Waited 40 mins in line, drive thru kid kept laughing with his friends in the background while taking our order. We get home and the chicken nuggets (5 only) are smaller than a .25coin

They need to retrain their employees on the difference between original and crispy chicken. I do not like their crispy chicken at all. Never fails, they will be out of original and just substitute with crispy. If I had wanted crispy I would've ordered it. They should inform the customer so they might get something different. But not like you can return it, they never give a receipt. Then if you do take it back they are rude about it. So guess I will just go to Popeyes.

I'm happy joy person the manager or the person that served me was cold. The store doesn't participate in the app or military but if you have local spirit bulldog card your more important and you get a discount but if an person served our country you get the not so nice finger. Don't forget who really protects your home and businesses.

Went through drive through and ordered 1 bowl of famous chicken bowl, well guess what I had when I arrived home 12 miles out? A Mac an cheese bowl. I hate Mac and cheese!!! What is wrong with you people not paying attention what you are serving? No wonder people hate eating in artesia, orders are always wrong!!

Ordered the 12 piece meal, picked it up brought it home, no biscuits. My grandson and I both love the biscuits, so yes I called and went back for my biscuits. I finally get home and start serving dinner, my mashed potatoes were watery, I could pour them from the bowl onto the plate. Lucky I had flakes and I fixed them. When I went to pick up biscuits, they weren't very nice but oh well I needed biscuits, I get home and I had 4 biscuits in the box instead of six. Will be awhile before I forget tonight's order at Kfc. They have got to do better busy or not.

Not impressed whatsoever actually disappointed. Went thru the drive through, the girl answered asking if I wanted to do some meal deal today, I said not today then I continued to order. Girl then switch over to someone else taking order, but before I heard her saying that I was apparently pissing her off over the headset because she failed to turn it off when while saying that. Then the girl at the window was swearing out loud at the window as I was sitting there. I really dont except much out of fast-food employees but come up, don't be rude and nasty in front of customers. Your bare minimum is to provide decent customer service especially to those who aren't doing anything to you.

I think I was kicked out of the drive thru. I am severely hearing impaired and I went to the Taco Bell drive thru. I was having trouble hearing so I asked the person to speak up. After asking four times I pulled thru to order at the window. The person at the window was not happy with me decided to shame me. I was told, "if it's not too much trouble could I just come inside and order". I said it was too much trouble because I had my dogs with me. At no time did she attempt to speakup. But I did hear her say "you can't hear me anyway". I have never had a problem with pulling through and ordering from the window. The drive thru menus at most places of business say: "trouble hearing"? "Please order at window". The person taking my order had no right speaking to me this way. She never made an effort to communicate with me. She admonished me for being hearing impaired.

Gave my wife attitude at the drive thru and made her wait for the food. Let 10 cars passed and still gave her the wrong order and cold. Need to train employees for better customer service.

I watched them pick up chicken off the floor then use the same tongs to pull more chicken from the fryer. They then left the tongs by the fryer and while i was letting them know another employee pics up the contaminated tongs and grabs food. Then when i mention it again because the same keep getting used the girl working starts giving me attitude.
