We dined at the BJ’s location in Vienna last night for dinner. We had such a wonderful experience. Our server Markia was great and very knowledgeable. She helped us make decisions on what we wanted to eat. The food was spectacular. I recommend trying the Prime Rib. It was the best I’ve ever had. The manager, Susan stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t say enough great things about this place. We will be back soon. Great food with great service. It just can’t be beat.

First time visit this location, it was easy to find, but the parking was confusing since there are multiple buildings nearby , therefore for first comer can get confused as for where to park for BJ. Service was decent , we came in between meals time, the restaurant was fairly empty, our waiter was very attentive and try to crack some jokes with us as well. Food quality, and pricing is consistent with other locations . From the deep dish pizza to kids meal, to ribs , spaghetti , chicken tenders , chicken wings and cocktails everything was delicious. I’ve been to this exact location many times before. It always is a bit empty so you get excellent service from your waiter. I always order the same thing, either the ribeye or the sirloin & shrimp scampi. I’ve transitioned from the scampi steak meal to the ribeye because it has more protein (18 oz) . They have not let me down once. The steak is always seared to perfection and brought just as I ask. I usually order medium & they do it right every time. The sides are always perfect as well, I wouldn’t recommend getting the asparagus as they put them in the oven until they are desolated of all nutrients. But, the fries, the garlic mashed potatoes, the clam chowder, the salad that comes with balsamic, all great choices. The server Chioamma (I know I misspelled that) was very nice and attentive. She made sure that we had all of the things we needed and was very personable making the dining experience a memorable one. I’d highly recommend asking if she is in so you get the same level of service when visiting this location. Anyway, I hope all of this was helpful. Enjoy.

Four way pizookie was DELECTABLE! Service was some of the best I've seen in the area. We shared so many laughs with our amazing server Ariana. I highly reccomend!!!! 💗

This was our first time eating at BJ's. I was hesitant to try the deep dish pizza, I feel they are usually greasy, but not here! The crust was crunchy on the edges and soft throughout! The toppings were fresh, so good! Ariana was a great waitress, she answered all of our questions and gave some great suggestions! She even knew what page of the menu the items were on. Service was quick and friendly! Definitely recommend!

From the colored lights on the outside to the amazing U-shaped bar, BJs has a great atmosphere. Our waitress Kaylee was friendly, knowledgeable (answering our many questions), and quick bringing out our food. Highly recommend for a great dining experience!

Jessica was an AMAZING server! She was patient and helpful. This was my first time coming here and the variety on the menu is awesome. Sadly didn’t take any photos of my food because I was very entertained with friends but it’s was really good! I got the brewhouse sampler bites. Again, Jessica really made the experience just great for us and I appreciate her so much.

We had the BEST time at BJ’s in Tysons, and it was all thanks to the world’s greatest server — Kaylee! From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel so taken care of. Every recommendation she gave was spot-on, our drinks were always refilled before we even noticed, and she somehow balanced being incredibly efficient with being so friendly and fun. Kaylee went above and beyond the entire night — checking in at the perfect moments, remembering every detail, and making sure our table had everything we needed (and more!). You can tell she takes real pride in what she does, and it absolutely elevated our entire experience. The food was delicious, the vibes were great, but Kaylee is what made this meal unforgettable. If you’re going to BJ’s in Tysons, do yourself a favor and ask for her. She’s a superstar and deserves all the recognition! We’ll definitely be coming back — because of Kaylee!

I thoroughly enjoyed the food and service at this BJ location. The prime rib came out perfectly juicy and tender and the mocktail I had was so good that it almost seemed like I was drinking the actual cocktail. The best part of my dining experience was that I had the friendliest and most outstanding server, Jessica who went above and beyond to make sure everything was well taken care of. I will definitely come back.

