I've had meals from this Paradise location 3-4 times and the food is consistently good. I always get the Boneless Chicken Dum Biryani. In fact, I have a takeout order of it tonight and am impressed by the quantity of chicken and flavor in the dish! I agree with others that the service for dine-in could be better. The last time I ate in the restaurant I remember being surprised by the waiter's customer service or lack thereof. You can't find biryani like this elsewhere, so I still recommend them for the food.
We had our New Year's Day Lunch today and were pleasantly content with the service and food quality. Perfectly spiced with a burst of flavors in the mouth! All of the servers were courteous and on top of the order. Recommended
Food is good but uber eats and DoorDash have better prices
Paradise Biryani Pointe never disappoints! Their biryani is rich in flavor, the curries are perfectly spiced, and the naan is always soft and fresh. Both veg and non-veg appetizers are absolutely delicious. This is my favorite spot for veg biryani! A special shoutout to Shubh & Akanksha for their excellent management and willingness to help others. A must-visit for anyone craving authentic and flavorful Indian food!
We have tried buffet and loved the biryani, and paneer Tikka masala. Gulab jamun and the carrot halwa were awesome. Good place to dine it with kids. Great ambiance and service.
Some of the best biriyani in artesia. The brunch on Sunday is unbeatable. If you go at 1pm you will See me there I’m big and white.
Got this order an hour away: Chicken vepudu: This was so good!!! There are spices marinated into the chicken so it's so flavorful and moist. The outside breading is very thin and prob has the same spices as the chicken marinade. I got it take out so it wasnt crispy but despite that it was really really good. To me this tastes like a chicken pakodi.
This restaurant is among my preferred dining options in this area. The cuisine consistently demonstrates exceptional quality, and the staff members are highly commendable.
we had dinner yesterday, we got goat biryani (5/5), panner Tikka kabab (5/5), and paneer biryani (5/5) and chicken biryani (5/5) (takeout). All of these dishes were excellent, but they may need to improve their chicken haleem (2/5). Staff are Very good, friendly, polite and attentive !!
I always order chicken Dum Biryani from this location whenever around Artesia and it’s always the best. I will vote their biryani No 1 in whole California after trying and wasting money at so many other restaurants. Double masla extra spicy is love. Please open a restaurant in central valley please so we don’t have to travel south for biryani.
I went on a spontaneous trip to Los Angeles with my friends and realized that me and my family's favourite, famous Paradise Hyderabadi Dum Biryani place is here right in LA! I was super excited that Paradise Biryani from Hyderabad, India has franchise right in LA! I had a wonderful time, the servers were nice and the Food was delicious! I wanted to have the Qurbani ka Meetha or the Double ka Meetha desserts and unfortunately, they did not have that. At the end of it, I ordered 3 Dum Chicken Biryani to take home (Vancouver, BC) on my Carry-on to my parents. The TSA agents at LAX were fine as they let me go without a hook. "There is no Biryani like Hyderabadi Biryani!" I will be definitely coming back to LA just for Dum Biryani with my family AND they should open a franchise in Vancouver, BC, Canada!!!
This is authentic Hyderabadi biryani — not that North-Indian-style colored rice + zero flavor + boiled chicken piece that some restaurants in LA serve and still dare to call “biryani.” I honestly wish there were more places like Paradise Biryani Pointe in the LA area. If you’re eating “biryani” elsewhere in LA… sorry guys, that’s not real biryani. Try the Boneless Chicken Dum Biryani here and you’ll know the difference.
I have had better biryani back in India, but here in California, it was the best so far, Garlic butter naan was pretty good. The service was pretty good and quick.
Went to this location for lunch buffet and it was delicious! They had a good variety of food and I especially enjoyed their Tender Goat dish! Great value. Our server was also very attentive and accommodating. Will definitely return! 💯
Hands down the best Indian restaurant in LA area! We were visiting for a week and my husband had at least one meal here everyday! The mutton biryani is unbeatable! We loved the kebabs as well. Spice level is decent, however I would recommend Spicy for Kebabs for Indian taste match! Lemon soda here is perfect to go along with the food! The vibe of the place is also amazing.

