tricky because it is in a mall. I would definitely go back 👍

Been coming here for almost 5 Years so I would like to post a really good review. The crowd is friendly and ambience great, waiters always come around asking how we are doing. They have new games and brand new stock of bees at D&Bs Tapstation. We regularly order the pitcher that now comes in a Tower. Really cold beer if I might say. However the tower that we ordered was 2 liters but the beer bubbles are at the 2 liter line. I was hesitant about complaining about it but luckily one of the managers swung by and I signaled him. He immediately approached our table and I asked him on how the bartender measure the tower is, it by the bubbles or by the beer line… I was surprised he immediately grabbed the tower he said “don’t go away I will be right back” he took the tower and brought it back with the beer line on 2 liters. Wow what great customer service! I thank him for it! He stated it is always good to see how customers are happy as they tend to come back and enjoy more. Kudos to Armando he takes care of business and takes it to a personal. level!

Lots of new games but prices also went up. There's no Eat and Play but Mon-Thur they have half off all food. Always come Wednesday because the games are half off. Food is alright, I feel portions are smaller because it's half off. A full order of wings was like 7 wings. Seeks weak! The Angry Birds coin pusher is pretty fun. Remember to always clear out the tower! It's a ton of tickets.

Their Agua Frescas are really good! Nice selection of flavors too! And fairly affordable! Always a plus in my books! 👍🏻 My friend ordered their Siu Maai & Haa Gow of all things, AFTER having had Dim Sum too! Sadly, as of Labor Day 2025, I just found out that they no longer serve those items. It's OK though, everything else I've had here has been pretty good, and I can't complain! On average, food takes about 8 minutes to get to you from ordering it. Best of all, if you get their cute bear containers that you can hang over your shoulders, you can bring it back and get their agua fresca for half off. *Pro-Tip*: If you go in for a re-fill, make sure to take the straw out first. You'll thank me later when you realize how it reduces any confusion.

The game selection is absolutely superb, it's my 1st time going to a D&B and I had a great time. However when we went to eat dinner the service and kitchen was a big let down. We sat down and Killian came and greated is and we ordered drinks which were fine. We ordered dinner tho and I made asked for my ranch and jalapenos on the side. We also asked for ketchup and mustard and silverware and napkins. After 30 minutes a food runner brought us our food and I asked for my ranch and jalapenos because he didn't bring those, he admits he forgot to grab then and then never came back. I soon realized at that point that my burger was made wrong anyways. Another 10 minutes pass before our server came by. We told her the problem and we also asked for the condiments and napkins and stuff again. Another 20 minutes pass before I got my food. My boyfriend had already finished eating. I ate and we asked for mgr, we still never got napkins or silverware I had to ask the bar for cocktail napkins. Anyways. We were offered dessert at 1st then the mgr took it off the bill. Over all just not the service I expected.

I am writing this post a bit prematurely but will update it once I return. This place is currently going through construction and kind of gives you a rough look. Didn't order food or drinks, so I can't accurately rate that part. The games have options for both young kids and adults. A lot of the games had issues, like the hungry hippos. There's a mini basketball game where you have to hit the ball to shoot the mini balls up. The one on the left didn't work. The prices are ridiculous and expensive. We spent over 60 dollars, and the only thing we could got was 5$ items. Please rethink some of the prize amounts.

So fun if you are exclusively going to play games! Food wise it's not it. The burgers and sandwiches are super charred to the point that you cannot taste anything else. The wings are dry. When I ordered it took over 40 minutes to be served, the restaurant was not crowded. The restrooms did not have any paper towels. I asked for extra ranch and I did get that very quickly and got a huge amount of it!! So the service wasn't terrible. The game section was huge and very clean. 100% recommend but just for the games!

We stopped in for food and drinks before a movie and were disappointed by the service. Our waiter was inattentive from the start, and we went a long time without being checked on. A food runner dropped a wing on the table and picked it up with his bare hand, nearly placing it back on the plate, which makes you wonder what type of food safety and training they are getting in the kitchen if he thought that was okay. We finished our wings without a chance to mention that our egg rolls were cold, and I had to get up to order my beer and get our own drink refills. We planned to order more but left early. Wow. What an absolute horror show it was at this location tonight. I've been coming here for 2+ months and Bryson has been awesome. This night, they no longer have chardonnay on the happy hour menu, fine. I went with the cabernet which was decent. A couple next to me showed up, I slid over to accommodate, the guy wanted a red for happy hour, sorry, we don't have cab for happy hour...🤔 that's strange i wondered, because I'm drinking my second cab for happy hour (albeit was a different bartender) when he came back i asked for another cab, and clarified that yes indeed there is a cab on happy hour pricing; I happen to be drinking it. He double checked, and came back and agreed, there was. It was poured, i received another, the young lady with the other gentleman got her pino. Next they asked for a second pino and another bartender told them they were out...after another bartender came along and they were told oh, no we have plenty of pino, I'll be happy get you another....🤔🤷🏽 when I went to close out, my bill was 21+ change...🤔🤷🏽 how are 3 $5 happy hour wines $21+ change? I don't think Dave and busters is hiring the competent people it takes to run a successful bar... side note, another patron sitting on the other side of me asked for a martini onion... they don't have any as it's not part of their menu???!!! How are you to serve a martini without an onion??? Weak sauce in my book. I'll be looking for a much more stable (pricewise and product wise) establishment in the very near future. Sad!!
