This is my pit stop for chicken wings everytime I plan my shopping near Arden Mall. It's a pretty neat sports bar. This place has outdoor seating which is nice during those warm months. The waiters/ waitresses are very efficient and accommodating. I ordered traditional wings in the flavour thai curry. Had a spicy tang to it and I loved it! A must try is also the flavoured lemonades and limeaids!

We went to watch a March Madness game. Right when we walked in we were greeted and seated. Three TV's were changed to show the two games we wanted to watch. Alissa was a fantastic server and continued to serve us even after she was assigned to be the bartender later in her shift. It is so refreshing to see there is still good customer service out there. The wings were delicious, and the buffalo cauliflower was out of this world. We actually drove passed another Buffalo Wild Wings in Folsom to this Buffalo Wild Wings because the service at Folsom's Buffalo Wild Wings is terrible .

Watched game 6 of the NBA finals here. My buddy and I sat at the bar. The atmosphere was incredible if you are a sports fan! Wings are incredible! There are 33 TVs and lots of beers 🍻 on tap. Service was good . Bartenders are friendly and courteous.

The fresh Angus beef they use really makes a difference, and the burgers are always perfectly built with the right amount of lettuce, tomato, and seasoning. My wife and I sat at the bar. Danielle is a great bartender. Attentive, kind, friendly and genuine. We ordered chili con queso and 20 traditional wings. Besides there never being anyone at the front when I come in, the place is cool. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is good, for the most part. Beer is good. Side note: you'll need to reserve your seating ahead of time if there's a major sporting event you want to watch there, if you don't want to wait over an hour.

They have BOGO wings on tuesdays. Gets pretty crowded. Otherwise good food great service. Wish they had sampler for their flavors- so we can try the different sauces. Our favourite ones are the mango habanero, Asian zing, thai curry and carrabian jerk. Try the beer battered tenders. The onion rings and buffalo chips are also very good. Always do the blue moon or Corona with my wings.

We were greeted and seated immediately. We had to sit at the bar because they said they had nothing other seats available. There's a barcode that you can scan to place your order and the bartender also gave us menus and serviced us as needed. I ordered a Cobb salad and when it came out, it had no eggs. Another worker (he wasn't the bartender but maybe he was a server) saw me looking at it weird and tossing it around and he said "sorry, we are out of eggs". Then he asks the bartender if they have eggs in the kitchen. The bartender asked me if I wanted another salad or if I was fine with my meal. I was hungry so I just ate it. The salad wasn't bad anyway. I just wish I was informed about them being out of eggs prior to ordering. We came here at around 10pm and it was crowded, but not too loud. The drinks there were mixed well. I didn't eggsactly have the best experience, but I'd come back and give it another shot.

Not the best experience I’ve had here usually a lot better. Went early to avoid the crowd and sat at the bar. Usually faster service with less wait. After seated and given my soda. It took the bartender over 15 minutes to come back and take my food order. He took the order of another group of 4, who were seated after me, before mine. Never asked if I wanted a refill on soda. Was not busy at all. Maybe 5 tables being occupied in the whole restaurant.

Very disappointed. I arrived shortly after opening and was seated. After choosing my lunch special it took another 25 minutes to get my meal. The chicken was overcooked and fries were not prepared as I had asked for them crispy as well as a small amount of them as well. This is the 3rd restaurant in the are that just can't seem to get it right. Each one lacks the concept of coustomer service. Again another restaurant I will not be returning to anytime in the foreseeable future.

Service was good, even though it was busy. Some of the servers are amazing and stood and talked to us for like 10 minutes at the end of the night. Very nice lady, pretty tattoos and a very pretty boyfriend who's also a server. The bathroom was disgusting however. I ordered Wings and 2 Sides of fries. The wings tasted just fine. The portion of fries, however, was ridiculous. I paid 4.99 for each side of fries and I only got maybe 30 shoestring fries. I'm definitely gonna need them to get their portion size together if their gonna charge $5 for it.

Our server was very attentive and very apologetic. We were a party of six. They sat us right away, however then there was about a 15 minute delay before ordering drinks and then another 5 minutes before we got our drinks. At that point the very nice server took our order and we waited about 35 minutes for the food. Once the food arrived it was good. Very tasty. I guess it sums up. If you're in a rush or if you want to eat in about an hour or less, don't go here 🙂

Food is good, have been to multiple locations and this one is the only location that charges 5$ per person to watch the ufc fights. I was waiting for an hour for my table only to find out they charge to watch the fights and then they made me pay for that up front before even being seated. Also, they only accepted cash for that? A little weird if you ask me, between me and my party we spent upwards of 150$ and being charged an extra 20$ for a party of 4 just for watching the fights seems silly.

