This was an awesome meal! A double double, fresh cut fries, and a real shake for $10 - you really can't go wrong. Their quality is superior to all the big burger chains for about the same money. It's too bad they aren't located in more states.

The food is quite amazing here but it's treated as if it's the worst kept secret, meaning if you go during the afternoon it is a madhouse. Both at the drive thru and inside. If you plan on coming, come in via the entrance near Lowe's. The main entrance is usually blocked by morons that stop traffic. I'm amazed Arlington police don't hang out here and pass out tickets. Otherwise the food is very nice, absolutely love the protein style burgers. (Which removes the bun and replaces it with lettuce) The employees are very nice and service is great. Do temper expectations with time as it is very busy almost all the time.

The line was pretty long and it didn't go by as fast as it usually does. Once we got the food it was good as always. The fries are always hit or miss, and this time it was a miss, but the burger more than makes up for it.

Must visit one of these In n Out while outside of California; this one is located in the heart of Texas! The building, inside and outside deco and setup are exactly the same as those in CA and yes very clean, both the kitchen and the dining areas. Combo 2, burgers and fries tasted exactly the same. However, the milkshakes was a bit more sweet; the prices were for sure lower than CA. Not as crowded, perhaps, it's too "healthy" for Texans' tastes, that favoring the bold, in-your-face type of hamburgers.

I absolutely LOVE the food here. My fries weren't hot on this trip, but everything else was excellent. This is the first time this has happened. I AM NOT DETERRED! In-N-Out is our date night favorite as we continue to celebrate 47 years of marriage next month.

I hate to give anything out of California props as it goes against every grain of my Texas soul, but I have to be honest, the burgers here are great, the staff is fast and courteous, and the restaurant is always clean.

I stopped by this location for the first time in a while, and it turned out to be a great visit, the food was delicious.

Good in-n-out. Food quality good, as always. Service good, as always. Their items were stocked and even had coloring books with a crayon for kids. By the way, you can customize your fries to make it crispy (well done) or not crispy (light). Making the fries well done helped the taste a bit.

Cheeseburger and animal fries SUPER DELICIOUS!!!! Bread toasted to perfection, cheese melted just right, crisp lettuce, perfect tomatoes and extra secret sauce. Fries hot with a slight bit of salt, cheese and secret sauce. I will definitely be back again and I will try the strawberry milkshake that everyone's talking about. #In-N-OutBurger🍔🍟🥤

Best fast food burger I've had anywhere. Double double animal style! They need to figure it out with their fries and this place will have lines two miles long instead of one.

The food was fresh and tasty. Prices were fair. It was super busy so it was hard to find a place to sit. No complaints.

The last time I had In-N-Out I was in LA. Boy was I happy to find this one in my travels. They were just as busy as an In-N-Out in LA and just as accurate and delicious. The quality of the food was good. You can't beat what you get for the price, it comparable to McDonald's or less in some cases. Don't forget the not so secret menu and order your burger and fries animal style.

OUTSTANDING! Where do I start, the restaurant was extra clean, the staff that took our order was very friendly and helpful. There was an employee dedicated to running food to the tables, she was constantly cleaning tables and the floor. I also do not know another fast food restaurant that their employees wash their hands as often AND if they drop food, pick it up, throw it away and not just ignore it. We order the double double Animal Style ( this has grilled onions, their special sauce and they grill the bun ). If you don't want the bun, tell them to make your burger protein style, they wrap the burger in lettuce. One last item to get is your French Fries Animal Style! These are French fries with melted cheese, grilled onions and their special sauce. Sure wish they would move the chain on the east coast but if you see an In and Out Burger...STOP!

Ive been going to this location consistently for 3 years its less than 1 block from my bussiness.Its always fresh&hot I also love the fact that I can customize my burger .Its never wrong always delicious. But the most satisfying part of my quick and cost effective meals here is the customer service.Every day, Every time the staff is 1st class efficient and genuine. I need to express this bc I visit very often but this past Monday I arrived 15 min early before the open.I pulled up to order I was ready to wait till 10 :30 but they took my order and I was enjoying my Tasty breakfast at 10:27 am .I apperciated that so much I work 10+ hours a day running my bussiness. With little time to eat before an appointment, In-N-Out Burger was the best option. The drive thru service was fast and friendly. Choosing the eat in my car option was perfect. Does anyone else use the spread on their fresh french fries? Their food is always fresh and very flavorful. Although filling, the single hamburger is very thin and more like a child’s burger. There is a double double option.. double meat & double cheese. In-N-Out burger is a good family restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining, ample parking, wonderful service and a great location. It’s just off the I-20 West Service road with easy access off and on the freeway.