We tried the Irvine Spectrum Location and the food is Amazing! We highly recommend this restaurant. 5 Stars!
The food was amazing, and the ambience was great too. I really liked the tandoori chicken, and its flavors tasted really natural. The service was great too, and our food came pretty quick.

Onion samosa, egg curry, biryani, paneer 65 and many more delicious things we tried. I absolutely loved it. Good ambience.
Awesome Food and Service. We ordered Bar-be-que and it was served sizzling hot. Butter Chicken and Biryani Portion Size is really large.

One of my favorite place used to I came after long time I don’t know biryani I had is n’t tasted like before not having proper taste level of spicy (differ) rice was hard little bit disappointed goat sukha But I wanna try nce more biryani Here I saw goat sukha in chicken appetizer find details in picture
Delicious food. Not as clean and appealing to the eye as there are boxes stacked in view of dining room and mops and brooms out in the open.
The food last time I went I think the chef was changed and my parents got disappointed. Mutton biriyani wasn't spicy as it once was a cook from south India was the best. I really hope they can retain what they once had. I plan to go visit to see if they can maintain what they had before.
We went there as a multinational colleague party. Most of us ordered special chicken biryani. It was delicious, but a couple of us ordered non-spicy however it wasn’t non spicy at all. There were no difference between the spicy one and non spicy one. So if you are a non spicy guy, I wouldn’t recommend this place. But in overall the food were delicious and different experiences.
I will start with the positives, because I see lot in there . Food .... They know what is a good food. We had our best Indian food after a long time. That visit was our first visit to this place, we loved the taste of the food here . They serve in a right quantity. They are quick . Wait time is less after you ordered the food. It was on a Saturday afternoon so I think that's the right time to decide. Staff members were kind and they did the right job . Again mentioning the place has the best briyani and other Indian food. The naan we ordered was really soft and good . Now the negative - after seeing the best food nothing else really matter but , the restaurant was bit noisy there were two televisions which was playing different Bollywood songs and kind of messing up the experience. The large windows on the sides bring more light and make the ambience not feel like a cozy restaurant. The floor was sitcky I don't know if something was drop that day and cleaning was not done right . But these are negligible . Do visit this place if you want to have a good food.
We wanted a taste of Biryani and saw good reviews of this place in yelp. So thought to give a try. Dum Biryani was very good, some ppl mentioned it as uncooked. But I didn't feel like that. The biryani was very good. The chicken Manchurian and the Naan was also good. However, Kadai chicken was not good because you can taste the masalas a lot, which is not good, it decreases the flavor. They had kingfisher beer from India. Overall, good and will definitely come back for the biryani
Finally discovered a great place for South indian style non vegetarian food in LA. Reasonable prices, great flavors and quick service. While their name might suggest that they serve only Biryani, it's not the case, they serve great non veg items. Last night we tried their Chicken 555...different from the Traditional Chicken 65. Must say it was well made and very flavorful. Enjoyed it as an appetizer. Next we had the Andhra Fish Curry and that was superb. Loved it and can't wait to have it again !!!! Also ordered the Dum Bonelss Chicken Biryani. If you are a Biryani fan won't be disappointed. It had good masala and Chicken was tender. You could see that they know what they are doing. Great job guys . Please stay so and keep up the quality and flavors. Will be back again to try more menu items.
We ordered chilli chicken, street style chicken noodles ,paradise boneless chicken dum biriyani and mango lassi. The dish we loved the most was the street noodles which was having all the flavors intact and it reminded us of the indo-Chinese street noodles we used to have in India. The chilli chicken and mango lassi was nice as well. We were a little disappointed with the dum biriyani as it was a bit dry and the flavors seemed to be dull when compared to the previous biriyani experience we had in here. That was the only setback we felt ,otherwise it was a decent meal.

This review is solely based on a delivery meal I had for lunch. I had ordered the butter chicken and garlic naan for lunch. Spent little over $30 including $4 tip for driver. The order LITERALLY only came with the curry and garlic naan. Not even a cup of rice nor regular naan. If I had not ordered the garlic naan, i would not have had any carbs for the meal. The food was good, but it’s DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE if you’re getting it delivered. If I ordered rice too, it would’ve easily cost me more than $40 minus a few bucks for delivery. For lunch, there are many better options than this place.
