I was there on 5/17 and they were so busy; I want to acknowledge how well the staff did. There were so many orders placed on the kiosks at the same time and they already looked short staffed. But they handled it with grace and patience, even when people were getting frustrated due to the long wait.

We have always been loving Popeyes. This one does not disappoint in terms of food flavor and chicken texture. We ordered 5 piece tender and 6 piece wings with a varieties of sauces. It was great. The problem with this store is the wait time. Granted this is in a busy plaza off the 5 when everyone wants to rest, but we had to wait 15 mins for them to take our food order and another 15 mins to get the order. It seems their process needs to be optimized or staff needs better training.

Fast 💨 service and the place was packed. The crew were very organized and efficient. I’d come back the next time I’m in Kali. So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa.

34 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. not one staffer spoke to me for 25 minutes until the manager realized I was standing in front of the register holding cash, which I did for 25 minutes. I used the kiosk to order but only had cash to pay to pay.

This visit was very upsetting. The one star is for the chicken. The customer service was bad. Trash was piled up and tables were dirty. The employee was calling my name even as he saw me walking up. After I grabbed my food and made it back to our table (the cleanest we can find). I noticed he didn't put the napkins, sporks, and sauce we asked for in the bag.

Truckers take your money elsewhere. These people never have nothing ready. 20 to 40 minute wait. Horrible service. Worst Popeyes in the us

Absolutely disappointed with customer service the lady wouldn’t let me complete what I had to say and just had an attitude. I’ll happily never go to this location again.

Ordered 8 piece family meal. They skipped me about 10 orders. Then the manager says I got bumped. I tell the guy where is my order. I had him the receipt and he says did you pay for it. How would I have a receipt if I didn’t pay for it. This place is chaos. No clue what they are doing. They need to be trained and overhauled asap

Staff were unorganized and slow. 1 person worked slowly while another person stood there and laughed even though there were so many other orders. We waited at least 45 minutes to get our food. Some people who ordered before us were still waiting for their food after we finished eating. The food was none better. Chicken was cold and the bread was stiff in the chicken sandwich. Mac n Cheese was stiff and rubbery and they gave us 2 instead of 1. Would’ve eaten both if they tasted any good. The Cajun fries were cold and only had salt and pepper as seasoning, no Cajun to be seen. A person who picked up his order before us and had already left was being called to pick up his order again. Our order was repeated as well, we would’ve taken it if it was good quality. Overall horrible experience, never coming back.

If -☆'s were possible that's what I would have used.When ordering a large red beans and rice that is what I expect to receive instead of three individual cups. When I questioned the counter person she snapped at me saying that three equals a large. When I pointed out that there were large containers available so why not serve me in that, she again snapped that it was already pre-made in the individual cups. All this so she could go back to whatever she was doing on her phone. When we started eating the chicken it had absolutely no flavor to it. It tasted like it was battered in plain flour with zero seasonings, not even salt and pepper! Lastly, the breast pieces had large chunks of fat and in the middle , white slimy substance. We ended up throwing it all away because it was disgusting! I have pictures but don't know how to include them here. A waste of 45.00 that could have been better used to feed our family. Perhaps the health department should be notified. If we become sick from this we will be doing so.

Ordered ahead using the mobile app in an attempt to skip the rush, but my order still took a very long time. It was only 3 items, and 1 item was incorrect. I ordered boneless wings and received bone-in wings. I waited 30 minutes for my incorrect order. I did not attempt to get my correct order because the employees seemed overworked/understaffed.

Slowest “fast food” restaurant ever. A basic chicken sandwhich takes 25 minutes on average. Would not recommend wasting your time here for a stop

They served my order to a different customer. They did not ask for a receipt from the other customer. I had to wait again, plus I ordered 8 spicy chicken, and because they gave my order to a different customer... they only have available 7 spicy chicken. The manager thought that was just fine... but not for us customer. I paid for it. No compensation nor there was a sincerity in the apology. One more thing, that was an easy one. So anybody can come and get someone's order without paying it. Easy to steal and manager thought that was ok. Disappointing. Good luck Popeyes!
