I went to go pick up my order and when I walked in there were 3 girls by the host stand which neither said welcome in and were kinda blocking the way, I walked past them to the counter and was waiting for someone to attend to me a min passed and nothing till a guy behind me went up to them and asked to pay his tab one of them went to help him and I was like thinking she’ll help me after right? Well no she proceeded to start walking past me till she got to the little soda machine next to the counter and I said “can I get my food” this location always has super poor customer service and the girls there act like high school bullies always wandering around ignoring you and talking to each other, where I work we heavily prioritize customer service greeting customers and asking if they need help if they’re just standing there looking lost or obliviously waiting for help which is why I didn’t say anything to get their attention bc it’s their job to ask I didn’t walk in just to stand at the counter for fun like what and their wings are so inconsistent either too much sause or not enough. Anyway super disappointed and won’t go back I’ll stick to the one on coffee rd only go here if u want poor customer service, inconsistent wings, and long waiting times.

Appetizer was decent. The wings were extremely overcooked. They were extra crispy, dry, and a bit tough. The flavor of the wings was really good. Had they not been overcooked they would have been great and I would have given them 5 stars. The staff was good and attentive.

2nd time getting take out that they forgot side sauce. Once they forgot onion rings. But at least they give me rotten vegetables.

Scored five free boneless chicken wings at the Csub basketball game. Never been here before so I thought I would try it out. Saturday this place was very busy plus the had a UFC fight on which did not help but was nice to see. Anyways back to my review we finally got seated ordered drinks and free wings plus some frys and the kid wanted some mini corn dogs. Took about 45 plus minutes to get our food. Not sure what happened. But nothing was said to me by the waiter and I did not want to bother her figured she forgot to put our order in or something. Bill was like under 10 bucks so that was nice just could not believe the wait that’s why I gave them 2 stars.

I come here often a few times a month yesterday was Saturday January 31 I was here came to eat with my family around 5pm the server was rude I understand working in a busy restaurant can be stressful but as we were ordering from the start she seemed to be annoyed at us ? We ignored it and waited for our drinks, our food took over an hour when we received it most of it was extremely cold the fries were hard wings looked really dry like if they’ve been sitting for a while ready to be taken to the tables we spent over $200 and It wasn’t a good experience not sure if I will be coming back.

called in advance and the guy on the phone caught a random attitude letting us know they had a “full house” so I went inside to just put my party of 8 on the waitlist and after being ignored for 5 minutes and left looking at tons of empty tables that same man came and sat us just to hand us off to a server who didn’t want to be there and handed us our below mid-teir food and dirty margarita cups. As someone who works in customer service I am not expecting anything grand but basic human decency.

This place has gone extremely downhill. I drove 45 minutes with my family only to get seated & not have anyone come take our order. Keep in mind, the restaurant was almost empty. Waited there about 15-20 minutes and got up and left. Will never be back again, HORRIBLE.

I went this morning and honestly. This place has really dropped the ball. Place was empty and they took forever to bring our food out. And finally, when they did our food was cold. Our wings look old. So we told the waitress, and she had like an attitude Also, she seemed very like confused when taking order. Then, we told her to remake our food. So she took it and came back like not even 10 minutes after and I told her it took an hour to bring my food, but now it took 10 minutes. Did you put it in the microwave? And she said, no, we don't have microwaves, and I told her, well, the fries is still cold. And the chicken wings are trash, so she took it again. Then, they took like thirty minutes to get fresh wings and fries. all bad. there is 2 managers on the flor that cant handle the business they should have that place running smooth but its a mess. our booth was so sticky on the floor that our shoes would stick averytime we move our feet. honestly its bad service and now that I read the other reviews it makes since. another business will close soon if something is not done about it.

I always love going to Buffalo Wild Wings when I eat there but this time I decided to do takeout and what I received was completely unacceptable my wings had no sauce and my cauliflower wings were not even the right sauce it was some nasty Asian sauce. I live 20 minutes away so to go get it all replaced was such a waste of time and completely unacceptable since they didn’t want to refund me. So always check your online order before leaving lesson learned

If I could give zero stars, I would. We arrived with one couple ahead of us. The restaurant had 7 available tables. At the host stand, there was a very large man with purple hair folding menus, oblivious to actually being helpful. He said “they” were preparing a table (again, 7 tables already available). We waited 15 mins for a table - which wasn’t even one of the previous available tables. We sat down and ordered an appetizer sampler - boneless wings *specialty*, curds, mozzarella sticks and onion rings. After 10 minutes, we ordered entrees, sandwich and a burger. We waited 30 minutes without even the simple, very marketed appetizer or an update. The only answer we received at 35 minutes was the kitchen was backed up. Interestingly enough, the only thing in this scenario was to fry and remove these items. Next time I’ll bring my own air fryer which would be faster. During the time waiting we observed from our table that the food was stacking up in the kitchen to be delivered to tables, no one taking out food or bussing tables stacked with plates. And again, everyone waiting as we looked around the restaurant. After 45 mins from sit down time, we waved down the waitress to cancel everything and took our business to another restaurant in the same shopping center, completing arrival to eating in <30 minutes. Not only would I not recommend this location but I would HIGHLY suggest managers and kitchen be retrained to help satisfy customer expectations and multitask out of their role. Worst BDUBS experience ever.

They took so long to get my party seated (2 hours) when the place was quite literally empty, the service was really weird our waitress seemed very confused maybe she was new no judgement, but the food took so long to get to the table, and to top it off I got food poisoning from the cheeseburger I ate (that was very mediocre). I don’t know fine here at your own risk, and expect to wait a long time to be seated.

The wings were dried up, skin to the bone, bone to the skin. They gave us baby carrots instead of carrot sticks, not even washed. This was truly a bad experience and disappointing

We order our food online expecting to have ready by 7pm since that was what got from the app, the we drove 15 minutes just to find out that our food wasn’t ready yet, we ended up waiting about 45 minutes since the point we ordered, then when we spoke with the lady she gives us attitude and was completely rude.

My family and I went in and we were the 3 group of guest there. The hostesses/server we had never gave us her name and she gave us almost an attitude from when we walked in. We sat for 45-60 minutes before our food came out and when it did come out the food was cold. We had asked for a manager twice and the serve said “oh yeah they’re on their way” and no one ever came. If the kitchen was running behind on orders that should’ve been communicated. But it doesn’t make sense when we were the 3rd guest there and the next party, and the party after them got their food after us. A manager never came by.

Please note the photos. As you can see, 30 boneless wings, $45.00, includes tiny chicken nuggets as individual wings. My large order of fries which cost me $9 is barely a medium order at very best please note the pictures very very poor quality service and the price of the food is not justified by the amount served. $20.00 would have been overpriced for what I received. No thank you on the offer.
