Pizza was nice not too thin. Cinnamon rolls were cooked all the way. Brownies were yummy too. service was good they were friendly.

Pizza was obviously good. That's why you come for the Pizza. However, it was kind of hard to find a table as there was a lot of unclean tables at least at this location. Workers were friendly environment was definitely crowded. But at this location, it's right next to the stadium. So it's definitely gonna be crowded. Most of the time, my real only complaint was that it was a bit messy. But food wise it was good.

Everyone was really nice and the food was literally so delicious, but there was hair in my food like in every single piece of pizza all the pasta like there was just hair everywhere and it gave me food poisoning. I don’t know it might be worth it though for how good the pizza was.

This is your typical cicis setup. The salad bar was clean and full. The pizzas were coming out fresh and hot and the service was very friendly and attentive. My nephew couldn't stop eating the fresh cinnamon rolls so I had to tell him save some for everyone else lol.

It seems like a fun family place to go to it even had a game center for kids. But as an adult with no kids I think I'll just stick to my regular delivery... the bathroom are also not the best... the price was good $26 for the buffet for 2 adults the food was ok not great even fresh pizza got cold and hard fast their salad bar was fair more peppers than veggies but still good. We went to try the macaroni pizza and it was dry and flavorless. But I did later discover that you can request anything on the menu and they bring it right to you. You can order wings or a pizza that's not on the buffet line just ask someone and they will order it for you for no additional cost and bring it to your table... the drinks were also flat, I went through 3 different drinks before I found one that wasn't flat. The cinnamon rolls were good and stayed warm. They also had a soup section I tried the chicken noodle soup it was good didnt need any seasoning... everything else did.

As soon as you walk in there is a weird dirty water smell. All the food had an off taste to it. And the music? It's all cover music.... 2/10 for the price (27 for 2 ppl) will be avoiding this location in the future...

I have a new appreciation for my local CiCis in Plano, Tx and Coppell, Tx. This is the first one I have ever been to where I could see burned pizza on the line and reheated desserts. My personal feeling is that the manager or owner have allowed the quality of their product to drop and they are banking on the traffic that would be brought in by its location next to the AT&T stadium. I can understand quality dipping when it’s busy, supply and demand, but it was not even 30% capacity when we arrived. All to say, I’m very disappointed with this location.

Professor at my college ordered us pizza 🍕 but upon arriving to the store with the confirmation number and time in hand. The employee instructed her they did not have her order ready for the time and would not accomidate their mistake. This was our last class for the semester and we're all looking forward to celebrating the end of the semester with pizza bought from our professor but that did not happen. Our professor is super nice and was rudely spoken to when she brought up the issue and told that they were not going to fix her problem despite her showing them the confirmation time

Got a $2.99 buffet deal email coupon. Redeemed it to my account, showed up to have it scanned. They scanned it but the manager walked up and voided it. When i asked why i was paying full price, she said that "i had to scan through the app". When i clearly showed her im on the app, her excuse changed to "cicis is removing the coupon from people, she doesnt know why". Do yourself a favor and eat at the pizzahut down the road. Their staff are not liars and at least.

Little Caesar the employees don't wear gloves they are handling your food with their bare hands as far as I know of they could have went to the restroom and came out and didn't even wash their hands and when I said something to one of the managers he was like I don't trust no one the part that got me they was working with their bare hands handling the food I would never know recommend anyone to go there

Horrible. Would never go to this location again. Dry, overcooked and stale pizza as well as desserts. When I asked for fresh cinnamon rolls I was served reheated old rolls that were cold inside. Go spend your money elsewhere.