Our waitress was kind of dragging her feet. She was very sweet but she wasn't efficient and half the time I noticed her socializing with nearby friends and coworkers instead of paying attention to the customers. We had to wait for 10 to 15 mins to ask for things such as napkins and to get her attention. The burger was bland, almost flavorless and pretty charred patties. Fire wings' food is much better, even the ranch.

Good place to grab a drink and a few snacks. It was hard to get a hold of the bartender at times but overall service was good. They do have happy hour and clean bathrooms which are always a bonus. The only thing to be cautious of are the roaches in the parking lot, which may only come out at night.

First time in this place, we wait for 40 min then sitting we wait for almost 45 min, place it was full cause some TV sport , we order boneless 20 pzas, buffalo, barbecue, lemon-pepper and chipotle-habanero also fries, boneless were smaller, very dry few salsa in both orders, also carrots very dry looked very old, I ask the waitress to bring some fresh and she said all of them were same.. waitress were very nice, but not the food, I don't recommend the place.

My overall and food rate is based off of a To Go Order. When I arrived there was only one waitress handling the to go orders and she was a little bit of everywhere, there was a line however they have the orders with names on a shelf and since mine was pre paid, I took mine. I am fully aware food is not the same as fresh from the kitchen, but this quality was not appeasing. The chicken wings barely had meat and had a cardboard texture. The chicken sandwich was alright, but dry and the tenders made my 6 year old son ask me if he can have something else. I don’t normally leave bad reviews, but this may be my one. Sorry BWW, but for $56 I was not satisfied.

Super bad experience recently. I went here last week and the service was terrible. The place was rather empty, and it still took 15 - 20 minutes to be seated and then another 5 before the server even approached us. I asked him for water and I didn’t get it until I asked a second server for it. My appetizer came at the same time as my food. I don’t know what took so long. It was chips and salsa.

Let me start by saying the food is not that good… Having said that if you’re just looking for a place with good atmosphere and want to watch the game they have plenty of big screen TVs and all the major sports playing on them… But the food sucks… The chicken wings don’t taste fresh they taste soggy like they were reheated in a microwave… The fries were cold and soggy.. The only positive part to this experience was it is a good atmosphere as far as sports on TV and the beer was cold but they were out of the first two beers we tried to order we had to go to Our third choice for beer on tap… If you could take Wingstop’s chicken wings and fries and put them in Buffalo wild wings sports bar you’d really have something. Overall experience was the food was disappointing and the bill was way too high for the quality of the food.

This particular BWW is probably the worst one I’ve been too. Most the time, you can’t place an order online and it says to call the restaurant. When you do call, no one answers and it hangs up on you. Several times I’ve ordered and items are missing, incorrect or over cooked and hard. (Last time i ordered the wings and tenders combo; No tenders in the bag. I called and was told I would be issued a refund, but never got it. Even after calling again.) After many disappointing experiences, I will drive to Citrus Heights for better quality and service.

First off the food was cold, the boneless chicken was like yesterday’s batch thrown into the warmer n served. Pictures below speak for themselves. Mind you this food is for a birthday for a teenager! However I spoke to the manager n they are accommodating this, and for that I will say the staff in front of house is 5 stars

I placed my order online at 5:35pm it was supposed to be ready at 5:50pm. When I got to the store 545 I was not greeted by anyone until about 5:55pm. Finally they said my order was still being prepared. I have been sitting here for almost 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be done. The customer service at this restaurant is horrible. There is none at all. These people make it seem like I’m inconveniencing them by asking for my order. I am not happy with my experience at all and I will not recommend this place, nor will i be coming back.

Wasn't really a warm welcome, and the bathroom had been a mess in the middle of the day like no one cleaned it. Overpriced for mediocre meals. Service was okay, not very attentive to the patrons except when it came time for the bill. It's not a very diverse crowd either. Might of played a part in how we were treated being we were all of color. Horrible first-time experience, and I most likely will never go here again or advise anyone else to. Try somewhere more inviting and accepting if you want wings or good food and just to hang out with friends because they are not it.

