P.F. Chang's - Asheville

Amazing service holly is the best and is like the best friend and mother you could have. She made us feel so taken care of and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. I would only want to be served by her when I come in. We came in later so it was pretty much just us and they were so amazing to us! The cherry blossom martini was incredible definitely my favorite drink!

We stopped in Asheville N.C. To rest. Heading home to Pittsboro Indiana. We decided to stop and stay for the night. P.F. Change did an amazing job. Holly was the best I will definitely be back to see her

Warren was a fantastic waiter! The manager was so polite. It was a great experience. This was the BEST service I have ever had in America.

Nicky was a friendly and attentive server and the drinks were amazing! Lemon drop martini was my favorite!

Tina, our server, was nothing short of amazing! My son enjoyed his egg drop soup. I enjoyed my spring roll. The entrees were absolutely wonderful, from the honey shrimp, orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, to the fried rice. Tina was very attentive to our needs. We have been there several times, and have yet to be disappointed by the food. Tina brought out a candle and a dessert for my mother, the birthday girl. That made it extra special; thank you! It was a bit noisy in there since there were a couple of large groups there as well.That made it difficult for some of us to hear. However, we will be back!

My sister in law and I ordered food to go. When we got to our hotel we noticed that some food was accidentally left out. When we asked for the omitted item to be given to us we were met with the best customer service experience we have had in a very long time. Billy, the manager listened and went above and beyond to make our order right plus some extra for the mistake. Billy showed excellent professionalism and service in his industry. We can only hope to encounter more people like Billy when we dine out.

We have been here multiple times. The service is always exceptional, the food is alwayd delicious, and the kitchen always sends out food very quickly. It is perfect for just a night out, a date night, or for a celebration.

Good wine variety of food.It was all quite above average with one dish rating, excellent. A good portion of our satisfaction was an absolutely super waitress.Who knew everything about the menu And even made some suggestions that were outstanding.

Our server Warren was fantastic. He is very friendly and knows how to take care of his patrons. The food was good as always. Overall, a great experience and we definitely will be back.

We had a great meal last night, as always! Warren was our server and he was absolutely fantastic- he was very knowledgeable about the menu and specials they were running, friendly and made our experience exceptional. The hostess was also very friendly and professional-didn’t catch her name though. The food was great as always, we especially love the crab ragoons!

The experience at this restaurant was the perfect ending to a weekend get away. The food was truly amazing. The lettuce wraps was to die for. The waitress was so sweet and informative. The manager was so attentive. Made sure we were happy with our food and experience. I would gladly make the drive from Kentucky again just to eat there. Highly recommend with place to any one and everyone. So much better than the experience I had in Lexington. Thank you for the perfect ending.

Laney was the best waitress EVER. So sweet, calm in chaos, informative, very thorough. She is very awesome at her job!

Everyone was so sweet and patient. Tina was such a sweetheart and was very attentive to my family and I. They were able to help me figure out what was safe for me to eat because I have a seafood allergy, the manager gave me some paper with highlighted food that was safe to eat for me. Everyone was so great!

We ordered a gluten free beef and broccoli and there was some confusion of expectation in which size we were receiving. When we got home it looked smaller than expected. Billy answered our call and explained what must have happened and offered a free order of the full sized dish. He was so kind and professional. He wouldn't accept a tip. We are grateful for the hospitality and kindness.

We come all the time because we always get the BEST service. It's always a wonderful experience. The staff is ALWAYS so friendly, inviting and informative. We recently had Holly and Tina as our servers and they were absolutely fantastic! Would recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! We went on Valentines Day during the dinner rush and our server Laney was amazing! She was attentive and knowledgeable despite her many tables and the food was amazing. The Crispy Honey Chicken was to die for and we literally drank the dumpling sauce through a straw. New York Style Cheesecake was extremely creamy with a great flavor, the only issue is that it was partially frozen and a bit difficult to eat. All around wonderful experience. For sure going back!

We had a fantastic dinner! The food was great, but Holly made the evening truly special. She was incredibly friendly and outgoing, welcoming us the moment we sat down. Despite how busy the restaurant was, she was super-efficient. Our drinks never sat empty, and she paced the meal perfectly. We always get the fried green beans appetizer. This year we went with 2 orders! Yum!!! My husband chose the beef bao buns and pork dumplings that he enjoyed. Our family of four comes back every year to celebrate our son’s birthday. It was a wonderful evening!

This was the best experience we have had at this location. We have not been in close to a year. The food was amazing!! Best we have ever had. Our waiter Warren did a great job. Billy also came by and checked on our table. He was very nice and thanked us for sharing our positive experience.

We came to PF Chang’s for Valentine’s Day and Laney was lovely! The food was fresh and tasty.. it came out quickly but not so quickly that we felt rushed. Laney was very informative and helpful and has a great personality. Highly recommend this restaurant and this server!

Laney was a very nice and personalized server. She went out of her way to make sure the special menu items were available to us. The food was delicious as for the drinks. Definitely recommend visiting for a awesome dinner.

I usually do not like to give reviews at chains. But came here Christmas Eve, and had impeccable service from Alex. He was attentive and on point, despite being so busy the lobby was often standing room only. Thanks Alex!

Food was just kind of mid for me. I hate to say that because I love PF Changs. Just didn’t have a ton of flavor and portions (except for rice) isn’t quite as big as it use to be years ago. The building is beautiful. Lots of space inside and service was good

Food was okay. A little pricey for what we got. They turned down the lights as we were trying to read the menu. Not good. Waitress was fantastic.

