This KFC is so busy! It's my go-to for lunch and dinner. One of the 3-piece dinners can feed me all day. Staff is very friendly and they know what they're doing. Regardless of how long the line is they get the order right for me every single time. I do recommend KFC Taco Bell in Artesia.

Great food with great service. Team there is really nice and provide fast service. I witnessed a couple get their meal before they could fill their drink cups and have a seat, they were even shocked.

I have yet to make a visit to this KFC and leave dissatisfied with my meal. My tenders were hot and fresh my fries were fresh my whole experience was great! Andrew is by far my favorite cook!

Use the app you will get much better prices. I've been buying the $19.87 bucket for $10. They get it out really quick. Had an odd experienced yesterday, in that the chicken was probably almost double the weight of what it usually is. Usually being the previous two buckets. Same pieces just a whole lot more heft and size.

Dinning room clean and good kept. All 3 employees I saw at the kitchen area were extremely busy and focus on their job , congratulations to employees . Chicken tasted great and we received the cookies they other KFC miss you give us lately at other restaurants . Gave 4 stars due the tea I served from the machine was only water and my order had mashed potatoes instead of the corn I requested . My guess is they are staff’s short as many business . The cleanliness of the kitchen area and their hard working employees made up for the overall service where it really matters , safe and quality food . Hope they have the rest of the staff filled up soon.

Not sure what happened to KFC's chicken. It tastes the same...but the pieces of chicken are smaller...especially the drumsticks...they are small and usually broken. Other pieces have broken bones as well....SO BE VERY CAREFUL. My next observation is price...man, their chicken has gotten expensive. I now drive to Churches Chicken ( south end of Roswell ) purchase dinner + poppers and pay less including gas for the trip. Go figure. If you want to ask any questions at KFC ARTESIA...good luck finding a Manager that will respond. UPDATE: It's been a year...prices higher, service worse, attitude worse...and guess what...the chicken pieces are smaller than before. I was curious to see if the manager would snap to now that Popeyes has opened. Nope...SOSDD.

Ordered an Original 8piece meal, the chicken was fine but the pieces were very small however both mashed potatoes and gravy (only got 1/2 small container) were extremely runny, I literally POURED the mash potatoes out of the container. I will never order from here again!

The food was not cooked properly. I arrived very hungry by the time I noticed the chicken was undercooked it was too late. My son and I got food poisoning a few hours later.

I think I was kicked out of the drive thru. I am severely hearing impaired and I went to the Taco Bell drive thru. I was having trouble hearing so I asked the person to speak up. After asking four times I pulled thru to order at the window. The person at the window was not happy with me decided to shame me. I was told, "if it's not too much trouble could I just come inside and order". I said it was too much trouble because I had my dogs with me. At no time did she attempt to speakup. But I did hear her say "you can't hear me anyway". I have never had a problem with pulling through and ordering from the window. The drive thru menus at most places of business say: "trouble hearing"? "Please order at window". The person taking my order had no right speaking to me this way. She never made an effort to communicate with me. She admonished me for being hearing impaired.

Gave my wife attitude at the drive thru and made her wait for the food. Let 10 cars passed and still gave her the wrong order and cold. Need to train employees for better customer service.

They then left the tongs by the fryer and while i was letting them know another employee pics up the contaminated tongs and grabs food. Then when i mention it again because the same keep getting used the girl working starts giving me attitude.

Ordered the 12 piece meal, picked it up brought it home, no biscuits. My grandson and I both love the biscuits, so yes I called and went back for my biscuits. I finally get home and start serving dinner, my mashed potatoes were watery, I could pour them from the bowl onto the plate. Lucky I had flakes and I fixed them. When I went to pick up biscuits, they weren't very nice but oh well I needed biscuits, I get home and I had 4 biscuits in the box instead of six. I really dont except much out of fast-food employees but come up, don't be rude and nasty in front of customers. Your bare minimum is to provide decent customer service especially to those who aren't doing anything to you.

I just went to Taco bell and ordered a number 8 off the menu my cantina burrito was all veggies and Little to no meat my dr pepper was super flat no carbonation at all water and syrup. I called up there and talked to a manger. The manager on duty was rude and snarky when I told them what had happened I do not recommend this place to family and friends for a nice meal
