The worst food and service! I went thru the drive thru @12:07 on a Friday 11/03. They got my order right, but missing a few items. And the pizza was made super wrong and barely any food on product. They told me I had to go take them the food for a refund or for them to remake it, zero apologies and shift lead at that time was extremely rude. Hung up on me and wanted me to go take the food when I just quick during lunch and I couldn’t I had no other choice or else I was going to be left with no lunch because of her! All the food was poorly made. Tacos and pizza. I asked to speak to the store manager she told me she was but, because I am familiar with what a shift lead is I know she wasn’t it. If you are looking for a good meal this could have been it but it keeps missing those final touches to make it better. This needs better manager’s that care.

Went to the Taco Bell in Arvin,ca yesterday and this is what they consider “extra” sauce. Not to mention I ordered a chicken bowl but some how they forgot the chicken and the fries were straight out of the freezer. When I called, whoever was on the phone had a horrible attitude and was very rude. Very disappointed in the customer service 😔

Saturday night went to drive thru at night I got my chalupas but they didn’t really have the meat they had more veggies (I didn’t order a veggie chalupa) . Aside from that they charge for the cheesy jalapeño sauce and this is what I received !! It is not the first time I have a bad experience but it is the first time I wrote a review because this is enough aside from having to go park in the parking lot because they can’t have. The order ready when you the only car there at night 🤨

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in Kern county. Far from waiting 25 minutes for my order then they get it wrong. Pic (1) spicy potato taco, minus the potato. (2) dorito taco, minus meat just garnishes. This place is ran by high school kids, no manager, no direction. Stay away from this establishment. The only reason I rated it one star is because I had to. I could not give it a zero.

I don’t recommend this taco bell, everything dirty, rude staff, the bathroom didn’t have paper neither soap and they mistake my order.

Had no customers yet still took them 20min to do 2 beef burritos from a mobile order.

Following consumption of food purchased at this location, I experienced symptoms consistent with food poisoning. This incident caused significant discomfort and negatively impacted my well-being.

The attitude of the people who attend is terrible, it's as if they didn't want to be there, there were only two young people

Worst service I have ever had. Will probably stop going to Taco Bell. Young girl that states she is a manager only wants to argue with customers.

Today I ordered 20 dollars worth of food and all of it was crap. I am vegetarian and ordered a californian breakfast crunchwrap but they gave me one with bacon all in it instead not only that the nacho fries were completley stale they tasted like they had sat out atleast 4 hours. I also had ordered a bean burrito with added sour cream and they didn't add the sour cream and a dorito loco taco supreme with black beans instead of meat, they kept the meat and the taco wasn't crunchy and the cheese was melted so either it had sat out in the heat for awhile or it was old and was reheated.

I wanted to give this place a chance but honestly, each time I order I am met with an unpleasant but expected surprise. This time was the worst so far. I had ordered 3 bean and rice burritos, a chalupa box and 3 hard supreme tacos. I was given three cheesy roll ups and a party box with a TON of sauce. Their speaker isn't functioning. Definetly would not recommend. Take the time and go to the one on your way to Hart Park. Not going again.

I also had ordered a bean burrito with added sour cream and they didn't add the sour cream and a dorito loco taco supreme with black beans instead of meat, they kept the meat and the taco wasn't crunchy and the cheese was melted so either it had sat out in the heat for awhile or it was old and was reheated.