Came from out of town and picked the first pizza place we found on google for a quick bite to eat. The Monday night half price pizza special brought us in, but the pizza ended up being incredible. We don’t normally order anything other than the basic supreme but since we could do half and half with the specialty options we chose to do bjs favorites and the chicken bacon ranch. Both were fantastic. The servers were also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend for great food with great prices.

This was my first time visiting a BJ’s and it did not disappoint. Our server, Ariana, was super attentive and polite. Her, as well as the manager, Erin, were such a huge help when it came to our gluten allergy. They explained everything super well and were very understanding and patient with us as we decided what to order . The food and service here were both incredible. Would highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Nachos divine, pizookies excellent, overall experience 19 out of 10. If you were to ask me where to eat I would suggest my fav place evah the one and only BJs. Catch me on a 10 hour bus drive jus to get me some BJs. Jamese is incredible, I would travel across the universe for her to be our server again.

This was my second time here and Ive received great food and service each time! Ariana was our waiter and she was very attentive, fun and overall great! Her personality made our experience there even better, their weekly specials is also SO worth it! Got the $5 for 8 boneless and it was such a good deal for what I get. I plan to keep on coming😁

The food here is so good and it comes out quick! Customer service is also very very good, Ariana is a great waitress and is very welcoming and gives great suggestions! I highly recommend Bj’s!

First visit to this restaurant, and was very impressed. Our server was Molly. She is awesome. We ordered tri tips/shrimp scampi w/cheddar mashed potatoes and asparagus-so yummy! Parmesan crusted chicken w/traditional mashed potatoes and broccoli-delicious!! 10/10

Jessica was amazing. She made us feel at home and checked up on us every couple minutes. My pizza ended up taking a little bit longer than it should’ve, but Jessica was transparent with us & reassured us that it would come out shortly and made sure that we had everything we needed. We really appreciate her hard work and amazing energy!

Wow. What a place. This BJ's location in Vienna has to be the BEST place to eat in the area. I have never felt more comfortable, happy, and grateful for the food and the people here. My friends and I came here about 2 months ago, and decided this was going to be our place. We came back again, and it was somehow better the second time!!! We had Ariana T as our server the first time, and loved her so much we had to request her again! She made everything so easy, and delightful for us. We will definitely be coming back here again. The food was perfect, warm, and delectable. Ariana, THANK YOU for the BEST experience!!

First time coming to BJs and the food and service was great. Our server was very attentive and the manager made sure to greet and check on our table. The Pizookie Trio was a greatway to end our meal. My family and I will definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the service truly stood out. Jessica was great! I’m traveling alone for work and dined at the bar. She was great about sharing the specials with me, checking on me, and even chatting with me along the way. Almost made me feel like I wasn’t dining alone. The new Mezcalrita she made me as AMAZING too!!

My server Jessica was excellent. She provided me suggestions and was so nice and courteous. The meal was perfect especially for a weekend special. I would recommend BJ's and the weekend special which includes their specialty desert at a good price.

We came here for the first time ever tonight and it was wonderful. My wife ordered jalapeño burger and I got a deep dish pizza. The food was amazing and our server, Molly, was amazing. She took very good care of us and was really friendly and funny. We ordered some pizookies to go and demolished them.

Miss pretty lady at the bar with the pink hair is so amazing!! She made me and my friends laugh the whole time we were there and always checked in on us and made sure we were taken care of. After a long, busy day at work, she was truly a breath of fresh air. Her energy, humor, and kindness instantly lifted my mood and turned our night into such a fun, uplifting experience.

Hello my Foodies! I went on a quick trip to Virginia, and as usual, I went on the hunt for good food. So the server was good and friendly. The atmosphere was fun overall. The food would have been better if it hadn't been served cold. Hence, the 3 stars on the food. The burger tasted good, but it wasn't hot or warm. Cold fries are not my favorite. The dessert was pretty good, but because they make it in like a tin pan, it had a metallic taste, so wasn't a fan of that part. Their Arnold Palmer was the best one I've ever had at a restaurant tho. They made it perfect. The personal size pizza was also delicious. Best part of the meal. Anyways, it was an ok place, but perhaps they can work on serving the food while it's still hot.