So I have been here like three times and all the three times my experience has been very contrasting. The food was really good at the first visit, mediocre in second and quite unworthy in the last. I got the chicken dum biryani which has a nice authentic taste but between all my visits ,the quality of rice varied. I noticed basmati rice was kinda mixed with the normal one which doesn't boast about the quality ingredients. Also tried the paneer dum biryani which was utterly disappointing. It had the same fried paneer cubes used in paneer chilli that i ordered before which made it quite dry and inedible and not really authentic. It was more of a paneer chilli fried rice if that makes any sense. Moreover we ordered a lot and the dishes kept coming in at its pace but the table was never cleared even after asking them to clear the empty dishes. It was not a delightful experience. We also got the chettinad chicken curry which merely had two pieces of chicken, the quantity doesn't justify the price. The ambiance feels nice and the place is always buzzing but I won't recommend anything else here other than the special biryani they have on weekends if you like spicy food.
Biryani & food quality was great. But, service is an issue. It took us more than 1 hour waiting to get our order.
We ordered the Veg Manchurian and the Triple Schezwan Fried Rice. The Veg Manchurian was good but the Triple Schezwan was really mid. The rice was soggy and the noodles were overcooked. The flavor wasn't there either. Came here after a while and the standard of the Indo Chinese food has fallen drastically. Disappointed.
It used to be good. I lately experienced consistency issues. My last 2 consecutive experiences were not good. I ordered goat biryani to go, however both the times there were literally 3 pieces of the meat in the biryani. Dine in experience was okay though.
Service is really good but food is not up to the mark
This is my first review ever online and I felt I must write this review. It's more of a suggestion to the management rather than a comment. Food is awesome. I have been to this location 50+ times. I even take Biryanis to go for friends and family when traveling. However, there are a few things that always bother me but really turned me off this particular time. There are two major areas where you can Invest, Improvise or manage better. 1: Restrooms are filthy!. It blow my mind to observe that despite a great investment in the restaurant, why such a crucial area is ignored. I am 100% sure, this is affecting your restaurant negatively to some extent. 2: Staff never smiles. I get it that Indian staff is needed and Indian people don't come to USA for restaurant staff jobs and being working in the restaurant industry I understand the staffing problem but this affect a consumer's experience negatively. Food : 5 star Service: 2 star Cleanliness, dining area: 2 star Cleanliness, restrooms: 1 star Hope this helps. Good Luck
3/24/2019 Went for lunch with family. Food was OK. There are couple of things which I did not like : 1. Table spacing is too close to the next. 2. People who were receiving, seating and setting up the table are having bland look( may b d guys are tired) 3. The person who took the order didn't ask how spicy we need our food. This struck us when we overheard the next table were giving the order. As this was my first experience with paradise Biryani I didn't know they served different levels of spiciness in their Biryani. The one we received were may be medium spicy and my kid wasn't able to eat it. The food was good, but overall the place had the cramped feel. I will definitely buy from here but from now on it will be 'to go' .
Ordered takeout and a Taj Mahal while I waited. Waited 20 minutes before I decided to get up and ready for the beer got beer sat down and my food was ready. Server decided to come over and try recharging me for the beer after I said I already paid she checked receipt and just walked away. They were not busy at the time just no one paid attention food was hot or miss over done paneer and lack of gravy.
I’ve tried the original Paradise Biryani in Hyderabad, India, and this restaurant is supposed to be from the same chain. I ordered the goat and lamb biryani, and it was just okay—I’ve had better elsewhere. The mango lassi was good, and the carrot dessert was decent but nothing special. Prices are reasonable, but I wish they maintained the same quality as the parent restaurant in Hyderabad.
I had dinner here with my family yesterday. We ordered Gobi Manchurian, Chicken dum biryani, and Goat biryani. Delicious biryani is the least one would expect from Paradise, but we were disappointed. Rice and meat in both the biryanis were very dry. We had to flush it down with water. When I shared the feedback with the waiter, all I got was "Sorry about today, but usually it's good". No attempt was made to compensate by offering a complementary dessert or any kinda discount.