*****Update **** I ended up calling a 3rd time and spoke with a 3rd manager, let her know that refund was never placed and just like the previous 2 managers, said that she would take a look at the order and would call me back, that was 3 weeks ago, refunds generally don't take 3 weeks to reflected in your bank account. At this point, Buffalo Wild Wings, clearly needs the money without having to provide the food that was paid for. I would say just go inside and eat there, but at this point they have left such a foul taste in my mouth that I don't care to provide them any more business. I placed an online order Thursday 01/04/24 and when we arrived to pick up the order like we were instructed to, we were met with manager #1 saying that our order was never received. We even showed him the confirmation number. And still didn't receive it. I ended up driving home hungry and very frustrated. I was told before I drove home, to check my bank statement to make sure that it was drafted, I came home and checked and it was drafted. I called the restaurant back and spoke with manager #1(not adding names to protect their identity and I dealt with more than 1), who proceeded to tell me that he will refund the order and make it all up for us if I was ok with driving back over tonight. I said that we had picked up dinner elsewhere. And he then asked what day would best work for me, to which I replied Saturday, January 6th, he said wonderful I will leave a detailed note for the manager that will be working that shift to take care of that for you. Well come Saturday I called at about 5pm and spoke with manager #2, to my surprise, was told that he never received said note and was unaware of what happened. I was then informed that he was in the middle of their dinner rush and that he would investigate it and call me back within 1-2 business days. Those days came and went with no call. I ended up calling back Monday 01/08/24, no answer, called a second time and no answer. I called again the following day and spoke with manager #2, who said that he had already placed the refund to go through based on my order that he found in their system and that I should expect the refund within 5-7 business days. He said I am pretty sure that I spoke to you Saturday and sorted this out. No sir, you absolutely didn't. How was manager #2 able to find my order, but manager #1 made it seem like it was a needle in a hay stack? *** word of advice, never place an online order ever again, here. Save yourself the headache that I got.

Please be aware of this location, I was here yesterday an African American lady maybe about 27 years old was my waiter , I tipped my waiter cash, today I was charged 4$ over my actual payment. Meaning she tipped herself !! I’ve been trying to get a hold of management but no luck!! It’s only $4 but regardless it’s so selfish I gave her a cash tip ! If she did this to me she definitely does this hustle all day while serving thinking people don’t keep up with there expenses. I signed the receipt with tip 0.00 and my total to be $51.69 . 7/29/2023 At 4:30pm I ordered a Chicken salad it wasn’t fresh so I asked if it’s ok instead of the salad I would like to exchange it for a chicken sandwich. The waiter said that’s fine. ⚠️The manager came over she was so Rude with a bad attitude no smile unfriendly unprofessional hands on hips over a salad being exchanged for a sandwich. Prior to me walking into the restaurant she was treating another customer the same way. Buffalo wings please watch your cameras on this date and time you will see how she treats your customers.

I would not recommend this location. My co-worker and I used to come weekly until we had gnats in our food and flying all around our table. We moved seats and they were still flying around. Manager comes and offers us nothing but an apology. My co-worker asked for some sort of compensation she said remake the wings we had left on our plate. Horrible manager and reported to the city. I will be reaching out to corporate as well to let them know. The manager made us extremely uncomfortable and we felt discriminated that’s she made it seem like we were making it up. We always left great tips and never seek a handout. Take care of the gnats inside your restaurant.

They lock the doors at 1:20, take alcohol out of guests hands at 1:59. Managers are rude as hell, food takes a half hour and bartenders take forever to get drinks. I wouldn’t mind if it was occasional but it’s like every single weekend. It’s convenient for me and my coworkers to come here after work and it’s been consistently a problem. When they do get great bartenders I barely see them. Get it together buffalo.

We recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings with a group of seven, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The hostess seemed a bit rude when seating us, which set a negative tone. Our server took our order promptly, but the food took longer than expected to arrive. After finishing our meal, it took 40 minutes to receive the check and another 20 minutes for it to be picked up. During this time, we noticed staff standing around texting instead of attending to customers. One employee was even lying on a booth with the vacuum running while texting, which felt very unprofessional and disrespectful to the dining atmosphere. While the food itself was decent, the poor service and lack of professionalism from the staff made the experience frustrating. Hopefully, this location can make improvements in its service and management.

