If you are in the area craving Turkish food this is place! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell they take pride in their service and cuisine. We’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Yayla Bistro is a hidden gem in Arlington. The food was authentic and delicious, especially the grilled meats and appetizers. Served and Sibel provided outstanding service — very professional, kind, and always checking in without being intrusive. Their hospitality really elevated the whole experience. We’ll definitely be coming back again.

First time at Yayla Bistro and it won’t be the last. The food was excellent and full of authentic Mediterranean flavors. Kadir was fantastic , very attentive, polite, and knowledgeable about the menu. He gave great recommendations and made sure we were taken care of the entire time. Overall, a wonderful dining experience.

I hosted a luncheon for 40 women at Yayla’s based solely on reviews and recommendations. Ahmet worked with me on the menu, answered every request with a “yes”, and fulfilled my ideas beyond my expectations ( and I can be fussy). The food was amazing, the atmosphere perfect, and the service was exceptional. I’d give it higher than 5 stars if I could.

The kebabs were juicy, confidently grilled, and seasoned just right. The mezze was fresh and balanced—the kind that quietly steals the spotlight. Portions were generous (yes, leftovers were packed), prices were fair, and the overall vibe felt relaxed and grounded. Our server was Kurdish and very reserved—calm, quiet, and professional—which actually fit the atmosphere well. Service was attentive without hovering or forced small talk. Before heading out, we ended with Turkish coffee—strong, rich, and exactly what we needed to stay alert and in a dancing mood for the night ahead ☕🎶. A classic DMV moment: we spotted a Mr. Bean / Rowan Atkinson look-alike, realized too late that we forgot to get a photo, and immediately regretted it.💎 Dinner wrapped, leftovers secured, caffeine activated, and we headed straight to Godfrey’s for jazz by the fireplace 🎷🔥—confirming Yayla Bistro as the ideal pre-jazz, pre-night-out stop. Bottom line: great food, easy vibes, and just enough Turkish coffee to carry you smoothly into the evening. I’ll be back—camera ready. 🇹🇷✨

My second time ordering takeout here and it won’t be my last. The kofta smelled incredible and was absolutely delicious. I paired it with the bulgur pilaf, which was flavorful and satisfying. Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for Turkish food!

The vibe is cozy, making it a nice spot to chill out. The food is seriously tasty, easily earning 5 stars. From the juicy kebabs to the sweet treats, each bite screams authentic Turkish flavors. However, the service was a bit of a letdown. Friendly staff, but we waited ages for our food, and two of our dishes were seriously late, while others were already finished. Also, the prices are a bit steep for what you get – small portions for the price. Overall, if you're up for a Turkish food adventure, this place is worth a visit!

The Yayla Bistro has a cozy atmosphere, but we were quite disappointed with the main dishes. The Adana kebabs were extremely dry and nearly impossible to eat. On the bright side, the calamari was well-cooked and tasty. Unfortunately, the overall experience didn’t meet our expectations, and we wouldn’t return for the main courses.