U fortunately the service was very poor. I had stated I had a time sensitive appointment and they proceeded to bring one entree on time and another was delayed thereby making me late for my appointment. They did comp one of the dishes so that was good that the restaurant did offer this option
I've ordered chicken biryani thrice in the last 10 days since I was getting a great offer from UberEats . the first time I ordered biryani the rice was so bland it felt it like as if I eating just the plain cooked rice . The next time when I ordered again it was good as I mentioned double masala in the message to the restaurant column , btw I ordered it medium spicy it was okayish and today I ordered spicy with double masala with spicy . All I received was a flavored rice rather than a biryani rice which is very much flavorful . Not going to order it anymore if you're an Indian , specifically Hyderabadi wouldn't recommend their biryanis at all .
I have ordered paneer biryani spicy, it was not spicy also paneer was so old, this is the first time i have to discard the left over biryani. Else it’s sin to leave one grain of the biryani rice. But it was so bad i cannot even finish eating biryani. Paneer is so old and so chewy. Not worth it. Also chicken dum biryani it was not at all upto mark.
Update 9/17/23 They changed chefs. Now most of the curries lack flavor. They no longer will do boneless dark meat chicken, the breast is dry and over cooked. We don’t mind bone-in, but the sheer number of tiny bone shards make eating a dangerous sport. The bindI (okra) is also tough and stringy and overcooked. Waitstaff is obviously miserable and could care less about our experience. I can’t believe we drove an hour for this, I could have stayed in LA. Time to find a new Indian Restaurant. ____________ Best Indian cuisine we have had in 20+ years . You can really taste the freshly ground and toasted spices and fresh veggies and chilies in each of the large assortment of curries and sauces. They specialize in Hyderabad Nawali regional cuisine and also have a number of classic and unique curries not typically available in SoCal including Indo Chinese. The chicken curries are not tasteless chicken breast like most local Indian restaurants but dark meat on the bone. Mutton (goat, not lamb) is prepared many ways, but all braised super tender and flavorful. Many vegetable dishes, some quite uncommon. The Garlic Naan was charred, soft and fluffy, and glistening w a thin layer of ghee. We ordered way too much and wish we could have tried more. No corkage fees but we brought stems. #thefoodietraveler

Am not rating the food as we did not even get to that point. We came there with two of her puppies after the 4-hour drive from our vacation. The polite manager gave us a seat outside and said that someone will be there soon. The table was not cleaned, and neither did anyone come to our table to serve us for the next half an hour. I asked the service inside to come outside and take our order and they ignored me. After a while, there were two new people that moved outside and the servers clean their table. When you ask them to clean ours, he again ignored us and went inside. No water, no service, no clean table..... I surely will not be visiting this place again when there's so many in Artesia. If you're looking for service, this definitely is not the place for you.
Worst lunch buffet I had today in my 15 years of Artesia Indian food, all the non veg n veg item in the buffet are old n non quality and please skip this place. May be weekend it may be good. My bad day / time
Hi its was clod biryani. I called them but they were closed now i really would tell to the owner that biryani was looks like from freeze. One was ok i ordered 2 and want to eat at home with family. It was not gone as expected. Please owner contact me if you can Terry.
Overall experience was not good. Here they don't make Biryani fresh. They will serve two days back food. First I ate here chicken Biryani and it was not good. I thought second time would be good, but it was really not good. Same thing happened when I ate third and fourth time. Please do yourself a favor and do not eat here. Biryani is very spicy and disgusting. Even animals will not eat this food. I don't recommend anyone to eat here. Rating: 0.25 out of 5.
Sunday Buffet $28 including taxes ? For the dried food ? Not much varieties available. Just standard items for that price. Dont go. Waste of cravings if you have for south indian food.
I always like the food at Paradise and i have been to different location across US, but somehow the quality of food and service is worst at this location. Its 9.35PM on a Sunday , we just got our food and the store manager CHANDRU started putting chairs on top of tables, then he started mobbing the floor, gave us check without asking if we are good or need any other items... never saw this kind of rude behavior or service anywhere in US. Chicken quality is worst in lollypops, gobi manchurian is salty, mango lassi tasted sour, mint chutny is in a pastel green color, lol. This is not true paradise, they are just degrading the brand !!