We waited half hour at the bar for a table and in that time couldn't even get a damn drink. They told us they would get us a table. Probably there were already 15+ empty tables so I was confused why we couldn't just sit down at a table that was open. Some serious bureaucracy. I don't care if it takes half hour to be served. I just wanted to sit down and start watching the UFC fight. I checked in 2 times and my wife checked in once more. It wasn't even that busy but we left because we couldn't get any service. I think they were a bit under staffed and the staff they had were pretty useless with zero hustle. Anyways there is no way to hear the UFC fights here. TVs were mostly playing football and you can't hear a thing that's happening with the fight with all the other TV noise from football.

serves are very self center on there “tables only” for sitting part. waited 20min even tho there’s plenty of tables available. attempt to ask other servers for things after getting seated as simple as additional condiments, the answer was “I’ll let your server know” and server was nowhere to be found. she didn’t even stopped to kindly address the issue. She was talking to as she was walking away . our server had 3 tables and failed to bring condiments or even refill drinks and brought us the wrong order. please improve ur servers service you have great food and great location.

Worst service! The rude host walked up with her food, took us to a seat to never be talked to again. After 20 minutes we left. I will never be back!

Came last night with my husband and newborn and everything was fine until the server came to take our order and within 2-5 minutes a girl from the kitchen brought our wings out and we both were shocked at how fast it came out within 5 minutes of our food being brought out, it was cold. We would’ve went to our usual location if we knew our food wasn’t going to be prepared fresh considering there weren’t a lot of customers I don’t know why they weren’t fresh. When I told the server (which I don’t believe it was her fault she was really nice) she just replied “so just one box?” Cause I had also asked for a to go box. Will not be coming to this location again.

Update: 12/19/24.. last time I was here was 6 years ago. Came back because I forgot about my first visit. Sat at the bar.. the portly Latina bartender walked past me 3 times without addressing me. She didn’t serve one drink in between passes. Then another customer came in and sat at the end of the bar. She handed him a menu and took his drink order. I believe I sat there for about 10 minutes. I walked out. If I could give this place -1 stars, I would. 1st review: Waited 40 minutes for our food. Got tired of waiting, left cash on the table for the beer and walked out. Unacceptable service. The restaurant was half empty.... Will never return and I do not recommend others visit this establishement as my review is not the only one where the food has taken way too long to be served.

I went on a Sunday and arrived later than my party. I waited 15 minutes and no server came by. I went to the bear and grabbed a drink. The server came by after another 25 minutes. I let her know I like to order soon. She never came back. I went to the bar for a drink. The bartender told Me to order from the server who never came back or took my order. It was the worst service I have ever had. I worked in the hospitality industry for 22 years. I never had this happen till today. Thanks

I wish I could rate this location a ZERO. Today there was a server or bartender named Alyssa who was very rude and lied to myself and another customer I came in with and told us "We don't have happy hour," as we sat at the bar waiting while she ignored us, I asked if they had a happy hour menu which I knew they had because I had come in about a half hour prior and began an order with a HAPPY HOUR MENU. Alyssa goes on to say "We don't have happy hour, and we have your food you ordered earlier waiting and already added it to your tab." Very aggressive and rude tone, as I felt complete humiliation. Originally, I left the restaurant to obtain my driver license to order an alcohol beverage, I didn't expect to piss anyone off, the guy who originally took my order was gone when I returned, so I'm not sure what triggered the server/bartender Alissa. I'm not sure yelling into customers faces is proper. Trash service, trash attitude, non welcoming, and scaring paying customers away.

Server was very unpleasant and unprofessional. Not once she came to ask if we needed anything. My family and I have never had such a rude server. Paid cash because the new payment with credit card is so unconvenient a total hassle to redeem your rewards. The server went on to give me my change short left it on the table and keeped walking without saying a single word. I complained with the manager who had same whatever attitude. She went on to say "ah ok thank you have a good one". For working in the customer service industry this is a shame to have employees act with such unprofessionalism and disregard for paying customers.

the employees were kinda rude, and they were slow. they gave us the wrong sauce for our chicken tenders. i also asked for a diet pepsi, they gave me a regular pepsi. they also tried to charge us for appetizers when i had a spend $30 to get free appetizers promo deal on the app, and we did in fact spend $30. over all, this is a bad location

For sure won’t be coming here for a football game again! Took over an hour for our food after asking and being told it was being made several times for it to come out incorrectly and never be fixed. 😐 maybe EG is better

Waited 20 min for a drink. Server never stoped and asked if we needed something. She came by and noticed she didn't brought it and i was already done with the food. Took her way longer to bring the tab. Even tho she was standing right in front of us...

Refused to provide a booth even though 10 were open and only had bar seating available. Seriously wasn’t that busy. If efficiency means more to the restaurant than a paying customer, this location should not exist. Not helpful at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would I am never going back to this location. I walked in with my kids and they refused my service with no explanation.