Service was great and there were many vegetarian options available. I had never been to a PF Chang's before. The food was delicious and the drinks were as well. We got seated sooner than expected, which was nice. Portions were a decent size. Overall I had a good impression of the establishment, but it feels too expensive for what it is.

Food wasn’t all that. Could’ve been more fresh and the sauces were overly sweet. But our server Alli was very helpful and kind! She made sure we got everything we ordered. The atmosphere was a bit overstimulating. Music was a bit too loud and overall too loud in the building from all the conversations happening. But not the worst atmosphere.

What happened to P.F. Chang’s at Biltmore Park Town Square? This location has truly gone downhill. I hadn’t visited since 2019 and recently started coming back to the area. At first, I thought maybe the restaurant was just having an off day, but after visiting two more times, it has only gotten worse each time. The restrooms are filthy, the smell of sewer is unbearable, and the sticky floors throughout the restaurant make it feel poorly maintained. Honestly, a place in this location should live up to higher standards. P.F. Chang’s corporate really needs to step in because this location is not keeping up. On a positive note, the staff is always friendly, but the food is just mediocre at best.

DO NOT EAT THE SHRIMP!!! (Or be careful at least) I've been going to P.F. Chang's establishments for around a decade now, and have never had much of a "bad experience," so I get that these happen sometimes. I went here around a few weeks ago and the food tasted different, but it was really good nonetheless, but that contrasts with my most recent experience. I don't know if the shrimp was sitting out and thawing or not, but after my girlfriend had eaten around 3 or so pieces, she said there was a weird aftertaste, so I tried some and spit it out quite quickly. We were given a substitute of the chicken which was very nice of our waitress, but she didn't want to eat anything more because she was feeling a bit weird after eating the shrimp. Everything else was good, the salad was wonderful as it normally is, and the appetizer of crispy green beans was too, but the only issues came from the entrees. It was really perplexing how out the main entrees were brought out extremely fast after we ordered, so I'm not sure what to make of it. It was not too empty. Luckily she didn't get food poisoning, I sure know the 9 fortune cookies we were given helped.

The food was amazing and we had a good experience until the end. Our server was bald and rude, he was very monotone and when I gave him his tip which I did have to tip relatively low due to me needing to save money for other things I was planning on he left with it and he was talking to his coworker and looking back at us like we offended him. But none the less he should be happy I even gave a tip.

Keep in mind, I did not make reservations, but the dinner plans was in the moment decision. There was a 45 minute wait, so we decided to sit at the bar. The waiter was nice enough, he was busy bc the bar had filled up. We were fine with waiting to get our drinks, then waiting for appetizers, but the waiter wasn't writing anything down, and he got my dates food completely wrong, chicken instead of steak, white rice instead of fried. After first insisting it was what we ordered, (i can believe the possibility of saying chicken instead of the steak) but we definitely didnt order the white rice, it was very nice and went to the kitchen to fix the issue, but after 30 mins and my meal cold and half eaten we asked for the food to be boxed when it comes up. They did compensate the late meal, but just the entire experience was increasingly frustrating and after almost 1.5 hours we left still hungry and date night disappointing. Long story short, for the average couple who only gets to go out on rare occasions, pf changs is officially off our date night restaurant choices.

just say no. if you do go. small entres wont fill you up. very confusing pricing. they will try to put you back in bar where its cold. tea 4.29 they won't fill or water unless you ask. bathroom is being cleaned so you cant get in. bar floor greasy. 2 portion sizes and both small.. and they push you to make choices fast. and confused by questions on what size comes with combo. get take out from somewhere else and put on not clean black plates your better off and cheaper...

PF Chang's is garbage Chinese food. Their recipes are all different and not for the better, the waiter I had (an older guy) was the worst server I've encountered in a long time, the restaurant was dirty when it shouldn't have been, and their sanitation score is unacceptable. When I was a server the motto I had drilled into my core was "If you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean!" Not so at PF Chang's. That dining room should have been spotless and it wasn't. If that's how they let a public area get with regards to trash on the floors....think about the places you don't get to see...like behind the line or in their walk in cooler. Yeah. The food wasn't even mediocre. It was bad. I honestly think a frozen PF Chang's dinner from the supermarket would have been better. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs!

Walked in and asked for a menu to see if we wanted to eat there and the lady at the front was very rude. She seem almost baffled that we wanted to see the menu before sitting down. Just didn't want to sit down and get stuck sitting down and not wanting the food (which happened anyway). Once we sat down we still weren't sure if we wanted to eat here. When the waiter came we just said give us a minute and hold on the drinks and same thing; baffled.

Absolute worst PF chang experience I've ever had. Went there with my 11 year old daughter and was sat in the bar area. Why? Waited forever for our food while we watched other patrons who came in after us receive their meals. While waiting, had to ask twice for drink refills because waiter just forgot. When food finally arrived, it was the complete wrong order. Waiter again took forever to come check on our table after the food runner dropped it off. Speaking of the food runner, they left the plates on the far edge of the table and was gone in a flash. No "does everything look right?" . Gone before I even had time to realize why my dish looked really off. Never again going to this location. There are too many other quality options in the immediate area. Skip it.

you know when PF Chang's goes south, it's going crazy! getting uber eats is a joke for what you pay! THEY SCREW YOU - DO NOT waste your money!! And then tell you to contact Uber Eats if something is wrong. I sure do miss companies who appreciated providing customer service. It's the opposite now!