I can't ever go back to Wendy's for burgers again. In n Out buns are beautiful, the vegetables are fresh and the beef is tasty. Make sure you specify you want onions in your burger, their default is without. There's usually a long queue situation at night cos of how popular they are.

I was good food fairly quick service. One of our favorite things from In-N-Out Burger is there excellent fries. I really love the fact that they have kept with a more classic theme and they really stand out amongst the burger joints in town …. Especially the fast food ones. We went this past Saturday and there was a long line that we ended up waiting about 15 or 20 minutes to get our order but to be honest with the amount of cars I was impressed with how fast their turnaround was Something that was notable from this visit as well was for the first time we learned that our kids burgers could be cut into or enforce as it makes it easier for them to eat it in the car less mess

In-N-Out is always spotless,staff is always cordial and professional, food is always hot and fresh. The only drawback is, you gotta learn how to order your burger to get the ingredients and taste you seek. Prices are pretty good too. It's not often that I pass by an In-N-Out without stopping for a burger.

In-N-Out Burger is on of the only two placea I will have burgers at. The food is great and I have not had a bad experience with customer service. Parking and drive through can sometimes be an issue, but the packed parking lot shows how good the burgers are. I definitely recommend In-N-Out burgers by the Parks Mall.

We got this to go on our way out of town. What a great first time experience!! The young lady that took our order was very helpful and explained everything to us being our first time being to an in n out. I’m not a huge fan of fast food burgers but this one was actually really decent! I did appreciate that they used lettuce and onion and the fries were perfect! Since it was for the road they came in this carry out type cardboard tray and the burgers were wrapped half way so you could just easily hold them to eat while in the car. We would definitely go again! Thanks for the lovely great first experience!

I have had truly out of the ordinary burgers at the most random places. I went and got me another burger to see what I missed on the first one. And still, no difference. It was a good burger but only that. The fries did not impress me at all. Regular old fries. * We loved the atmosphere. Very retro. The merchandise was cool too. A small observation: keep an eye in your restrooms. They were a bit smelly when I went in. Thanks for the experience!!

Their chocolate shake is pretty nice too although, I wish that there was a miniature size because even the small is a little much for me sugar wise; I can't order it in their smallest cup because I don't think they have lids for that size. They also keep the indoor dining area pretty cool, like at least 71ﾟF, so if you are a cold blooded person you be aware of this. Other than that, I have no complaints. The staff has always been friendly to me and I am always grateful for their services. I have never seen the restroom in disrepair, their outdoor seating is nice, and everything is accessible. They are open 30 minutes earlier than other joints and they close late too, it's quite convenient and I appreciate the hours that they are open.

Overall the food was good. I was a little disappointed the burger was slightly burnt. It’s up there with burgers I’ve had but it’s not the top. The fries were good and not too salty. Most likely I’ll be back.

Line was long but they managed it very well! We ordered a number one and then one cheeseburger and a strawberry milkshake. I am very pleased with the milk shake bc it doesn't taste like just straight syrup like some other places. Fries are soggy but the burgers are still great tasting!

Finally got to taste this legendary place and didn't disappoint. Low prices - 5 of us ate and the total cost was less than $20. The beauty of the burger is in its simplicity. No fancy toppings, just a straight-forward burger brought together by the wonderful sauce. Fries were a bit on the salty side, but overall not bad. The interior was also very clean and staff friendly.

🍔 🍟 🥤 I checked out the In-N-Out burger restaurant in Arlington, TX before going to the movie theater because I wanted to eat before watching my movie. So, I was glad that I got my food in time to eat before the movie started. However, the food did take a little longer than I expected. I think because they prioritize the drive-through customers so I was waiting to get my food a lot longer than I expected inside the restaurant. Unfortunately, I had to kind of rush and eat because I knew I wouldn’t be able to take the food inside of the movie theater with me. I had a regular cheeseburger, fries, and a soft drink. I also got the thousand island dressing for my french fries as usual. The food was decent overall. Just nothing to really write home about. I hadn’t had In-N-Out in a while because I have not lived close to any in a while and I missed it because I was used to them from back home. Visited In-N-Out in Arlington and had a really good experience overall. The burgers were fresh, simple, and flavorful you can tell they’re made to order. Fries were hot and crispy, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality. Service was quick and staff were friendly even during a busy time. The place gets crowded, especially the drive thru, so expect a short wait during peak hours. Seating area was clean and casual. If you like classic American style burgers without too many gimmicks, this is a solid spot in Arlington. Would definitely come back for a quick, satisfying meal.