If you order butter chicken by itself they will give you a bit of naan but if you add garlic naan they will just charge $5 extra and replace it instead of giving you both. And it's a single piece.
Guys avoid this place. All the good reviews are by friends or relatives. The buy one get one biryani on Uber eats is horrid!! Disgusting taste ever. This place used to be really authentic back in time.
I recently visited Paradise Biryani in Artesia and was left utterly disappointed. I ordered the Hyderabadi Dum Chicken and Mutton Biryani, specifically requesting a mild version. Unfortunately, there was no authentic Hyderabadi Dum taste in the biryani; it was just hot and spicy with none of the traditional flavors. The chicken was deep-fried, and the goat meat was chewy and unpleasant. To add to the disappointment, I also ordered Chicken 65, which seemed like they had used the same fried chicken across all the dishes. To top it off, the service was equally poor. At the end of the meal, the servers were practically begging for tips in cash, citing that management would otherwise take away their money. How can a franchise allow this? They should be focusing on the quality of their food and providing good service, not on employees scrambling to make a few extra dollars. I expected much better from a place that claims to serve authentic Hyderabadi cuisine. This experience was far from what I hoped for.
The biryani here lacks flavor and tastes like leftovers. The food used to be good, but recently it has gotten worse, and despite numerous negative reviews, no improvements have been made. This location is ruining the authenticity of the Paradise chain.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, and the most troubling aspect was the apparent racism. Non-Indian customers were served quickly and attentively, while we, as Indian customers, had to repeatedly ask for basic things like water, which was never even brought to our table. On top of that, the food was well below average, tasting like it was made from frozen meat. The prices are ridiculously high for the small portions they serve, and the quality has clearly downgraded from what it used to be. The restaurant also seems to have a revolving door of waitstaff, mostly inexperienced students who messed up our order three times in one visit. I waited 25 minutes for a dish that never arrived, only to be told we never ordered it. To add insult to injury, they demanded a $15 tip on a $65 bill. I’m done with this place and will never return.
Chicken 555 is a desert? Its supposed to be a spicy starter but ended up as sweet. It was so bad, evn after adding masala separately its sweet, please don’t order this Biryani is good though
The biryani was old and smelling on a weekday, they are serving old food.
Worst experience ever I had with any Indian restaurant in US. We waited 20 mins to be seated , 30 mins to place our order. All food was under cooked and stale. Green chutney for tandoori chicken was served with fermented bubbles on it. Even a kid can figure out from the smell it is spoiled but staff did not get it.Biryani was like left over burnt rice served with spoiled chicken. We spend $100 to get this worst experience with food and staff.Never go to this place.
I love their buffet especially weekend buffet they have lots of variety. I always go there since years. But the service was terrible today the lady with hijab , looks like she is new , talked with me very rudely. I don’t know if I will go back or not as the food is still good .
The food is the worst. The staff here is very rude. I wasted all my money coming here. I will not come back here.
This place is officially ruined. We’ve been coming here for nine years, and I can’t believe how disgusting the food has become. What used to be a great restaurant is now a complete nightmare. The food? Absolutely vile. It smells like raw vinegar, tastes half-cooked, and made me feel physically sick. I could barely take a few bites without feeling like I was going to vomit. ZERO for taste—completely inedible! And don’t even get me started on the service. The waitress had the worst attitude and brought out cold food that was supposed to be hot! How does that even happen? Are they serving leftovers straight from the fridge? Pathetic. The only thing that’s decent is the seating, but even then, the lighting is so bad it gave me a headache. Owner, if you care at all, fix this disaster ASAP—or just shut the place down. With food and service this bad, I don’t see this place lasting much longer. NEVER coming here again. Absolute trash. YUCK! 🤮🤮🤮
Food quality has been downgraded in paradise nowdays....we ordered chicken 65 and the chicken is very hard..can't even chew...then we asked to replace it with chili chicken..and it comes with the same chicken without salt...very very bad experience
I had buffet today. Worst food someone could ever have. No salt. No spice in anything. Everything is cold. Biryani was dry( seems like yesterday's). Tea is cold and doesn't taste good at all. Nan was burnt. Aloo tikki was still ice cold inside. Not worth 25$. Never visiting again.