Wish I could give negative stars. Wings came out cold, dry, burnt, with barely any sauce. Was told appetizers were half off for happy hour and even clarified if my appetizer would be half off with the waitress and she confirmed that it was. Bill came and they charged us full price. Manager did not care and made us pay full price. Another error was my husband did not get the beer he ordered. He ordered a hazy beer and came out a dark beer. My soda wasn’t refilled not once. I have never been more angry with a management team in my life. This location should be shut down if that’s what they are passing as service. I tried to claim my points for my blazing reward account and it says that it’s not valid. Management didn’t even want to help with that either. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Will never be back and you shouldn’t go either. There’s a reason they were empty. Warning to anyone thinking about going to this location. DO NOT GO. Find a different location. Management should be fired!!

I ordered boneless wings for takeout and when i got home they looked burnt and they were super salty they looked like they had been reheated several times. I ordered them extra wet too and they were extra dry! My fault for not checking them before leaving.

Came in for one bottle of sauce (they didn’t have my flavor) so I opted for two side sauces. It’s 60c each (which is FINE) but a 99c takeout charge for sauce seems a bit excessive?

Ordered online. I didn’t receive my order and I was told it “wasn’t our problem” after confirming it was still at the store and the driver said it was delivered. The store couldn’t help, driver didn’t answer any form of contact and it was blamed online the online system. $100+ order not delivered or refunded. Never heard back from the company when I sent a email asking for assistance. Follow up- I previously reached out before posting this, have a case number and no reply still

We sat there waiting for about 10 minutes not even 1 host or person came to greet let alone sit us. Came next door to Chili's got greeted right away.

We waited about 7 minutes for someone to greet us and put us on a 20 to 30 min wait list. I actually had to go in by the kitchen and ask if there was a hostess. The place was not full and the food took even longer. The only reason we came out here was because I had a birthday gift card, drove about 30 min to this Arden location. So disappointed.

The food was good. This was the 2nd time in weeks we have been here and both times the service was bad.But this time the service was just awful. We ordered our drinks and wings. Only one drink was brought once our food was dropped. I asked about the drink and the servers response was oh yeah I thought I was forgetting something. But then took almost 10 more minutes to bring the drink. At that point I tried to find another server but there was none on the floor at all. We had all you can eat wings and took almost 20 minutes per reorder. We probably won't go back to this location.

Terrible service. I went in on 9/13 asking to be seated at the bar and was told no. It was a ghost town. They finally sat us and I told the host I had my order ready but I did not see a waiter the 20+ minutes until I walked out.

20 wings for 20$ isn’t real here. They only gave me 14 wings with wrong sauce. The wings aren’t even cooked a bit. And They putted one ranch cup. Disgusting location!!

First time I walked out of a place AND I DO LOTS OF FOOD REVIEWS ACROSS CALIFORNIA It wasn't busy I came in at 8:15 on July 10th 2025 There was no workers in sight and I finally got seated after some time only me in line by the way Then about 20 minutes went by and bartender saw me looking around and other workers kept a distance looking at me but not offering a drink or anything I felt UNWANTED LIKE A GET OUT FEELING they just didn't want to serve me so I walked out went to CHILI'S NEXT DOOR AND HAD MY FOOD AND DRINK IN UNDER 20 MINUTES THIS BUFFALO WILD WINGS ON ARDEN NEEDS TO BE CLOSED ITS LIKE THE WORST FIRST IMPRESSION I EVER HAD AT A RESTAURANT THEY ALL SEEM LIKE ITS A BURDEN TO WORK OR SOMETHING NO HAPPY ATTITUDE AT ALL IM GLAS I DIDN'T EAT HERE AND NEVER WILL OR RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Not sure why the hostess was unpleasant. Her attitude and staring made me uncomfortable. A-lot of standing around or texting on their phone- which is fine if your customers are taken care of. Ordered a drink that never came. Fries came out after our other food was almost gone. Really disappointed with the service and friendliness. . Food was good.

Literally the worst experience at a sports bar I've ever had. It took 35 minutes to get a glass of water, and the place wasn't even that busy. It didn't improve while we stayed either. Placed multiple orders of wings, the server forgot to actually put them in the system. Beer glasses stayed emmpty, flagged other servers down because ours was useless, and they were just as helpful. Everyone's attitude there has a "it's not my job" kind of outlook. Very poorly run, manager was walking around the entire time. Pathetic. This place deserves to close.
