Delayed post--Family stayed here for our wedding weekend a few years back. They were overjoyed by how perfect this little slice of heaven on 116 was. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, good sleeping despite being on a busy street. they now return at least once a year for a long weekend! We all enjoy the Guinness and music that greets you on any given night too!

Great experience with Rogers. Everyone was very nice, hotel was clean, and even let us leave our bags before checking in.

I played guitar for a Toys for Tots benefit. I had a great time,saw old friends and helped poor kids. Great venue. The wood panels are beautiful. Irish Pub look. Very nice. As I said, I worked and I didn't have food or drinks. The owner was a very good guy. It's worth a visit.

I stayed at Rogers Hotel for 3 nights, Thursday thru Saturday, 9/19/24 -9/21/24. The en suite room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean as were all aspects of the hotel. The bed and pillows were comfortable. No problem with my bad back. There is an entrance separate from the bar area so coming and going was easy, especially early and late when the bar was closed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A band played Friday and Saturday night, but could barely be heard in my room. Getting to sleep and staying asleep while the band was active was not a problem. Having a terrific pub on site is a plus. I'm a frequent business traveler. Rogers Hotel meets all of my preferences and I recommend it without hesitation. Thank you Michael. They were very accommodating to ensure me certain days for a week for my son’s wedding. Staff very friendly,Bernie helped daily with any questions. The Hotel is beautiful . My room felt so luxurious and beach at the same time. The atmosphere with the music,good food,and local people and DFD’s just having a good old time is just what I needed. Nothing like coming home toRockaway. I will be staying here on my next visit.

Had a great stay in the rooms upstairs. Very inviting and well-kept interiors. The rooms were perfect respite after visiting the beach and enjoying the shops & restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and plenty of pillows. I appreciated the rain shower too. The staff in the pub below were welcoming and helpful with any needs while staying and the back garden during the day was a nice place to "work" with wifi. Looking forward to another stay.

Stayed a couple of nights at Rogers Pub. Comfortable, spacious, clean room. Great bar with great staff and good bands playing. You can bring in food from the many deli's and cafes nearby so your food choices are endless. Looking forward to my next stay.

Had friends visiting for the Labor Day weekend. Recommended they stay over at Roger’s. What a great experience! Room was ready early. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly, inviting and very helpful. I’ll be recommending Roger’s again!

Rogers pub is a great place to stop in for a pint. Many restaurants within walking distance to grab a bite. Carol and Renee are awesome bartenders. The rooms are nice and comfy.

Great place to have a drink at good prices and you can bring your own food from nearby restaurants to eat inside or back beer garden. Booked accommodation for family with Mike and he gave excellent service and a great deal for a longer stay. Highly recommend contacting Mike for hotel and event bookings as he cares about his customers and business.

We had a family gathering in Rockaway last weekend with relatives from all over the country. We stayed at Rogers and took up practically every room. The place is awesome and the people who work there couldn’t have been nicer. Rooms are updated and very clean, and the party room they let us use was great. It allowed for some privacy with quick access to the bar and the bands that played both nights. Music was great and the bar crowd was fun! A big thanks to Mike McMahon who accommodated our large crew, to Renee who greeted everyone with a smile and remained very patient as she moved rooms around to make everyone comfortable, and to Brendan and the other bartenders who were there with our non-stop refill requests. Mike - you did an awesome job renovating the hotel, and brought a real Irish pub feel to the bar. To those who haven’t been there yet, stop by for a few pints. You won’t be disappointed. Looking forward to going back for a few more at some point.

Amazing stay! Booked this hotel for my friends bachelorette party. It is close to everything. The rooms are all newly upgraded, beautiful barn door in room,” to bathroom, very spacious, and super clean! The staff is very accommodating to any needs. There is a bar downstairs that has a great atmosphere with live music. Perfect for drinks with friends or a night cap. Overall, great experience!

Very nice . Rogers is a real local run business. The staff was friendly. The crowed was local.and friendly too . It is also a transit stop being the bus stop and train station are right across the street. I highly recommend Rogers as a great stop.

This place is pretty cool. The drinks are nicely priced. The staff is great. They only serve drinks. They do not serve food but they are allowed to bring food from outside and eat at one of the tables they have. I am not sure if they take cards, but honestly bring cash. Cash is king at these types of drive bars. They have TVs to watch games.

My husband and I stayed in a room above the pub for 3 nights during the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. Everything in the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful, and there was also great live music all 3 nights we were there. We look forward to going back!

This review is for the female bartender only. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to enjoy the bar. The woman was unwelcoming and disrespectful. Refusing to change the channel to the US Open finals on one of the many TVs in the bar was bizarre and something I’ve never experienced before. Her justification that 'her customers are watching something else' was shocking. I wonder who did she think I was? I wish you to be happy, nice and humble.

This review is for the female bartender only. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to enjoy the bar. The woman was unwelcoming and disrespectful. Refusing to change the channel to the US Open finals on one of the many TVs in the bar was bizarre and something I’ve never experienced before. Her justification that 'her customers are watching something else' was shocking. I wonder who did she think I was? I wish you to be happy, nice and humble.
