Definitely fresh and tasty! Shrimp tacos were perfectly grilled. Service was very friendly and courteous with complementary chips served while I waited. Way better quality and nutrition than typical roadside fast food options.

Food is fresh and tastes flavorful! Mario was very welcoming and friendly, great customer service here! Would eat here again.

If you're here because that Chipotle across the street has a bunch of negative reviews saying it's dirty, you've made the right call. Baja Fresh is a little overpriced in my opinion, but at least it's clean and fast. My burrito fell apart toward the end and I ate the rest with fork and knife, but it was tasty so that's alright. It's a perfectly acceptable Mexican-ish food stop in a bland, featureless expanse of nothingness so I'll take that over whatever's going on at that Chipotle.

I haven’t been to a Baja Fresh in years, so we stopped by for lunch. The food was excellent (fresh ingredients!) and the service was extra friendly. We enjoyed the salsa bar. The burritos were a little expensive, but they matched the portion size. Dine in wasn’t as comfortable as it should be. The music is too loud and the door noise was annoying. These are very easy fixes.

Like other reviewers, I appreciated the fast and friendly customer service by assistant manager Pedro and staff. Chicken taco Baja style was delicious and tasted noticeably fresher than at my local Baja Fresh. Chips were hot and crispy. Wide selection of salsas. Women's bathroom was very clean. This place will be my go-to on future I-5 road trips.

My family stopped in after shopping at Tejon Outlets. We ordered two burritos. The facility was very clean. Betty was helpful, friendly and constantly cleaning when there were no customers. My kids love eating the chips with green salsa. We will be back again.

Excellent service… chips were free!! Nothing is free these days… not sure if it was because of holiday weekend… Baja burrito with steak and shrimp… hot and fresh!!!!

Amazing restaurant and a great place to stop on a long road trip. I always loved Baja Fresh but sadly we don’t have many in my area anymore. It was a nice surprise to see that they still have some locations, especially since I was in the mood for a good burrito. The overall vibe of this place was very friendly, the service was very quick and they have very clean bathrooms surprisingly. A very enjoyable customer experience, would definitely recommend! :-)

I was pleasantly surprised. I had remembered going to a baja fresh before and didn't like it so when I decided to try again I was surprised when I found the food to be delicious. Perfectly made, hot, and the employees really nice.

Glad we chose to stop here for a pick me up on our long drive. Was super grumpy/tired walking in but the young man at the cash register was very patient and kind. Another woman was inside on her phone and he called her order a few times but she didn’t hear so he personally took it to her. Most places don’t care, it’s on you if you don’t hear you don’t hear. Afterwards I noticed another encounter with the same woman as she was wanting to add more sauce to her tacos and the man accommodated without question. While trying to decide what to order I said I wanted to try the street corn as in, just add it on! He was like okay you can try it and kindly asked the women in the back to make me some in a small condiment cup. With was also unexpected and very kind in my opinion. She garnished it and made it look super pretty. Very good customer service, as a former Restaurant Manager, this is the service I’d like to see all of my staff provide so I was pleased. Not something you see super often especially in the smaller/ random areas, so I’ve noticed. Restrooms are for customers and are well maintained, especially for these areas, once again I was pleasantly surprised.

This is a great place to stop after coming over the Grapevine heading north. The service was super friendly and efficient and the bathroom was clean. Fresh food and they had a patio where we could sit with the dog.

Great food, staff, and facilities. Stopped on the way home from Disneyland and my kids and I were so impressed at how clean and nice the bathroom was. It actually smelled good because they had an air freshener plugged in. The food was great as always and the employees were very kind and friendly. We will definitely stop here again.

This is the best Baja Fresh I've been to. Ordered the nachos, they came fully loaded with meat cheese guacamole and salsa. They gave me per my order the sour cream on the side and it was heaping. Everything tasted delicious. 5/5 will go again

Paid $24 for a burrito and a soda. Food was quick, and I would eat it again. Didn't feel like there was alot of steak. But the saving grace was the service. Woman working the register greeted me as soon as I walked in the front door with a smile and "welcome in." Highly recommend for good, fast food, with good service.

Pedro and his staff have been amazing, always taking care of customers and making us feel very welcomed. They keep us updated on promotions, and out team in the warehouse they assists employees by offering the best deals and helping them order online to minimize wait times during lunch. Pedro has been very supportive in helping warehouse employees save time and money with the fantastic promotions Baja offers. The food is incredible and feels like it’s made with love and care.

The corn is better than some "eloteros" walking in the street and also "La Michoaca" shops. The service was awesome since we communicated in English and Spanish with cashier as she caught on to us speaking like that.

Food is good and tastes fresh. We always stop here on our way to Fresno. The staff that day was particularly helpful and friendly. Pedro was the person who waited on us, he was friendly and courteous. He was always either helping customers or picking and cleaning up the dining room.

The staff were friendly, very welcoming. We stopped to get a bite to eat before getting on the road again. Pricey. $20.00 bucks a pop just for flavorless food. I get that it’s supposed to be healthy but I rather just hit up the food truck for half the price for better flavor. The burrito only had like 7-8 pieces of shrimp and my bowl was filled with onions rather than meat. The only redeeming factor was friendly smiles and the street corn. I’ll just go to Taco Bell next door peace ✌️

Total tourist rip off. They add a huge markup compared to other Baja Fresh. Travel a little further down the 5 to the Baja Fresh on Ming Ave. A burrito is over $5 cheaper!