The deep dish pizza is very bread-heavy. I was expecting a crispier texture as well. The pizookie is delicious, of course but the cookies and cream had minimal of that flavor - still great though.

Our waitress Aida was great, very tentative and helpful... The food was as expected (we haven't been to a BJ in a long time) glad that the food quality hasn't changed even though some menu items looked new and updated. We had fish tacos, a Brewhouse bowl, flatbread pizza and the poke appetizer. Everything tasted good and the portions were big. Wish we could take the lucky ducky tub with us but they were out.

Ordered the rib eye and seared ahi salad for entrees, both were good. The snickers pizookie on the other hand was somewhat underwhelming, the cookie part tasted overcooked/slightly burnt and thus dampened my overall enjoyment of the dessert. The strawberry dream non-alcoholic drink I ordered as a beverage was a standout and the best thing I had that evening.

TLDR: Don't go if your in a hurry and have limited time! The restaurant was very nice, and not very busy when we arrived. The server was friendly, but didn't seem to have a sense of urgency, despite the fact that we told him we were on a tight schedule. We ordered drinks and the wine came out right away, but the beer took almost 20 minutes to arrive. When the food came out, my wife's meal was completely wrong and had to be remade. It was so far off that we wondered if they gave her someone else's order. Once corrected, the food was okay, but nothing special. The manager did take her meal off the bill but that didn't make up for the lost time, and we arrived at our show late. Will we go back? Sure, if we hadn't been on tight schedule, it seemed like a nice place for a reasonable meal. If the next experience is better, I'll update this review.

I have been a loyal customer for many years. This place is a hidden gem. Food is always excellent and the beer is amazing! I usually sit at the bar. The staff is extremely friendly. Shout out to Jessica. She makes the experience even better!

I went in for Veterans Day, all they had was some free dessert for Veterans so that was fine I guess. Orders beer and the smashburger. I was maybe the second or third person in at opening. Everything went well until I got my order with the smash burger which had little patties on a huge piece of bread. The patties were smaller than the size of my credit card. Pretty terrible. I didn't even take a bite. The bartender was very apologetic but the manager couldn't even find a time to come speak to me about it or to make it right other than to take it off my bill so I paid for my beer and left. Never going back there.

The service was great, the beer is always amazing, the Pazooki was delicious. The food was terrible, absolutely terrible. My mother ordered the boneless wings, and they came out so fried that it tasted like it was just burnt breading, it was very hard, inedible My hamburger was terrible, but I was hungry, so I ate it. I did complain about the food, but did not ask for a refund. I just wanted them to know. It wasn’t the first time I’ve been to this restaurant, but it has been a long time. They did not charge me for the boneless chicken. The manager, Oscar, never came out to say hi or apologize. Poor management. They are off my list.

UnFortunately the food is low quality beautiful design restaurant very nice service from the bartender from Leesburg Virginia and location great however the burger which I ordered was too salty and the boom was too sweet and did not headed tomatoes and like a flat lettuce classic design and also you know what's safe with some broccoli which was good but and then after I go to dessert was terrible the disciples 100% too sweet you will not taste the ice cream or chocolate you or your mouth your palette was just over the sugar

Worst experience at this restaurant. The staff at this location was unprofessional and discriminatory. Brown customers do not seem to receive the same level of service here. We were instructed to pay using the QR code on the table, which we did. As we were leaving after paying, we were stopped and asked to wait while they “confirmed” whether the bill had been paid. That moment was deeply uncomfortable and embarrassing. I regret matching the tip to our total bill. I usually tip generously, but this experience left me feeling singled out and treated with unnecessary suspicion, as if we were assumed to be leaving without paying. Never going back to this place 🤬
