Not the best experience I’ve had here usually a lot better. Went early to avoid the crowd and sat at the bar. Usually faster service with less wait. After seated and given my soda. It took the bartender over 15 minutes to come back and take my food order. He took the order of another group of 4, who were seated after me, before mine. Never asked if I wanted a refill on soda. Was not busy at all. Maybe 5 tables being occupied in the whole restaurant.

Not bad for something quick. It seemed very busy but the place wasn't packed at all, maybe some low staff issues. Luckily we have a great waiter that made sure we ordered right away and brought out stuff out as quickly as possible. Taste was great but the prices for this place seem to be getting higher every time we visit. The atmosphere feels like a sports bar, has lots of TVs inside.

My overall and food rate is based off of a To Go Order. When I arrived there was only one waitress handling the to go orders and she was a little bit of everywhere, there was a line however they have the orders with names on a shelf and since mine was pre paid, I took mine. I am fully aware food is not the same as fresh from the kitchen, but this quality was not appeasing. The chicken wings barely had meat and had a cardboard texture. The chicken sandwich was alright, but dry and the tenders made my 6 year old son ask me if he can have something else. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this may be my one. Sorry BWW, but for $56 I was not satisfied.

Come here all the time. Usually a great experience. Tonight The host with black long braids with blonde ends and sparkly phone case was so rude to us! Smacking her gum and rolling her eyes when we asked to be seated. Ignored us and 2 others for 10 minutes while being on her phone right in front of us. Everyone is super nice here usually , but she had the worst attitude with everyone the whole time ! I’ve never seen someone so bothered by their job. Been coming here for years and the host are always super welcoming! Besides that our server was guy with a mullet & he was great :) and food was amazing !!

Food was awful. Wings were cold and burger was greasy. We had the same experience in elk grove. The service and drinks are on point. Atmosphere with all the games was amazing. We have decided we will only go for drinks and TV entertainment. The food is just gross

In person dining is fine, but I tried delivery and the order was wrong and something I’m incapable of eating. Tried to call the restaurant multiple times and no answer. I had to call corporate to get a refund. The whole ordeal wasted over an hour of the evening.

Terrible service. I went in on 9/13 asking to be seated at the bar and was told no. It was a ghost town. They finally sat us and I told the host I had my order ready but I did not see a waiter the 20+ minutes until I walked out.

First time I walked out of a place AND I DO LOTS OF FOOD REVIEWS ACROSS CALIFORNIA It wasn't busy I came in at 8:15 on July 10th 2025 There was no workers in sight and I finally got seated after some time only me in line by the way Then about 20 minutes went by and bartender saw me looking around and other workers kept a distance looking at me but not offering a drink or anything I felt UNWANTED LIKE A GET OUT FEELING they just didn't want to serve me so I walked out went to CHILI'S NEXT DOOR AND HAD MY FOOD AND DRINK IN UNDER 20 MINUTES THIS BUFFALO WILD WINGS ON ARDEN NEEDS TO BE CLOSED ITS LIKE THE WORST FIRST IMPRESSION I EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT THEY ALL SEEM LIKE ITS A BURDEN TO WORK OR SOMETHING NO HAPPY ATTITUDE AT ALL IM GLAS I DIDN'T EAT HERE AND NEVER WILL OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Not sure why the hostess was unpleasant. Her attitude and staring made me uncomfortable. A-lot of standing around or texting on their phone- which is fine if your customers are taken care of. Ordered a drink that never came. Fries came out after our other food was almost gone. Really disappointed with the service and friendliness. . Food was good.

Literally the worst experience at a sports bar I've ever had. It took 35 minutes to get a glass of water, and the place wasn't even that busy. It didn't improve while we stayed either. Placed multiple orders of wings, the server forgot to actually put them in the system. Beer glasses stayed emmpty, flagged other servers down because ours was useless, and they were just as helpful. Everyone's attitude there has a "it's not my job" kind of outlook. Very poorly run, manager was walking around the entire time. Pathetic. This place deserves to close.
