It was so special coming here tonight. The entire front team are fast, thorough & cordinated. Savannah was at the front register & Kristina was cleaning up the lobby. They welcomed us in & treated us like we were old friends. The food was hot, fresh & tasted great! Thank You Rufe Snow Team!

This is our local Chick-fil-A and our preferred spot! We truly appreciate the service and the ongoing support they provide to our local schools throughout the year. Can never go wrong with Chick-fil-A! Always great and polite service with a smile! Food was hot and fresh! They even upgraded our drinks to large when we had to wait a little longer than their usual on time service!
I ordered the 8 ct chick-fil-a nuggets w/ polynesian sauce. I’ve ordered nuggets from multiple chick-fil-a locations over the years, and these were by far the best. The drive-thru was clean and service was fast. I believe this chick-fil-a location relocated to the same area but closer to the freeway.
Brishen gave good customer service and made the experience better! Kim is attentive with the kids but shouldn’t sweep so close to the customers! the lady with the two buns working in the lobby today should fix her face and attitude.

I’m going to write this and say, I’m not a confrontational person so when this happened I was completely taken back by it. I usually go up here as a regular like most of us are and never have issues but today it just seemed like a couple of the staff woke up argumentative and combative. I ordered through the drive through to make it easier and how it’s usually gone when ever I’ve ordered is the two lanes after the merge are used and occupied for people waiting for their orders to help control the flow of traffic cause let’s be honest it gets extremely crowded and packed. I decided to use the outside lane to help more people pull through the drive through to let orders out easier until I looked back to see a female staff worker getting extremely irate over an individual on the inside lane not wanting to pull up because she was waiting for her order. I can see how that’s frustrating but doesn’t justify you raising your tone and then getting mad about it and brining it to the next costumer. The same worker approached me to tell me I was in the wrong lane and that the outside lane was an exit lane but how is that so when others have used it the same as me and there are NO signs indicating it’s initial use. I waited for my food until a man approached me to tell me yet again I’m in the wrong lane. I explained to him why I was in there but it turned into a back and fourth about its use. If the outside lane is used for that purpose only establish that clearly and have postage saying “ exit lane” instead of nothing at all because how others have used it it most certainly was not. As much as they try to control the flow of customers they should also clearly indicate what is what because other locations have never had issues that I’ve been too and they managed the overflow extremely well. This store in particular on this day with this round of staff, not so much.
Usually not a person to write reviews, but i was pretty disappointed. Went through the drive-thru and someone took my order, and did not read it back to me. it was a very empty time of day (~1-3pm with no cars in the drive thru), so the wait wasn't long for our food. We waited for about a minute for our food at the window which is relatively quick considering the time of day, but as soon as i got on the road i realized half of our order was wrong and without sauces. we didn't have the time to wait for them to remake the order so i had to run inside and get the sauces. Not a horrible experience, but again, disappointed.
I was waiting for my food today I got a kale salad, a kids meal and side of chicken strips… when I was waiting I asked for a large ice water with lemon.. the little girl up front said “I can’t do the lemon bc it’s extra money.” NO IDEA CHICK FIL A IS CHARGING FOR LEMON WEDGES… that blew my mind. Also, the app doesn’t show it charges for lemon wedges in my drink in the kids meal under “extras” this was the silliest thing of her to say.

Received a RAW chicken nugget🤮 and I’m pregnant so that just made me throw up .
I brought my toddler here this morning hoping to enjoy some breakfast and the play area. Looking at photos online I was expecting the classic CFA play area. I was sad to see they updated to a very small and boring room with a random tree in the center and not much to play with for even a toddler. The room said 2-10 years old but my toddler was so bored and confused we left.
I ordered a spicy southwest chicken salad that was not what I got. I even asked them Before I pulled off and they said I think it looks right. So inconvenient and disappointing.
I made my order through the app, after 15 minutes later that a received my tray and start eating, one of the employees came to my table to tell me they had made a mistake: they gave me a box with 4 strips instead of the 3 I ordered. The issue wasn’t the mistake itself, but the way it was handled. The box had already been on my table, and I didn't open it till she told me, and verify that yes, apparently we're 4. At that moment, the employee said: “I’ll just switch it out.” This made me concerned about hygiene and food safety, because I don’t know if the box they had given me came from another tray or if they would hand it to someone else. I asked to speak with the manager (Mr. Haynes), came to my table he stayed he didn't know exactly, but that I said I didn't touch it and his response was simply, ok, then is ok. 😳. Trust and safety in food handling are the most important things, and this experience definitely made me doubt coming back.
If you are a person such as myself who likes their food well done or extra crispy DO NOT GO HERE!!! I will never understand why the flip if I am paying my money why I can't get my food how I want within reason!! Oh well I will NEVER return!!
I was hoping to order off the lunch menu (diet restraints). My other Chick-fil-a allows this as long as you don’t mind waiting. This location does NOT, which is okay. I understand, but the way the lady said it with such an inconvenienced attitude, almost like she was educating me or scolding me really surprised me. I had an order for 5 meals, not including mine but I decided to go elsewhere. This was not at all what I expected from chick fil a.
First off, I had to repeat myself about 4 times on what I wanted and I was very clear of what I wanted my order to be. I ordered a kids meal chicken nuggets with fries and apple juice and ordered an extra side of Apple Sauce. I get home and I find that the fries were not in there. Third, after looking at my order I pulled out the chicken nuggets and almost had to put on my glasses to see them because that's how small they were . After sitting in traffic for 30 minutes to get there and after going through all the stress and being ripped off with the tiny portions I didn't want it anymore and I called to get a refund in which I was declined . They were only going to give me a refund for me not getting my fries and for the skimpy little nuggets I was given. I said forget it I just won't be back to any of their restaurants ever again. I should have went to McDonald's , would have got more for my money. I shouldn't have to check my bag to see if everything was there or up to my expectations. $6.50 is too much for what I ordered . I should have been given a refund on all of it but I guess they would rather keep my $6.50 than have me for a customer. I won't be back there anymore or any other one for that matter.
I gave this chick fil a another go. Why do I say another go, this chick fil a is known to me as the mess up chick fil a. They never seem to get it right anytime I've ever been here. After finding hair in my parfait tonight this will be the last and I will never be back at this location no matter how close I am. I strongly recommend other locations.
