This isn't my regular location to visit but it's the one I visit for lunch during the work week. The lobby is always clean and quiet, the workers are always cheerful and fast. I love Freebirds burritos and burrito bowls whether it's lunch or dinner it's always good and filling.

Really damn good burritos. It seems there is always an issue with redeeming rewards from their mobile app at this place. They always figure it out but this should be fixed. Great atmosphere and they have Cherry Coke!! Many choices of meats and toppings for your burrito or bowl. I've been coming here since they first opened and ill keep going. One of the best places in The Highlands for a quick bite!!

I came in at a time it was empty so I had plenty of room and seats. Freebirds is a unique take on burrito artistry. You can have a burrito, street style tacos and a few other options. I usually go in for the burrito. They have different sizes and from what I see it's basically how much they will put in the burrito. They have your chips and guacamole and queso too. I do get the loaded queso where they will add meat to it. Definitely a good spot to eat. Price is a little up there but I like it

Came in late at night with my sister, right as they were about to close, and the service was top-notch. We asked if it was okay to still order, and the girl behind the counter smiled and said, “Yeah, not a problem—I still have food out.” She was super kind and welcoming. My sister got the steak burrito bowl, and I got the all-white meat chicken bowl—both were fresh and flavorful, just like we remembered. We also asked for guac, but there wasn’t much left. She offered to slice up an avocado for us, which was incredibly thoughtful. We told her it wasn’t a problem and to just use what was left—she made it work and even packed a little extra in a to-go container, free of charge. To top it all off, she gave us a free brownie—so good! Honestly, can't complain about anything. The bowls were as good as always, and the service made the experience even better. We’ve been going to Freebirds since we were kids in California, and it’s still a favorite.

I wish All of the ingredients are available all the time. Today no house sauce, no lime or Spanish rice, no small lids, no halfbird trays and no jalapenos sausages. Thanks for the substantial options. See you soon

The burritos are very good. Once I discovered that you can get a burrito without the tortilla wrap, aka burrito bowl, been ordering this for sometime. The nachos can be loaded up like the burrito. If your not to hungry, the nacho is enough for 2 .

Uncommon Scentzzz

It is regrettable that my recent experience at Freebirds was unsatisfactory. The food quality was disappointing, and the manager's response to my inquiries was discourteous. In contrast, Chipotle restaurants consistently provide excellent customer service and generous portion sizes. It would be beneficial for Chipotle to adopt Freebirds' larger scoopers to enhance customer satisfaction.

02/20/2026 at around 730 pm I waited first in line for about 14 mins just to order 2 fountain drinks. The worker was just making online orders the whole time. I got her attention and she processed my drink order. ( No shade to the workers)

Accountability thru Oversight

We haven't been back to FREEBIRDS in a very long time for whatever reason, and tonight was a reminder why. Pure trash, and the CSR/ASST. MGR Leah needs some serious customer service training. Online - TO GO Order: They didn't give us any of the sauces, or the silverware we requested, and the paper bag the food was in was so wet that when we got out of the car at home both burritos were so poorly wrapped that they hit the pavement, and we had to throw them away. When trying to resolve the issue over the phone I was placed on an endless hold by ASST MGR, Leah... So, I hung up, and tried calling them back, but they refused to answer in order to resolve the issue. You had an opportunity to fix an issue quickly, easily, and professionally as well as reacquiring a past customer, but you chose ignorance, and a poor review. You also make it nearly impossible to contact anyone competent, for a timely resolution. I want an immediate refund, as I wouldn't trust you to remake food for my dog... Stay away if you place any value on food quality, and service! 0 Stars if it was an option...

Just ordered doordash from here. I was supposed to get 2 chicken tacos with just chicken, cilantro, and black beans. Unfortunately 90% of the 2 tacos I ordered had mushy white rice in them and barely any chicken and beans. I ordered chicken and beans specifically. I cannot eat white rice due to medical reasons. Needless to say, I'm left hungry and disappointed due to the small portions of dry chicken, beans and the stale tortilla I was able to eat. do not order from here unless you really like mushy white rice and no other toppings.

UPDATE: The vegan chorizo is discontinued and they are almost always out of veggies and will not put fresh veggies for grilling even if it's half an hour before closing time. Time to go elsewhere like Chipotle now. OLD review: Vegan chorizo burrito is soooo delicious! You can make your own burrito or bowl here and the veggies taste fresh and delicious. The ambiance is great. You can get regular, large, or monster sizes. One monster burrito is a whole dinner and might be a lot of food for some people.

Sorry Freebirds I’m normally a big advocate, but this location is not it. Pink hat guy, I’m sorry you don’t like being there or I’m sorry you were having a bad day. Me and my family went there for lunch the 4 of us, us and maybe one other person in the restaurant on a Saturday afternoon that should have been my first red flag. I get a bowl with cauliflower rice and it’s clearly at the bottom of the barrel and he’s just scooping air, I let it slide then he did the same thing when I asked for double chicken. Sir I can see that, that tray is out of meat and that wasn’t a full scoop… I’m sorry you don’t want to prep more, with a huff and a puff we got to the end of the line. I paid for my whole family and my sister even said “why does that guy hate you” just a bad experience all around. I’m sorry if you were having a bad day, I’m sorry your location and team wasn’t prepared. But 0/5 stars the chicken was dry because it had been the last bit in the warmer for too long and the cauliflower rice was almost crisp because it was under the heat with so little in it.

SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE. This place is by far the worst place I’ve ever ordered from in Uber eats. Here is a picture of 2 “3 OZ” sides of potatoes I ordered, the potatoes were extremely stale and even came with a piece of chicken. Disgusting