Ok so my fiance knows I love to eat a few weeks ago she took me to the location in Arlington by the mall everything was perfect except it's always busy lol. But the food is worth the wait. However yesterday was a little surprising. We go in to order and there was a little bit of a line but it was no worries at that point. There was two cashier's a short Caucasian female and a tall Caucasian male. The line is moving pretty fast. There was just one customer in front of me which was a Asian family. The female was helping a customer, but the male had nobody in front of him, instead of the worker getting the guest attention or saying hi how can I help you. He just stands there with the weird smerk on his face.

8/16/23 8:05pm. Came here to try In N Out for the first time. Worst fries I've ever had in my 58yrs. 🥺 I only ate about 10 french fries and threw 85% of my serving away. They reallhad no taste and tasted mealy, like flour or paper mulch and fake. I'm sitting here watching them cut potatoes for French fries right now so I know they are fresh but my mom to this day, cuts her french fries fresh every time when we have grilled burgers and fries at her house. Has to be the oil or maybe really old poratoes which I doubt? The cheese burger and chocolate shake were both good. Nothing to get excited about but I would have them again if I come again. I try not to write negative reviews, buuuut... I'm writing this review WHILE IN LINE in the drive-thru here. Not only is it a LONG line. It's a SLOOOOOW line. This is the 7th or 8th time I've tried this location (we keep trying to give them another chance) on different days of the week and at different times. But we've only made it through the line once because of how excessively long the wait is. This wait is going on 30+ mins and we've maybe moved 3 or 4 car lengths in that time. We're not even close to the speaker to order yet... No complaints about the food - the food is always great. Google their secret menu if you arent already aware. But this location is NOT WORTH THE WAIT. Every time I've been in line, multiple people from the drive-thru line end up parking to go inside instead, in hopes that dine in or take out will be faster. (I've tried that too... nope, NOT faster...) I know they make it fresh, but folks are just ordering a burger and fries off a basic menu, right? (again, don't get me wrong, it's a GREAT burger and fries...) I could've driven to the Mansfield location and already had my food by now. They seem to be 10x faster there. Do they need more staff? Do they need a bigger kitchen? Better training? Is it somehow because proximity to Parks Mall? How could they have faster performance? The staff deserves their dues - they've always been cheerful and helpful, and it's obvious they're working hard and trying to go as fast as they can (I've never seen any of the staff loafing at all). They've been consistently hardworking, friendly, helpful, and attentive. So what's the issue? I don't know, but I wish/hope that management or ownership could figure it out. What I DO know is that this is the ONLY In-N-Out that I've been to with this problem... I wasn't even hungry when I got into line (was tryna order for the hungry kiddos...) but we've waited so long, now I am. And the kids just asked pitifully "Have we been in this line for more than an hour?!" Sorry to say that whatever's coming In-N-Out of here is not coming in or out fast. Save yourself the trouble, and time, and drive a few miles down the road to the Mansfield location. You'll easily save 30-45 minutes, maybe more. This lengthy review was written while waiting in the drive-thru line...

Went in place my order it literally took them 30 minutes to make two burgers and one fry and then I'm looking at my burger like where is the meat on this damn thing 😬😳😒 not a good experience in and out used to be better than this ... What happened people

Okay look this isn’t my first time at an in and out and it is definitely my last. I gave it another chance because everyone keeps saying it’s the best burger since sliced bread. But honestly people that come here for good food are just coming here because they hate themselves. The burger is okay or mid at best and fries are terrible as always. Just cause you have fresh produce does not mean you are handing out fresh product. This the ninth and last time I eat here willingly. The service was nice but I had a watered down lemonade, disgusting fries that neither salt or pepper can fix and just a simple okay burger with no flavor and a hard burnt bun. The atmosphere of the restaurant was overcrowded and that’s not a bad thing I just don’t understand or see the hype in the restaurant it wasn’t the worst burger I ever had with the doublex2 I had but just overall I left still hungry wanting more food. Just not this food. It was underwhelming and bland overall as far as burgers and food in general goes but I’ll say for the price you can’t beat but well you kind of pay for what you get. I’ll probably never go back to or eat at an in-n-out again but yea just a huge burger lover facing disappointment again from this franchise thank you guys for the hard work though

This establishment has been the most disappointing and unpleasant dining experience I have ever had. Despite its high price, the food quality was extremely poor. The fries were excessively hard and lacked flavor, while the burger was extremely dry and lacked texture. The drinks were also excessively watery. The overall environment was also quite unpleasant. The customer service was poor, and the quality of the food was unacceptable. I would not recommend this establishment and would not hesitate to request a refund immediately.

The guy worker here should be fired. Telling me to back up my car for no reason. Then he dumb enough to let the idiot from the opposite site cut in line end up fender bender another vehicle. Also place here is a clutter. Drive thru for 30 min waiting? Corporate need to see this and retrain them..