I went on Wednesday and the buffet was horrible. To start with all starters were cold. There were no variety in food and biryani was just colored rice with kind of boiled chicken. I would rate the buffet as worst on OC and LA County
One of the worst food we ever had never give a chance to go here they changed there chefs nothing was same bad service waste of money. Hate it
New dish invention! Dish ordered: Gobi 65. I’ve received Half boiled Gobi 65 without salt. I just ordered to take in to-go box. And they’ve prepared this dish. I would’ve rather preferred to eat Salad without dressing!
FOUND ROACH 🪳 🪳 🪳 IN GOAT BIRYANI The Food Service Department needs to take immediate action regarding the poor behavior of the store's food service staff and manager. When I called to report the incident to the help desk, I was met with rudeness instead of a simple apology. Their response was dismissive, asking "What do you want?" in an unprofessional manner. Attached are the pictures and receipt for reference. I urge anyone considering eating there to be cautious and prioritise your health.
Ordered a curry and couple of breads from them. When we reached home and tried their food, the curry was smelling so bad that we couldn’t even eat a single bite and had to throw it away. It was clearly stale food. Restaurant opens up at 11.30 am so I started calling them at 12 and after trying for around and hour they finally picked up my call at 1.30 and all they offered was a free meal if I order something next time. Pathetic food and service. No wonder their multiple locations are closing.
One of the worst paradise franchises I’ve ever do food takeout. Everything was an issue from the get go. I got a veg biryani which i asked to make low spicy but they didn’t care and made it spicy so it was just a courtesy question they ask. Next when i started eating, i got a stone which I ignored as it could easily have happened at my home. Then my friend who got a chicken biryani got a iron wire. When we called the place, the representative named Shub was so rude and started accusing me of taking advantage when i asked for refund and replacement. He was inferring it could’ve been us who did that as it was a takeout. He was so adamant when i said I’d like to complain “ Sir we serve so many biryanis and even if you complain no action will come to us”. That iron wire could’ve been eaten by my baby which could’ve resulted in going to the ER. His unapologetic behavior is what disturbed my calm composure. Why would I spending thousands of dollars on vacation angle for a refund of $100? If anyone of you are a lawyer, please advise what can be done to restaurants like this? Im not complaining about paradise in general but this specific one. Couldn’t give negative stars
Incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at Paradise. I ordered the goat biryani double masala, and it was an absolute letdown. The rice was unnaturally dry, and instead of the promised double masala, the meat was a disaster. It felt like I was chewing on rubbery bubble gum—endless chewing with no satisfaction. To make matters worse, none of my friends could even force themselves to eat it. To add insult to injury, I heard from my friends that Paradise is supposedly under new management. If this is how they maintain their standards now, I won't be returning anytime soon. This disappointing experience cost me a whopping $125. For a meal that not only failed to meet expectations but left us with an inedible dish, the price tag was nothing short of outrageous. It's disheartening to see such a substantial investment result in a culinary letdown.
Don't ever ever go to this place. Bad taste is one thing but serving stale food is totally not acceptable. We ordered chicken 65 and chicken drumsticks in heaven both the items are horrible and stale. The chicken drumsticks so dry over fried and without the taste of masala and salt. Chicken 65 has a horrible smell, it tastes like stale chicken warmed up and served. Don’t waste a money in the stale and tasteless food. I am very disappointed from this experience. The portion is also so less compared to the price of food.
One of the oddest behavior I have ever faced. We actually ordered togo but unfortunately we decided to eat dine in. Since there is none (0) of the customer was there at restaurant, it could be fair possibility to accommodate our request! When we asked, the lady at the counter had a question mark(actually a Very big 1???)in her face and the other guy directly refused our request without a proper answer. They could be great chance to accept it but they thought rather than cleaning a table one simple word would save their time. Appreciate your food service but ultimately zero customer service.
I ordered the Chicken Dum Biryani online today, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. It looks like plain white rice mixed with some yellow rice, with just two pieces of chicken and no real flavor. When I called to share my feedback, the response I received was simply “we’re sorry,” with no effort to address the issue. I told I am 30 miles away and she said come we will replace, question if why in first place serve such pathetic food. When I politely asked for the representative’s name, she seemed offended and questioned why I wanted it. This was quite frustrating. A restaurant carrying the name “Paradise Biryani Pointe” should live up to the standard of authentic, flavorful biryani. Sadly, this experience did not meet expectations at all. Never going back and not recommending.
I would give zero stars if I could. I had an absolutely terrible experience with this establishment and their nonexistent customer service. On 12/12, I placed an order directly through their website. The transaction went through successfully, and my card was charged immediately. However, when I arrived at the restaurant to pick up my food, the doors were locked. There was a sign stating they were "closed for maintenance," yet their online ordering system was still active and taking people's money. I have called on three separate occasions to request a refund. Each time, I get the same response, they take my name and number and promise to call me back within the hour. I have yet to receive a single return call. It is clear there is no professional management in place, the place seems to be run entirely by students who have no authority or desire to resolve issues.I am now forced to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card provider just to get my money back for food I never received. To top it off, I've found that their "maintenance" was actually due to serious health code violations.Eat at your own risk. This place is unprofessional, unreliable, and potentially unsafe.
I called them multiple times before placing the order to explain that we were visiting LA from Seattle and asked for recommendations on which items were good and tasty. Based on their suggestions, we ordered four different kinds of biryani and one appetizer. Unfortunately, none of the items were edible. The taste was terrible, the food felt unhygienic, and it did not seem safe to eat. We ended up throwing everything away. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. This was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.
I visited this restaurant on Tuesday, and I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The girl at the front desk was talking very rude and had a very dismissive attitude when I asked simple questions, she refused to answer my questions, and acted like she had no interest in helping anyone. Seemed to have no knowledge about the food she was serving. When I asked about menu items, no answers and acted annoyed that I was even asking. Someone working in customer service should at least understand the basics of the menu and treat customers respectfully. Clearly has zero customer service skills. Her attitude completely ruined my vist. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, the behavior of the front desk staff made me not want to return to this restaurant.
We ordered vegetarian biryani and gobi manchurian. We got chicken mixed up with manchurian. While we got refunded by Doordash, this seems to be a common issue at Paradise centers across. We are from Bay Area and had mixup in the past. Surely there seem to be a process issues with how they keep vegetarian separate from other meat. If you are vegetarian dine in could be an option but definitely not delivery. This will be our last order ever from Paradise.
I tried their Irvine location. It was pretty new I tried their biryani and butter chicken it was delicious and the service was great. They said they have location in Artesia also So today I was around the area so I tried their Artesia location. The food was ok (but I like it better from Irvine especially butter chicken). But I wanna talk about the service it was terrible. The lady at the front desk talk very rudely. I will never go back to that location again.
Paradise has a crappy buy one get one free offer, to sell off their stale food off of their shelves. I ordered 2 goat dum biryanis & they gave loads of stale rice with 3 small pieces out of which 1 was bone in their entire biryani box. I mean are you kidding me???? $21+taxes+delivery fee for this crap food.
Food quality was very poor and unhygienic. We ordered two biryanis and found a hair in one of the briyanis, we threw out the entire pack. it was one of the worst experiences with the Indian food. The other one tasted very bland and no spices in it. Waste of time and money and not safe to consume. Stay away from this place.
While decent in the past their quality of food has consistently dropped. It was our 3rd bad experience and was the last straw on 30th December night .We ordered a take our of dum ka murg and garlic naan. They handed us food, we paid and left. After coming home and starting to eat (we live a lill far) they had given us half cooked naan and ultra spicy chicken curry. We can eat spicy but that must have been a slip of entire packet of Laal Mirch powder. We had to throw away the food. But we had ordered dum ka murg so they gave us a wrong and inedible order. On 30th Dec night, that was sad! We were very frustrated our year ending was ruined. I called and told them the situation. At first they almost blamed me to come during a time when there was high rush. I told them this is unacceptable we had to throw away the food and want a refund. They said there is a different person who handles refunds, he has left for the day. They took my phone number and told will call next day to discuss refund. They never called. I didn’t either! Very disappointing service and bummer of a food on an important day. Never going back!
